We first came to the Miami location on July 27, 2024, and recently had another chance to visit again on February 18, 2026. It looks like the store is now under new management because everything felt totally different -- and much better! We ordered a couple of savory options, including the Smoked Salmon, topped with hollandaise sauce and an egg, and the Jalapeño Maple Chicken & Pancakes (Fuwa Fuwa). Both dishes were very tasty and full of flavor. The balance between sweet and savory was perfect. For dessert, we shared the Matcha Tiramisu Soufflé Pancakes, topped with matcha powder and matcha espresso sauce. As green tea lovers, we have to say the matcha sauce here tasted even better than the other location -- richer, smoother, and more flavorful. They let you know your order might take a bit, but they have games to keep you busy; we played tic tac toe and UNO. We stopped by for a late breakfast around 11am and there was a good flow of traffic within the shop. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. First off, it's pricey. A cup of coffee was $8, two small to medium pancakes were $16, and simple sides like eggs and bacon were $5 each. For a basic breakfast, we ended up spending over $50 for a split meal and it just didn't feel worth it. We waited about 20-25 minutes before the food came out and oddly enough, it was handed to us in a to go box and bag....even though we were dining in. When we unpacked it, the pancakes weren't nearly as fluffy as I expected. They looked and tasted pretty average. Overall, it was a letdown. Fluffy fluffy is new to the Wynwood area, I am so excited to have fluffy pancakes near me. I've seen them all over instagram and this is one of the few places in south Florida that has fluffy pancakes. We got the biscoff croffle, regular pancake, a frappe and banana Nutella pancake. Our total was about $50 which is on the pricier side for two people. If you're not in the mood for a fluffy pancake they also have croffles but sweet and savory. The croffle is perfectly buttery and crispy making it the perfect blend. The frappe wasn't super sweet which I actually prefer. The croffle was also not too sweet, and had a cream that wasn't a whipped cream but was a bit thicker. It wasn't overwhelming biscoff flavor. For the pancakes I would get the regular instead of the specialty pancakes, the banana Nutella wasn't really any different from the regular. The staff is super friendly at this location, some food takes about 10 minutes to be made, but the pancakes take about 20-30 minutes to be made since they are made fresh. They also have games for customers to play and a cute cafe set up. If you're in the Wynwood area definitely check it out. read more

This establishment is extremely clean. The tables were well situated providing enough space to walk through to get to the cashier to order. The owner came by to chat with my family and explained to us that the pancakes were actually healthy pancakes... he explained how they are made and how their ingredients are low in sugar and all their fruits and topping are all natural! I have been hoping to have a Japanese pancake shop in Miami. I heard that Fluffy Fluffy (originally Fuwa Fuwa in Toronto) has opened up in Orlando. And now, the franchise has made it all the way south to Miami!! The restaurant is soft opened now, just a few doors down from Omakai sushi. Like most part of Wynwood, plenty of street parkings if you are lucky enough to snatch one. The staff is real nice in giving us details about their pancakes, including how even their cream is made from scratch. The pancakes do take time to cook, as they have to be cooked slowly and gently, there is no rushing it. They have about ten flavors of pancakes. There are coffee, basque cheesecake and croffle too, though I didn't get to try them. We tried the tiramisu and creme brulee ones. They come out tall and jiggly, light and sweet. I would say the best ones I tasted in Asia are even lighter, like eating cloud, with an eggier taste, but then I am talking about the "best".
