I had a great experience here and I'm so grateful to the workers here. Idk why the reviews are two stars. For perspective: I had a baby (three years ago LOL) and I forgot how to shop!!! Like I wear the same boring clothes. So, I was so annoyed when I had to shop at 8:00 pm because I'm going to take family pics and have been putting off thinking what I'm going to wear. I walked in and Jeans Warehouse is totally different than 15 years ago. Idk what to get or how to wear these new styles. LUCKILY, just before giving up I asked one of the workers to please help since I'm taking family pics!!! It's like 8:40 and I'm freaking out cuz I don't want to stare at myself in family pics looking like I hate my clothes!!! She was so helpful, rushing around the store and offering suggestions of stuff I'd never wear but I'm like "you choose and I'll try" .... Omg!!!! She was so good and kind and nice!!! I was thinking I probably couldn't find anything but thanks to the staff. I DID!!! And the prices are still very affordable. They have a huge selection of local stuff now and nurseries SCRUBS!!! I'm very annoyed I love jeans warehouse , I always go shopping here and it seems like every single time I come here. The lady in the front always has a crazy look on her face. Every time i come here she never fails to make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome which is even crazier , i work in customer service and that's the #1 thing you're supposed to focus on. I glanced back at her and she was rolling her eyes, it might have been because there was a minor misunderstanding.. something was out of package and i was touching it , my mistake, but I did not appreciate that behavior especially cause I'm a local here and I always come and every single time I come to this exact store she always has a crazy look on her face and it always ruins my whole shopping experience. Located at Kam Shopping Center on ewa end by Baskin Robbin's, this shop is a decent size with lots of apparel, a section for plus sizes, keiki section and lots of accessories down the middle and near register. Fitting rooms are clean and spacious, no bench or chair, but hooks to hang your purse on. Locks on all doors and need Marianne to open the door for you. Second time shopping this location and each time Marianne was on it! She works alone, yet makes sure she greets every single customer that walks in, while ringing up sales, putting out new merchandise, and keeping store tidy and clean. Last month was my first time at this location and it was busy at 10:00 when it opens. I wanted to exchange a couple of jumpers for a different size but ended up finding more goodies that weren't at the other location which was much smaller. Lots and lots of Hawaiian designs on the cutest jumpers, rompers, dresses, blouses, workout items, and a large array of shoes, sandals even cowgirl boots and hats! Prices are so very reasonable and exchanges or returns can be made within 30 days or purchase with tags on and receipt. At the register, Marianne kindly let me know the procedure of exchanges, the amount she credited first, and then debited with new purchases. She doesn't say much, just does all these jobs that would take 3-4 sales people to do- I think she is the manager because looks professional, well-put together, makes sure she is watching the store while ringing up. This location has improved! The current staff for the past year have been nice and welcoming. They greet you upon entrance and check if you need help. The fitting rooms are neat and clean. Great selection of clothes, especially local prints of puakenikeni and monstera. Very affordable clothing. Work slacks and tank tops are about a third of the price compared to Nordstrom rack. read more

LOCATION: kamehameha shopping center next to tmobile & kennys APPEARANCE: a good size store with AC. full of clothes, a little crowded but its okay. CUSTOMER SERVICE: the reason i gave 2 stars is because of the service. literally EVERYTIME i go in this store the workers got on grouchy faces :( it really sucks because that makes me not want to ask for help at all. they make the store really unpleasant to be in. I dont get any "hi do you need help?" or "you finding everything okay?" The store is really clean and big with a lot of selections to choose from... But it caught me by surprise how the workers there are STILL stuck up. Compared to some of the other comments here, they noticed us and kept an eye on us upon arrival. Every few minutes, we were being checked on and were asked some questions. We did have to go find someone to open the fitting rooms for us too which was pretty inconvenient. When we were ready we finally go in line (yes there was a line) and after waiting a few min someone finally came to check us out. Snobby customer service at the register. So I made sure to snob right back at her. Will not shop there again. Ala Moana is so much better in my opinion. read more

Last week, I looked and was about to buy clothes with red tags (which they had a sign that all red tags were 50% off) so I went to the register and they said they only do it on weekends. Like whaat!? Can they take the sign off or atleast put a note that its only during weekends. Other JW branches I went to has that promo everyday. Sometimes it sucks that they dont have the latest trend that they post on instagram. They either have it come in later dont. I like this store though. Its clean & organized. Tbh, I prefer the morning employees. Evertime I go there in the morning, I see the same ladies, so im assuming thats their schdule. I went yesterday morning. I asked the associate at the cashier about a specific item. I like the fact that she was honest and went through about a specific item I askes for. It was for a undergarment accessory. I went the other night and a different associate told me she didnt try it yet, but no one complained about it. I already knew she was lying, though I know she was trying to sell or be positive. However the morning associate Id rather prefer because the item I wanted, is non-refundable. So if she was trying to cut through the bush, id probably waste my money if it wasnt great. More likely the night shifts, the girls just seem stuck up or dont look at you and greet or greet but dont smile, because 'its their job to greet'. I miss ever blue (for those who dont know the previous store this stall once occupied) But then again they are sister company? Please correct me if I'm wrong. I love jeans warehouse for quote and quote the latest fashion trends for affordable, practically cheap price! But as far as quality is concerned, you're better off shopping at other stores similar to this. Service is sub par here (as other jeans warehouse branches) I feel like the sales associates dont even bother to make me feel welcomed by greeting me nor asking me if I'm finding everything okay. There are four dressing rooms in this branch, one of which is wheelchair accessible so that is a plus. You'd be lucky enough to have someone accommodate you though because there's usually never anyone around. Short staffing perhaps? Anyhow, if this store wasn't my go to place for cheap clothes and accessories, I wouldn't frequent this. Id pay a little extra at H&M, charlotte and or F21 to get desired service and better clothing. read more

If I had to base this review on just customer service, it would be just 1 star. The only reason I'm rating a 2 is because they were a great stop for emergency work pants. It's hard for me to find pants that fit me well in all the right places. Either the waist is perfect and thigh area is too small or the thigh area is perfect but the waist is too big. On top of that I seem to have short legs and a long torso! So weird. Anyway, I visited twice in 1 week. First time, I was greeted when I walked in and while browsing the racks realized the person sitting by the mannequin eating was an employee. I found a pair of pants I wanted to try on and proceeded to the fitting rooms where a small girl passed me (she was eating a bag of chips) and then stopped, looked back and asked if I wanted to try on. Umm...no, I was standing there to stare at fitting room doors. -_- Probably the only decent interaction I had was with the cashier. The second time I went in, same employees. I wasn't greeted at the door this time. No one was walking around eating. No one asked if I needed help. I picked a pair of pants hoping they would fit as I didn't feel like hunting someone down who's willing to let me in the dressing room. Stood in line to pay. No one was at the register but another girl was on the second register counting money perhaps. Few seconds later the same cashier as before came from around back of me and rang me up. I complimented her on Tiffany, the sweetest and most helpful girls I've ever met at any Jeans Warehouse and I do go to this one a lot as it's right by my house. Very rude girls. Came in at 8:30 and I overheard the girls counting to see how many people are inside shopping with 30 minutes left. Made me feel like I had to rush, and the workers didnt smile ONCE. I was waiting to try on clothes and after I asked a lady she told me to just walk in the dressing room. Once I got to the counter, no one was there to help. I love this store, and I love the customer service from all the teenagers there. They are always so friendly and check up on me throughout the experience. HOWEVER, there were quite a few experiences where I notice that the manager is not great with customer service. She has blonde hair & tattoos, and looks to be in her 40's. She welcomes you and checks up on you, but it does not seem genuine at all. She looks very intimidating and unapproachable because she stares at you and does not smile. And when she speaks to you, it sounds forced and unwelcoming. The way she talks to her employees is so intimidating and rather bossy and annoyed. She seems unhappy and stressed. I understand how hard it is to work, but it should never affect a positive attitude toward innocent customers or your staff. Because of these experiences with her, it makes me not want to shop at this location at all or even come into the store when the manager is there. She needs to learn how to be nicer and more welcoming or caring to her customers,and more peaceful and pleasing with her employees. read more
