    Advertised price on their website
    Andy K.

This is the most absolute garbage shady dealership on island. Full bait and switch tactics, and it's actually a pattern now as it's happened twice now. Please see the attached evidence of how hardcore they try to screw you at this place. Advertised price $40315, written quote out the door from their sales guy is $53,765!!!!!!! Like what the actual heck, total clown show. This dealership has to be the worst I've ever seen. I told the guy what is this, this is way way way way off, total bait and switch. Gabriel told me, oh, sorry about that, our advertised price is wrong, we will change it soon, but don't worry, my sales manger will make you the best deal possible today! The guy actually thought I would be interested at a different price than they advertised, acting like he's doing me some favor. Never ever ever trust this dealership, they are full on scam artists willing to screw you over worse then anyone ever has in your life. Stay away completely from these guys. Or, how about this Jerry V, HONOR YOUR ADVERTISED PRICE and I'll take down this review. I would give zero stars of possible.

After more than 40 years and over a dozen new and used vehicle purchases, this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had. There was no pressure to upsell--just an honest effort to understand what I was looking for. They even found a more affordable used truck that turned out to be a better fit than the one I had researched online through CarFax. I'll absolutely be back for future purchases and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and coworkers.

Cheeee mahalo Jerry v! Enjoying my new ride, and I feel comfortable knowing I have excellent coverage

Well... here's the follow-up review (I initially rated 5 stars on Google for the test drive and…read morenegotiation process) nobody wants to have to write. The paperwork/payment/ownership transfer portion took much longer than expected. I understand they were likely busy, so I tried to be patient. Hospitality-wise? Probably a 6/10. Not terrible, but once the purchase decision was made, things felt much more transactional. No beverages offered, no check-ins during the long wait -- not a huge deal, but small things matter when you're sitting there signing your financial future away. The paperwork itself was standard. No major complaints there. However, after everything was finalized and we were ready to drive off in our "new-to-us" certified preowned vehicle, we noticed a sizable dent in the driver-side C-pillar. In hindsight, I should have brought it up immediately, but at that point I felt like I had no leverage since everything was already signed and paid for. That part is on us for not catching it sooner. Still, after doing some research and speaking with people currently in the auto industry, certified preowned vehicles generally should not have cosmetic damage larger than about a quarter without disclosure or repair. I texted my salesperson the next day and didn't hear back (got a text 7 days later citing he was texting the wrong person). I eventually contacted management. Craig listened to my concerns, seemed genuine, and asked for photos of the damage. He mentioned an option to repair the dent and said he would follow up the next day. Unfortunately, I never heard back despite a follow-up email. Meanwhile, I was receiving automated texts asking me to leave a review, which honestly felt a little ironic. I replied to the text asking to be contacted via email but still have not heard anything to this date Then came another issue: the AC stopped working within the first week of ownership. I reported it immediately and was told to contact service. Fair enough -- but I live pretty far away, so being told to leave the car there all day meant missing work, rearranging schedules, and figuring out kid pickup logistics. Spending tens of thousands of dollars in cash only to immediately deal with these kinds of issues is frustrating. The AC issue has since been addressed, but while troubleshooting it, my husband discovered the cabin air filter was filthy and found a wad of napkins behind the glove box. Neither inspired confidence that the vehicle had truly been thoroughly inspected before earning certified preowned status. What made it more concerning was that the service advisor initially stated the cabin filter had already been replaced and documented in the system, only to later admit it had not been replaced and would be changed while repairing the blower motor causing the AC issue. That's really the core of my frustration. If obvious things like this were missed or inaccurately communicated, how am I supposed to feel confident everything else in the certified inspection was actually completed? At this point, I'm not expecting perfection. Cars have issues. But communication, accountability, and follow-through after the sale matter just as much as customer service before the sale. Right now, I'm still waiting for a resolution regarding the dent issue and hoping Honda Windward steps up to make this right.

As a lone female walking into a car dealership, it can easily get intimidating and overwhelming but I had a plan and I was going to stick to it and Mackey made me feel comfortable with zero pressure. I ended up financing through my personal bank but it didn't take away from the overall experience. Mackey was accommodating and very responsive despite how busy he is! He even texted me that my plates came in and they were able to put them on for me! As far as logistics, I live in town and I refuse to drive too far for anything but I only heard good things about this location so I decided to make the drive and I'm so glad I did. They have guest parking out front and on the side and all their cars are displayed on the lot with some inside the showroom which is AC. They have a lot of tables and chairs that you can use while you wait or discuss options. There's also a receptionist out front that you can talk to if you're lost like I was in the beginning. I haven't tried their auto services yet but I'll be updating this review once I do. All in all, I would highly recommend this place, specifically Mackey, if you are looking to get a new (or used) vehicle. Thanks again Mackey and thank you Servco Windward!

While the sales process felt professional at the time, the service afterward has been disorganized and inconsistent. We were instructed to return shortly after purchase for a safety inspection sticker, only to be told the dealership was out of stickers. What followed was multiple return visits--now totaling six trips to the dealership over approximately 10 weeks--to try and resolve basic post-sale requirements. In one instance, we arrived for a scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM and ended up waiting about four hours, only to leave without all issues resolved. We were later told to return again for the key fob issue, extending delays even further. The safety inspection sticker was eventually completed only after repeated follow-ups and significant inconvenience. However, other issues remain unresolved or unclear, including a non-functioning key fob, missing or unfulfilled promised floor mats, and confusion regarding the location of our vehicle registration at one point. Overall, the lack of coordination, repeated delays, and inconsistent communication have caused a great deal of frustration and wasted time. We expected better post-sale support and accountability. I hope the dealership improves its follow-through and customer service processes so future customers do not experience the same issues.
