If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to. I have tried so many times to order food and every time the order is wrong. Something is always missing from the bag or missing ingredients or missing half the taco!? Purchased a soft taco for my daughter and was given a half eaten taco! Called the store and they replaced the order but still. Getting a half eaten taco is hard to get over, especially if every other order gets messed up between ordering from the speaker and receiving the bag at the window. read more

Just a quick review for the manager at this Taco Bell. We eat at your restaurant quite often and this last time, New Years Eve day (12/31/17) we experienced a cashier that was not up to the standard of your restaurant. His name, per our receipt, is Camryn S. He was yawing throughout our transaction, could hardly get our order correct, and looked like he was going to fall asleep any second leaning up against the back wall when not assisting customers. My girlfriend went through the drive through today and there was something going on inside, it was obviously stressful which is totally understandable! However The woman speaking asked her to hold on for a moment. A few moments later the employee said, "okay." So my girlfriend proceeded to order. There was a miscommunication on our part and we assumed she was letting me know I could order but then she immediately snapped and was very rude to her. The employee said, "I asked you to wait I can't answer questions and take your order at the same time," in a very aggressive tone. She came home visibly hurt by how this woman treated her and that's not right. I understand that there are stressful situations at any job but in customer service it's your job to treat individuals with at least some respect. read more

The most dogsh*** service, no rice in 2 of my items they "ran out" same price no cinnamon twists to insinuate sorry ( like other locations do) then get a freeze and it had juice stuck in the lid rim so it's dripping ask for more napkins while I'm waiting for it to stop dripping but she continued taking 2 orders as I'm waiting 40 seconds to clean it before puttin it in my nice car. If I could give negative stars I would. The manager, Mexican guy with short hair in a black and grey button up shirt, got our orders CONPLETELY wrong, didnt give us all our stuff and when we asked for the rest of our meal that we had paid for, he just stared at us like a complete moron. Wow! I grew up with Taco Bell but this location was the pits. The food was good as usual and it did come out quickly but the restaurant itself was filthy. We could not find a clean table and ended up cleaning one ourselves. Both Pepsi dispensers were out. The soda area and condiment area including the floors were a mess. It was very unappetizing to say the least. And to top it off when we mentioned it to the manager on duty she cared less. Too bad!!! read more

Disappointed most of the time I go to this location. The food is not prepared very well and is sloppy. The wrappers are generally messy with food from other orders. The Tacos are filled between 1/3 to 3/4. When going through the drive through, I get napkins about half the time. The times I remember to ask are pretty much the only times I actually had them in the bag already. If my kids didn't love taco bell, i would not go to this location. There are some very good locations around the area that I've been to...just not this one. The staff I've found to be very friendly though. Just seems their quality control is lacking majorly. It's seems to be good every time I stop by for a quick pick up. The new menu changes are getting to be better as they have been changing up the options lately. Lobby was closed at lunch time due to register not working, so we all jammed into 1 vehicle to go through the drive through, there were 6 of us from my work crew and we wanted to split the order, they wouldn't do that, then I got charged 6.85 for my 5$ box, and I asked for mild sauce and didn't get it, then they screwed up my buddy's order completely, and to top it off my other buddy's order had no cheese on a "cheesy whatever it was" to top it off again we asked if since we went through the drive through and got rang up if we could just eat in the lobby since it was cold and windy, and the girl just laughed and said no! Then proceeded to tell us that that location was always dysfunctional and the manager sucked! read more

I honestly don't want to even give this place a 1 star review. I have never been to a single fast food restaurant IN MY LIFE that is this bad! I've called in with corporate once before and it doesn't seem to do much. I don't even know where to begin...I am consistently receiving my order wrong, consistently being treated with disrespect, consistently waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, and consistently walking away dissatisfied. I've been there when they shut down the store 1.5hr early bcs "they are too far behind and won't be able to serve anyone else" or went thru the drive thru while a MANAGER interrupted me after every item I ordered telling me they are "all out" I've heard the most inappropriate conversations being had by all the workers while my 7 and 10 year old hear every word. I could go on but the point of this review is honestly in hopes that they get someone who can actually manage this place and be professional. I live in star and work in eagle and I only go here bcs of convenience alone. I am not sure why we continue going to this location, it rarely results in an order being correct or complete. Add on the fact that the wait time is extremely long and it makes for a pretty poor experience. We place the order online thinking maybe it will help in making sure an order is correct instead of using the speaker in the drive thru and it doesn't help at all. To say that this location is "doing their best" during COVID is laughable at best. The manager is more interested in being friendly to her crew than actually keeping things running smoothly. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 mins after ordering 3 soft taco Supremes and a steak quesadilla. Her excuse, because that's all it is really, was that there was a miscommunication so they kept skipping the final part of my order which in turn was holding up the Drive-Thru. She did not bother to come to the window to explain anything to the point of also ignoring the direct eye contact with me and me motioning for someone to come to the window but instead was prepping food as if she was not actually managing the operations. When I went into the lobby because shocker they forgot something, I asked for the manager and heard her reply with "why?"..well short answer is because a customer is asking for you, that's why! The owner needs to do a serious performance review on their managers to see if they're actually qualified to be in some type of leadership and to know what it actually means to provide good quality customer service. read more

Last evening we used the drive thru. An employee at the pay window said the crew was all new and thanks for waiting. Our order was really messed up. The 3 crunchy tacos had little meat in them and no lettuce or cheese. The nachos bell grande had cheese on one chip. Barely any meat, beans, tomatoes or sour cream. It was mostly just chips. I have visited this location on at least 6 occasions and I don't believe I have EVER had a good experience. They cannot seem to get the order right...EVER. I am either missing items or receive a completely incorrect item even though the receipt is accurate. The food is always dried out and stale tasting, and I am curious if they are asked to count out cheese shreds because their tacos ( always serves on broken, stale shells) and burritos typically come with so few you can count them on two hands. I am not a complainer and I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME???? I would rather drive to the Eagle Road location to get my correct order that tastes decent than visit this one ever again. read more

This place was so filthy I could hardly choke down my food just thinking about it. My husband came back from the bathroom and said it was disgusting which surprised me because he is usually oblivious to stuff like that.We could see the kitchen from the check out area and there was food all over the place. The floors were filthy too. The only reason I didn't turn around and walk out was because it would have disappointed my daughter since she got to pick the restaurant and was really excited to be there.
