The bread consistency was great, not too soggy, and with a great crispy texture. I wish they had spread the tri-tip out more to make sure every bite was being celebrated. I also ordered the mac and cheese as the side per the instructions of the bartender, James. Let me say that was one of the best mac and cheeses that I have ever had. Truly amazing creamy texture and full of rich flavor. Everything melted in your mouth. Definitely worth it. I eventually ended up talking to a fellow bar sitter, and he ended up being the co-owner of the place, TJ. He also filled me in on the places to go and, most definitely, the places to travel to, to experience great beer.
