Has to come back here with my folks so they could indulge Again, they do not disappoint. Sweet and savory and always delish. Had the oreo and lemon curd and blueberry pancakes, an egg sandwich, and the cowboy breakfast. Eevrything as always phenomenal and so tasty. Service was superb and place is always packed. The coffee was also strong and delish and the mimosas kept on coming. Perfect spot for a great time and meal!
One of the best breakfast places you can go to. From the moment you step in you are greeted and sat right away. The server let us know that they had a pancake of the month which was a guava and cheese pancake which we had to get. We had to also get our usual the jalapeño poppers which you can never go wrong with.
We originally stopped by Jealous Fork for what was supposed to be a quick breakfast. Instead, we found ourselves planning our next visit before we had even paid the check. On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB
My wife and I visited Jealous Fork for brunch and had an amazing experience. We started with the Jalapeño Poppers, which were delicious with the perfect balance of spice and flavor. I ordered the Pork Banh Mi Pancake and absolutely loved it -- such a creative fusion between Vietnamese flavors and fluffy pancakes. Very unique and tasty! My wife ordered the Lemon Curd and Blueberry Pancake, and after trying a bite, I can say it was incredible as well. The combination of sweet and tangy flavors worked perfectly together. For drinks, I had the Custard Espresso with a double shot, which was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. My wife enjoyed the Sweet Potato Cappuccino, which was unique and delicious. I was also planning to try the Pork Belly Bite and Double Egg Yolks, but unfortunately they were not available that day. Hopefully next time! What really made the experience stand out was the service. Our waitress went above and beyond and truly took care of us throughout the meal. Excellent food, creative menu, and outstanding hospitality

I called to make sure they could accommodate seven of us for lunch today and they're going to move tables together. This casual family friendly restaurant has a captive audience in the Everglades. Jealous Fork started out as the first artisan pancake food truck in the country. Joaquin Ortiz & Henrik Telle needed more space as their line that consistently stretched around the block. People waited for hours just to get a taste of their Instagram-worthy pancakes. Jealous Fork has been featured by foodies & influencers across the country. Talia waited on us and she and the staff were friendly and fabulous. I love the wall of sayings and the tables filled with big beautiful meals. I was invited into the meticulous kitchen. Some of us ordered pancakes, a flatbread, burger, and I shared a steak sandwich. Portions were very generous, prices, reasonable for the quality of the food and our meal was exceptional. We were all wowed!!!!
Finally made it out to the restaurant and I'm kicking myself for not going sooner. Everything was delicious, but the service is next level great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that pays close attention to the small details The three of us ordered intentionally to share since picking just one thing wasn't going to cut it. Started off with bacon, the had the bahn mi pancakes, strawberry pancakes and salmon pancakes. I also tried something new to me, sweet potato cappuccino. It was more than I could've asked for. Can't wait to go back.
We celebrated such a special moment at Jealous Fork and it was truly unforgettable. The blueberry pancakes were hands down the best we've ever had -- perfectly fluffy, buttery, and topped with the most delicious warm blueberry compote that tasted fresh and homemade. The balance of sweetness was just right, and every bite melted in our mouths. They even added a candle to help us celebrate our engagement, which made it feel extra special and personal. What made the experience even more amazing was the customer service. One of the owner's Joaquin personally came to our table to congratulate us, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. You can truly feel the love and care they put into both their food and their guests. From the warm atmosphere to the incredible pancakes and genuine hospitality, everything was perfect. If you're looking for a place with amazing brunch and even better service, this is it. We'll definitely be back to celebrate many more milestones here.
Listen. This place is the gem of Kendall. Not just for the food. The experience is all encompassing. The staff? AMAZING is the closest word I can come up with. They're known for their pancakes, which are good (I had the traditional pancake this visit), their bacon isn't overcooked, and the coffee was great. I had the cafecito, and I had the custard cafecito on another visit that was solid. I think next time I'm here, I'm going to go with the burger. I just love breakfast food so much, it's always hard for me to order lunch items!

He reminds me of Carmy from The Bear--passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and completely dedicated to creating an amazing experience for every customer. I have wanted to try this place for breakfast for a long time since the reviews were excellent, but it seemed a bit out of the way until we decided to move out of the way. Now it is close by and offers a wonderful option for breakfast. We actually saw it when we were eating another establishment in the same strip mall. And boy am I glad we came here. I love breakfast and brunch and so I travel around trying different places all the time. Many of the places are good. Some are fancy. Some are casual. Some are buffets. You can find pretty much anything in Miami. But if you're looking for a simple and perfect breakfast with the absolute best pancakes, you're ever going to taste, this is definitely the place. The servers are extremely attentive, but it's hard not to love them when they're so nice to talk to and they're bringing such delicious food. I really love the vibe of the place and the food is outstanding. I tried both the sweet and the savory and have to admit the sweet is way better. I do have to add to that that the savory was quite good and the lox portion on the one I got was more than generous but after tasting the pancakes on one of the sweet dishes, I absolutely fell in love with those. I keep a list of my favorite breakfast spots since I want to make sure to come back occasionally interrupting my desire to try as many wonderful breakfast in brown spots as I can. This one holds a prominent place in the top view on the list. Highly recommended.
Absolutely delicious!! From my coffee, to the savory pancakes, sweet pancakes, and corn ribs - all were tasty and great portions. My friend and I sat at the bar as all tables were taken; wonderful service! Cute place in a busy location - we will be coming back for more!

Guys . One of the best restaurants I've never been to. The service was superb , our waitress Kylie, was so nice. & we got to meet one of the owners Joaquin, he was telling us about his culinary experience & you can hear the passion he has , it reflects in the food .. The food .. we went with very high expectations, we'd been trying to eat here for a while but the wait was always long . We now understand. Everything was phenomenal, from the coffee to the pancakes .. we cannot wait to go back to try more stuff . The ambience is cute , everything was just 20/10 stars . Super cute, friendly and attentive! Several people came over to our table to make sure we didn't need for anything, including Joaquin one of the owners as they are both always on premise. They also offer recommendations to other local gems for those not familiar with the area. Overall the pancakes were very good, and I loved reading their back story! I wasn't aware that they are a hybrid between traditional light, fluffy pancakes and a heavier, dense less sweet biscuit....i do love a light buttery vanilla so it did disappoint on that note. I tried the lemon blueberry ricotta and hubs had the banana nut. While I do not care for overly sweet items, I felt they could have been just a touch sweeter as I had to keep going back for more syrup, and I wished it had more bananas read more

Everything about this visit is always an experience. This spot is hands down one of our favorite places to eat--every visit feels like a treat. The food is absolutely incredible--flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're coming for breakfast, brunch, or their newer weekend burger menu, the quality and taste are consistently top-notch. What truly sets this place apart is the staff and the owners. The team is always friendly, interactive, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. And the owners? They lead by example--always present, helping out, serving, cleaning, and even offering samples of new creations they're experimenting with. Honestly I was underwhelmed coming here. My husband and I saw a TikTok on the best pancakes in Miami so we decided to go check it out. The place was small but very clean. Not too many tables so we were seated at the bar. They told us twice that the pancakes take about twenty minutes and we should order an appetizer. I was about to order the pork belly app when the couple next to us got the same thing. It was 3 tiny little pork bellies that I know wasn't about to fill my husband up. So I decided against it. We ordered the affogato and the espresso with custard. For $7 I was expecting a big cup of coffee. They were very small compared to other high end coffee places. My husband did not like the affogato (ice cream and espresso) We ordered the brunch and still hungover pancakes and pork belly banh mi pancakes. The coffee pancakes were infused with espresso and ricotta. It had a very nice taste but they were a little dry and could have used more sauce. The pancakes themselves were a little doughy. The banh mi was better. I did like the taste of the cucumbers and the pork was tender. We paid over $50 and left hungry. We don't mind spending on good dishes but the potions were very small compared to the price. Would recommend Bonjour for breakfast places in Kendall. read more

Was looking for a place for lunch in Kendall to take a friend that was visiting from Boston, Jealous Fork was a complete hit! The place is small but welcoming, the food and the service are excellent. I was super excited to try this place out. I have been dying to come and try out their pancakes. To start off we ordered the bacon spindle, which came with a maple syrup dipping sauce. Each piece was thick and very filling. The corn spindle was okay, I wish it was seasoned with a powder or cream on top rather than a bunch of veggies piled on top. The veggies continued to fall off of the corn as you picked up each piece and try to eat it. To drink I had the sweet potato cappuccino, I was ecstatic to try this out. Our server Kylie recommended it and said it was really good. Although, I didn't really get the essence of sweet potato at all, it tasted like a regular cappuccino. It was good, just not what I expected as per the name of the drink. The brunch and still hangover pancakes were good, the pancakes were thick and tasted great. They came with Kahlua Coffee Syrup, Whipped Ricotta, Crushed Espresso, and Crema Blanca. I was a bit disappointed because the coffee essence didn't scream out to me. You can taste it slightly but not entirely. They would be delicious if the whipped ricotta had coffee mixed into it, this may have incorporated the coffee flavor better. My spouse indulged in the lobster roll, this also wasn't AMAZING. The chips had more seasoning than the lobster. The bread was a brioche bun, it was toasty and buttery. The lobster roll would be better if it had more seasoning or butter, something to give it a kick. Overall the service was amazing! I believe the manager even came out to speak with us and check how we were doing. Our server, Kylie was very attentive and kind. I definitely want to come back and try other dishes to see if I enjoy a different flavor of pancakes. read more
We came for brunch last week and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress Chichi was fabulous. She explained the options and gave us great recommendations. Here's what we ordered: Sweet potato cappuccino: nice twist, very unique, and the flavors blended well. Hot and iced latte: both were very well made and had great flavors. Burata: I'm usually not a fan of burata but I loved this one. Corn ribs: they were just ok. I'd skip this next time. Pork belly bites: Good but small. Blueberry and Lemon curd pancake: amazing!!! Loved the pancake, but it was too small for the price. The owner came by our table and checked on everything which is always nice. He even gave us a little backstory of how some of the recipes came to be. read more
Had an amazing brunch at jealous fork! Our waitress (chichi?) was phenomenal and everything came out super fast. One downside was that the inside was a little warm, I was sweating while eating haha. For drinks we ordered coffees. The sweet potato latte was unique and really tasty. I will say the serving size for the iced latte was pretty small (you can't tell by the angle in the picture) To start we ordered the Burrata, Pork belly bites, and Corn ribs. The burrata and pork were definitely winners. The burrata could use more tomato but it was sooo delicious either way. The corn ribs were a miss for me, I would skip them. We couldn't come without trying pancakes so we ordered the blueberry lemon ones. Sooo good, and the staff said it is the most ordered one. The co-owner came by to check on us which was a great touch. We absolute loved this place, the ambiance and the service was INCREDIBLE. I am so glad they are at the corner of my house, it is a relief to find a good place in our area, I only wish they would open for dinner menu. We went for our anniversary/my birthday, truly unforgettable experience. We ordered their peanut butter pancakes, delicious! We also had their burger, I could say, I wish they had followed our instruction with how we wanted it cooked and they did send it back and cook it more but it was a mess when they brought it back but that's okay. We also tried their bacon, omgahhhh very delicious, sinful! And lastly we tried their martini espresso and it was pretty mild but it was a nice touch as well as the sweet potatoes latte. Brunch at Jealous Fork makes my weekend so special. I know I'm going to eat really well here. I look forward to trying their pancake of the month and menu items that I haven't tried yet. Wow the lobster roll is by far the best I have ever had. My sister got teary-eyed just thinking of the sauce - same sauce my mom used to make. It was truly a magical moment! This is why we Yelp! This is why we eat out! We want quality food with good ingredients. In a country where so many corps are putting ingredients banned in Europe in their food. Honestly an incredible experience, i came here about 3 weeks ago with my girlfriend and everything on the menu was incredible. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to us. The guy with the long hair who i assume is the owner was extremely friendly and social with us, i really wanted to try the steak sandwich but i came at around 2:30 or something which was right after breakfast time and they really werent supposed to serve it after that time and he did it anyways which i thought was really nice because he really didnt have to do that and i couldve ordered something else honestly . My girlfriend ordered the pork banh mi pancake which funny enough even though im writing a 5 star review i thought sounded gross LOL, but when she ordered it she INSISTED I try some and honestly it was very good, i was so happy to be wrong. I also go to a lot of coffee shops and used to be a barista myself and this matcha was very good and paired with the ube flavor is delicious. The strawberry pancake we shared is just the perfect consistency and delicious and it just melts in your mouth. Please give these people a try the food is amazing the staff is very nice and give great food suggestions which is something i appreciate especially when its my first time at a restaurant because i really dont know what to order, and the place has a good ambiance. The only thing and i will not deduct a point for this but i do wish they had better hours for no other reason then i want to go more lol. read more
My sister and I went on a Friday for lunch. The place is in a strip mall and a bit out of my way but I was in that area so we decided to go. The ambiance was casual and they had a good amount of clientele. Everyone was taking and vibe was like going to your local restaurant were everyone knew you. Everyone was helpful. Our server Hernan was amazing. He explained the menu and help us pick the items we were going to eat. Hernan did a great job! The food was amazing. So we decided to share everything and we started with the pork belly bites and the bacon spindle. The pork belly were lollipops and so soft to eat. If you like bacon, the spindle is your dish and it comes with extra maple syrup which I know you will like. I'm not a bacon eater but I would eat this dish all the time if I could. We went on to the steak sandwich and the banana walnut pancakes. The steak was so tender. Not hard to chew, like butter in your mouth. The pancakes were so good. I did not find them too sweet but just the right taste to finish our meal. Would I go there again if I were in the area? The answer is yes. I'm hoping to have a reason to be in the area. Every now and then you find a restaurant that knocks your socks off, makes your toes curl and makes you wanna smoke a cigarette afterwards...well Jealous Fork has officially been added to that list for me. I have been trying to get here for over a year based on so many people recommending it. Well it lived up to the hype and then some. From the start I knew this meal was going to be phenomenal. The Pork Belly Bites were so juicy and just punched you with flavor the minute you take a bite. The citrus mojo gave it such an amazing zing. But the Double Yolk Egg Jar was so creative and addictive. My only wish was having more toast to spread it on. But I devoured it so fast even without the toast. And even though my tongue has some Gene Simmons qualities (says my wife) I wished I could have gone in that jar and cleaned it out. For entrees, it was a hard decision but I ended up with the special of the month. The Knaus Berry Farm Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. I shared with my family more out of obligation than anything else. The crunch from the cinnamon toast crunch was the perfect texture addition to the delicious whip cream and the pancakes with the pieces of cinnamon roll pieces inside was just...naughty. I can't find a better adjective. It was a drop the fork. Close your eyes. And let the pleasure run through you kind of experience. But it didn't end there. I decided to finish the meal with the Espresso Custard. It made me rethink my existence. Why has this not been in my life before. The owner who is amazing and has incredible front of the house presence explained that the custards are done to order. It was sinfully good. If I started my day with that drink I would be a happy man for the rest of my life. Not only am I coming back but I highly recommend everyone to come and try Jealous Fork. Been to one Breakfast place, been to them all right? Wrong! Some take it up that extra notch & I'm happy to say Jealous Fork is in that group. Found JF randomly while scrolling social media. Voted Top 5 Pancakes in the Country?!? You have my attention! Made a reservation, got checked in quick, & got our table. First things first, CAFFEINATE ME! Espresso with a custard floater, let's do this. Mixed it all up, gave a sip, & for a normal colada drinker this hit the spot. Very cool concept. App? You had me at Bacon. Main course, time for these pancakes. We opted for the Lemon/Blueberry & the Oreo. Did both live up to the Hype?!? YES! Flavors & presentation all on point. You could tell a lot of love went into these. One of the owners stopped by the table to make sure all was well & to introduce himself. Loved that! Would I return to JF? Omg the pancakes here are phenomenal!!! We had the lemon blueberry and the Reese's peanut butter and both were so good in their own unique way. Their pancakes are a must try. I also got the bacon spindle. While the chili sauce is amazing (also goes great with their sweet potato fries) I wish the bacon had been thicker/heartier, like an apple wood bacon. Also, after we were done eating we were asked to leave our table because there was another reservation) which I get they are busy) but there was literally several empty tables next to us, so that was confusing. The music is also a tad bit loud. Lastly, do not attempt to go without a reservation. We did the first time and was told over a 90 minute wait. I wish they would leave more tables open for non reservations. So make a ressie, and enjoy those mouth watering pancakes!! read more
We were so excited to check this place out but sadly it was not for us. The place is in a shopping plaza, not too big. But the place was clean and the ambiance was welcoming. The server was a young gentleman who was really nice. The only down fall is that we went on a weekday, it was only us two and another couple and our food took forever. What was not for us was the food. The bacon was just ok. The pork belly bites were ok as well but crispy and not greasy which is nice. We personally were not a fan of the pancakes. We really wanted to be by the reviews and hype in regard to this place but different strokes for different folks I guess. We would not return, but at least we gave it a shot! read more

Been following jealous fork since they started as a food truck but didn't want to make the 40min drive to North Miami. Finally made it out to their Kendall location and I'm sad to report I am pretty disappointed. Started with the bacon with chili maple brown sugar glaze, the bacon is just simple bacon with infused syrup on the side. Very basic, would recommend they put the glaze on before cooking the bacon. Pork belly bites, happy to say we're a 10/10 they were juicy and with an excellent mojo flavor. Now to the hyped up pancakes ... they were So So dry-- not at all what I expected. They are far from the small fluffy pancakes they show on IG and on Yelp. It's a regular Denny's style looking pancake!! The waitress said its pancake mix and biscuit mix combined -reminded me of KFC's biscuit dryness. These are just plain ol' regular pancakes with a ton of Miami fluff on top. I had such high expectations but it's gonna be a No for me dawg. The staff was very kind and attentive so 9.7 for that ! read more

The pancake critics are right. They are the BEST pancakes in Miami! It's a pancake/biscuit combo-ish type of pancake cause while it's fluffy; it ain't mushy. Flavors were poppin! I ordered the Brunch and Still Hungover Pancake which was Whipped Ricotta / Coffee Syrup / Crushed Espresso and Crèma Blanca. Ahhhhhhmaze-ing! While I chose to have the pancakes, my friend chose something with fries. I stole a fry. The fry was amazing! Absolutely everything is made from scratch which pretty much makes sense when you try the food. Topping off our delicious breakfast was a convo with Joaquin, and Joaquin is cool. Overall, would definitely return. Just wished it was closer to us in Broward. read more
The pancakes are huge! They look so soft and fluffy, but actually have a bite to them - so don't get fooled. 1 pancake will definitely fill you up. 1 pancake is probably enough for 2 people if you both aren't super hungry. The staff and the head chef are awesome, they come out and interact with the guests to ensure everything is tasting just right. The have seasonal flavors, so I would definitely come back to try the other pancakes. read more

We had a great time. It's small so it does get filled quickly and we were lucky to grab a table when we did. The food is unique but very tasty. The staff was incredibly nice and very attentive. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to return. read more

Miami's best pancakes. Yes probably true..in the area. Visiting out of town and coming twice I can say my experience was Meh. The overpriced menu is very diverse, experimenting with flavors that are all over the map. Chili bbq egg to affogato salted caramel shot was less to be desired. The pancake menu is quite large. We tried the special key lime pancake , blueberry and regular maple syrup. We paid $200 for our meal. I don't mind paying good money for food but I thought it was a bit much for a not so great breakfast. The service was great! But not so great when the server is literally on top of you when I'm eating my meal. Server asked us at least three times how our meal was. Then the owner came. Then they asked us if we changed anything what would it be. It's great that the server was attentive but we felt it was a bit much given that we were out of town and wanted to catch up with our family, not the server. I do wish them all the best. And hope that they figure their business model soon. Maybe just serve pancakes. read more
Outstanding. Learned about Jealous Fork from a colleague who raved about it. I live 40 minutes away with no traffic and based on their experience, I immediately made a reservation for a Saturday at 11am. Plentiful free parking in the complex's parking lot. A duo of friendly and accommodating greeters sat me quickly. I was told the dining room was small but I commend the setup for fitting as many customers at a time as possible. Before discussing the food, must say the "head dishwasher" is such a lovely human being. His leadership of the operation is so intentional, no wonder the staff are all so amazing. My dining partner and I had two servers - both were fantastic: attentive, kind, patient. This was indeed the absolute best service I have experienced across South Florida this year! Now the food. OMG. Everything! Safe to say, I ran back to work that Monday to rave back to my colleague. Everything was better than I anticipated. We started with the bacon spindle which my mind could not picture what was described but it was indeed a spindle of delicious, somewhat fatty, perfectly cooked and seasoned sweet bacon. So good! The pancakes are the perfect density and consistency - thick enough to hold up the flavor and maple syrup without being chalky. Perfect flavors - we had the infamous banana walnut pancakes. Whew, boy! SO GOOD! When the "head chef" explained the technique for the bananas, I understood why the flavor was so perfectly balanced. Jealous Fork also serves seasonal options. We tried the shrimp and grits pancakes which the way it was served was very unique but all the flavors came together perfectly. The mimosas definitely carry their weight - more fizz than juice and great companions to the food. Also the Salted Caramel Affogato was the best. I left, very happy that Jealous Fork is so far for me to go. Otherwise I would be there everyday. Highly recommend!! read more
