I got the salted caramel with truffle on a regular waffle topped with Oreos & strawberries. I love that you can build your own combo. I love that it is in a food hall so get to see more options for food but I just wish they had a better parking situation.

It's surprisingly hard to find good ice cream in downtown Miami. But Puffles does a pretty good job filling the gap. I love the creativity of combining an ice cream with a waffle. The shop is in Julia and Henry's which has plenty of spaces for seating. My only complaint is we wanted to sit outside on the chairs and tables they have but the food hall has a lot of speakers that are absolutely blasting club music and make it hard to enjoy the seating. Overall the ice cream was good but a little more expensive than I would have liked. Their lunch deal sounds good though. A waffle ice cream and a boba tea for $15!

t was a hot day while walking through downtown, and my husband was craving something sweet. As we passed by, the eggettes by the stairs immediately caught his eye, so we decided to stop in and I'm glad we did! I noticed the lychee slush on the menu and ordered that, while my husband went with the taro slush. The staff member who took our order was extremely friendly and welcoming. He explained that everything is made fresh, so we'd have a short wait for the eggettes, which we appreciated. He even gave us recommendations on popular fillings overall, great service. When our order was ready, my lychee slush hit the spot--it was cool, refreshing, and just what I needed on such a warm day. My husband really enjoyed his taro slush as well. He had hoped to add boba, but unfortunately, they were out of the kind he wanted. Still, he was pleased with the flavor and especially appreciated that the drink wasn't overly sweet--it was balanced perfectly. As for the eggettes, we found them very sweet--delicious, but definitely rich. One was more than enough for each of us. Pricing was also reasonable, especially for a downtown location. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return for drinks the next time we're in the area!

Oh wow! This was perfection. The staff were friendly, and the waffles are made in front of you. We ordered a customized creation: original waffle, one scoop vanilla bean ice cream, and for toppings crumbled oreo, matcha pocky stick, and chocolate pocky sticks. The waffle was super tender and wonderful , the scoop of ice cream was big and creamy. They are conveniently on the first floor and close to all the seating and fun ambiance. It is on the pricey side until you taste it and see the portion. Would recommend

Puffles is a pastry from Hong Kong . It's a waffle style pastry . You can get as a platter or as a "cone" they have multiple flavors to choose from and you can select up to three toppings or more . It's delicious if you are craving something sweet. Service is fast since this is all they sell there .

Upon exploring certain areas of the Henry and Julia food hall you couldn't resist the awesome smell of the Puffles stand. What make this stand so unique from other ice cream and waffles stands is these are the famous bubble waffles that started in Hong Kong. The bubbles give the waffles a soft chewy texture. I got the chocolate version which included a ball of chocolate ice cream topped with Oreos crumbles and fudge. It was amazing, the contrast of the cold smooth ice cream and with the warm bubble waffles hit my tastebuds out of the ballpark.

You can choose from a cone waffle or a waffle platter . Service was fast . The ambiance of the place is great cause this puffles location is inside Julia and Henrry's, therefore there's so much more to discover and eat . It's like a giant food hall .

Oh my goodness I am still dreaming about this place days later! The bubble waffle cones are made to order so they are warm when they're given to you. They are fluffy and soft and SO delicious. You can even get them made with M&Ms in them. The staff is all super sweet. The location is in the back corner of Julia & Henry's. The cones are a little pricey at about $15 per cone. That price comes with three toppings of your choice. I got caramel swirl ice cream with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back!

This has been my favorite icecream spot in Miami for the past couple months! The icecream here is so good but what makes this place is the choice of toppings and the fresh bubble cone. You must get the m&m's inside the cone it's so worth it. You can't really go wrong with the other toppings either! The service was great and the shop had a nice section towards the back of the first floor of Julia and Henry's.

Dubai waffle!! A must order! Perfect amount of sweetness. I did sub the ice cream for raspberry cheesecake and that elevated it to the next level. Only negative is inside the establishment it is on the hotter side. They had fans but wasn't the most comfortable. read more

Their bubble waffles are amazing, so many cool flavors. And their boba teas are good too when they have the tapioca balls. The most recent time I went they didn't have them so that was disappointing but I still enjoyed my boba. It is on the sweeter side so if you want less I'm sure you can ask them. read more

Well, this is addicting. The puffle is an interesting concoction that is a waffle made of bubbles. The bubbles easily just break off with your spoon. So after you finish eating the really really good ice cream, you don't want to actually stop eating the puffle bubbles themselves. It's better than the best fresh waffle cone. Also, separately but definitely needs to be noted, some of the named puffles come with a ground up topping either of chocolate or graham cracker. The topping is so finely ground up, that it's like the tastiest dust ever. I know that's a terrible way to describe it, but I would absolutely just order the ice cream doused in this dust too. Hard to find legit puffles/eggettes/egg waffles anywhere! . The egg waffle is good. We like ours light and crispy on the edges & inside soft. Puffles makes theirs a teeny bit softer. Since this is Miami. i have no clue where else one would go to try. We didn't get the ice cream but notice someone else did and it is HUGE. DEFINITELY give Puffles a try. I hadn't had Puffles in years, but I noticed they had recently opened a location in downtown Miami, so I decided to give them a try. It was just as delicious as I remembered. Their Miami location offers a slightly revamped menu and a couple of new ice cream flavors. I went with a couple of friends and we had a great time. read more

Puffles has finally opened a location in downtown Miami! I love visiting their Hollywood branch, but it's too far since this trip I stayed at Brickell. The service was awesome. I had a college swim and dive team (about 35) getting ice cream and they really busted it out and did not skimp on portion or toppings! In all, they got through serving the entire group quite timely and all of the orders were accurate! read more

The smell of the freshly baked puffed waffles draw you in. My opinion is that it's a bit overrated, the vanilla ice cream had little icicles in it, the waffle was a chocolate version which was not bad it was just not what I expected for a $13.00 price tag honestly I was underwhelmed. read more

We were the last customers waiting for waffles, and after patiently standing in line for nearly 10 minutes, the staff informed us that they couldn't serve us anymore. We're visiting from California, and we found this experience quite disappointing. It seemed rather impolite, especially since there were still around 10 minutes left until closing. We wouldn't recommend this place. read more

It was my boyfriend's first time joining me, and I must say, the staff at the new location were incredibly friendly and helpful.
