Good and bad here. Keep in mind, I am from Maryland so this is all out of my league. I thought the place appeared and was well represented on social media. Colorful and current making me want to stop. Open late, another plus. In a late night district. Fun themed, too. Unfortunately, they only had one person working that late - I felt bad but she definitely handled it no issue at all. She pointed me in the right direction because I was confused. There are different items all defined from musical artists which was fun, but I wanted all of them LOL. I wish that on the digital screen that shows the menu that there were more photos of what you would be ordering. That might be helpful. There were some, though. Which is truly what led me to what I got - visual learner here. Also, the blue ice cream I got was SOOOO good - highly recommend. Extremely fun and clean in here and in a perfect area for young folk looking for a late night treat. A plus for selling water - always need water when having ice cream.
Happened to stumble on this spot by chance. It is so hip and soulful! The decor is retro but also pays homage to hip hop. The names of their flavors are witty - not too mention delicious! My son had the Blue Ivy cotton Candy Marshmallows with gummy bears and loved it!! If I wasn't so full I would've tried one of their alcohol infused frozen drinks but nevertheless, I'll have to be back. The place had benches as well and board games to play with about two old arcade games. It is pretty small and there was only one staff member but she was nice and quick. I have to come back
Not bad! Very trendy Ice cream place. The lighting could've been a lot better, but overall tasty food. I got the blue Cookie Monster ice cream which was Fantastic. Has a lot of potential. I'd definitely go back to give it another shot, maybe during the summer.
First time at this establishment. Such a cute spot. Jen was so helpful she offered to have us taste the ice creams before we purchased. The have a wide variety to pick from. The also have frozen drinks infused with liquor. They name the ice cream with a hip hop flare. They also play music great hip hop old school vibe when I was there. I love that they pay omish to the old hip legends. How about they made a red velvet waffle fresh in the waffle maker so good. Jen was so accommodating very friendly and suggested something unique for eachperson in our group. The staff were great and very helpful and informative customer service was on point. The lines grow fast so just be aware but they move really fast. If ever in the Wyndwood area, com check them out. Good service and good ice cream!
The hiphop feel is so dope. Their ice cream is even better! They have flavors of all kinds named after Hip-Hop staples. The atmosphere was amazing. The ice cream is delicious. So many instagrammable shots. Friendly staff. Fast Service. Clean shop. So sad to hear they closed down! I really liked this place!
We stumbled on this cute ice cream shop in Wynwood on a Sunday evening... Super cute vibe, inside is very nice and clean... customer service is excellent.. the lady at the counter was polite and patient.. she allowed us to try the flavors we wanted before making our final decision... the flavors are different but they all look delicious.. we ordered 3 strawberry ice creams in a cup and 1 Guava cheesecake.. everything was tasted great... next time we come I am getting my ice cream in a cone....
I'm so happy that Mr. Kream is still in Wynwood, lets hope they stay till the end of the year to enjoy thror delicious ice cream. My kids love coming here every weekend. And Jenny is the best, not sure how it would be without her.
So glad I found this ice cream shop. Especially on date night. I was craving dessert with icecream and this was the perfect spot. When you walk in the scene is well thought of like an old school 90's hip hop. So thoughtful and on the wall they have so many popular hip hop and rap stars pictures. SO MANY ICECREAM CHOICES :) love that. No matter what you are in the mood for they have a flavor to satisfy that. We decided to try the brownie with ice cream and being our first time here the employee let us try all the flavors we wanted, she was very kind and patient. The signature flavor is the blue color cookie dough mix one, surprisingly really good. The color will make u think its sweet or blueberry but really cool how they make it. We got brownies and 2 scoops of icecream with the choice of whip cream, nutella, fudge or caramel and then all the toppings you want. The spot is perfect for date night or any ages/family. They have jenga, uno and a dj set so the scene is always popping. And the prices are definitely reasonable especially for somewhere in wynwood. Some places over charge for a scoop of icecream but my dessert was the perfect price with the best customer service and delicious! And a shout out to the wonderful employee who made our occasion joyful. I didnt get her name but her blue hair matched the signature blue ice cream! Cant wait to bring more friends here!
I would like to start this by saying, the ice cream was AMAZING. I had strawberry and the creamsicle (I wish I remembered their names). The design of the shop was dope too. The shop definitely payed homage to hip hop and its artist. There was a walk of fame with a number of hip hop artist even some of the most legendary Miami hip hop artist. Each of the ice creams had hip hop influenced names. I am giving three stars because how is this a hip hop inspired ice cream parlor but there is no hip hop being played? Also, it was a little busy when I came but I felt rushed into placing my order and did not feel the customer service was as amazing as the ice cream or the ambiance. It could have simply been a bad day. The next time I am in Miami, I will still visit again.
I love the design and the vibe of this place! I walked in, and Suni (sorry if I misspelled your name) took her time to describe each flavor. She also gave me some recommendations and told me the one that sells the most. That is such an outstanding level of customer service I don't often see in Miami. I got the blue one because it got my attention. Plus, it is the one that sells the most. I would suggest giving a bigger cup for the small portion. I tried to eat it fast, but the Miami heat melted it faster enough to get my hands covered in blue. This place has Fantastic Ice cream, service, and vibe. Very welcoming! I will be back!
Hands down, the best ice cream shop in town! Ice cream is one of my weaknesses, I've been following Mr.kream on instagram for a while and kept hearing it was all the rage. Finally was able to visit on Sunday with friends and what a great experience it was! The vibe, the ambiance, the staff and the decorations were truly great, visiting Mr.Kream was like stepping out of Miami for a few hours and into New York. The music and live DJ were the cherry on top of the delicious flavors and the creativity behind the small shop. 2 Live blue is one of their most popular flavors and it's definitely worth all the rage. Be warned, it will leave your mouth and tongue bright blue. I wanted to try their strawberry cheesecake flavor, but I was told the flavors rotate so it was not available that day. Instead I tried Shabba Ranks, which was a coconut fudge flavor, and truly delicious as well! Most of our party went with the 2 live blue as well as 24k, and Cardi Banana flavor. The 24k was kind of like carrot cake with a cinnamon flavor. Cardi Banana is self explanatory. The two guys behind the counter were extremely helpful and patient as everyone decided on their flavors (it was a hard choice). You're able to try out the flavors before placing your order. The decor inside is simple, yet bold. Bright colors with framed pictures of hip hop icons, which make for very cute photo ops. Will definitely be back for more of that Cookie Monster approved ice cream and to try more flavors!
This place is awesome. Hands down! On my last day in Miami a friend mentioned this place she saw on Love & Hip Hop and it just happened to be in the neighborhood we were already exploring. Walking in and I was already smiling because they were playing good (Hip Hop and R&B) music. There were TV's that showed videos and all on the walls were famous musicians. There is little seating but it seems to get real live in there since there was DJ equipment set up. There are jumbo Uno cards & jumbo Jenga to enjoy while sitting around. All around good use of the small space they have going on. The ice cream flavors are named after famous rappers & singers and just as delicious! I fell in love with the Lil Kim- strawberry cheesecake, but was able to try some other flavors. 2 Live Blue, the Bonita Apple Pie tasted just like Apple pie with a scoop of ice cream on top, Grand Daddy Purp, & 24k Carrot Cake were all delicious. I was so jealous that this spot was only in Miami. I swear if this was in Indianapolis, I would never go back to Coldstone. This will be my 1st stop next time I come to Miami
This spot has become my ice cream staple in Miami. I love the hip-hop theme. They even have the OG Pac-Man. Service is always top notch. Shout out to the homie who made a waffle from scratch because y'all were out and it was my boyfriend's bday. Y'all are the truth. Every time I set foot in the place i feel welcomed and just excited as I was the first time I came. They have frozen drinks now! I tried the Frozé and it was bomb dot com. Y'all are doing it right and killing it.

According to owner and hip hop DJ Ari Kalimi "Mr. Kream is a hip-hop ice cream shop and it's located in Wynwood and basically, we are combining all the elements of hip-hop into an ice cream shop." All of the ice cream are named for hip hop artists and album titles including their most popular flavor, a 2 Live Crew inspired 2 Live Blue, which is Oreo cookie, cookie dough, blue vanilla ice cream. The floor is decorated with a rap walk of fame and the walls with hip hop graffiti. You can next level your scoops with edible spray paint, candy, pastries, soda, and even alcohol. Besides ice cream they sell pizza and hot dogs. On weekends, Mr. Kream has a live DJ and they're open until 3 a.m. They pride themselves on not just giving you ice cream, but an entire experience. I think the experience was what was lacking when my friend and I ducked in here for a cool treat after walking around a blazing hot Wynwood. I didn't know anything about Mr. Kream before entering the store but I figured out the hip hop theme quickly. Our server wasn't the friendliest and we may have tried out something new if she had been more welcoming. I ended up with a small scoop of watermelon sorbet that while refreshing was over priced at over $7. It was while I was eating that I noticed they had limoncello with lemon sorbet for a reasonable sounding $13.50. Maybe I should of had my watermelon sorbet splashed with vodka, The more I started reading the menu, the more interesting it seemed, especially the alcohol side of the menu. I don't feel like I enjoyed the whole Mr. Kream experience but I would give them another shot. read more
Stopped here while in the area and having dinner a couple blocks over. Definitely a busy part of town with different clubs and restaurants on this stretch. We stumbled in here after a large ramen meal and ordered dessert. There are several options but upon trying to order, they were out of some of the cookies that were part of menu items. I ended up getting the Poppa Sundae which comes with a warm cookie, two scoops, and fudge with whipped cream. Being served on a paper plate was kind of odd - but - the flavor was good. Overall I liked it. read more

I was walk back to my car and saw this place have hot dogs so I wanted to hop in and see why it was about. Sadly they didn't have hotdogs this day. It I grabbed a ice cream sand which to bring home to my husband and it was really good. I asked her to please put it separate since I wasn't eating right away and her service was great and she was so helpful. If you're a hip hop loving ice cream fan.... this is your spot!!! Mr. Kream is a well-known name in Miami and particularly all over Instagram. I was so excited to finally be able to check them out a few weeks ago. I had been invited to an empanada making class there with some fellow foodies, as Mr. Kream now has a kitchen that services munchies far beyond ice cream. The empanadas we made were very tasty, but the ice cream was definitely where it was at! They have a ton of fun flavors, all named after hip-hop type music artists. I had two very large scoops in a cup. One was a coffee with, I think, peanut butter cups. I don't actually recall what all was in it, I just know that it was amazing! I also got a scoop of the toasted coconut which was super delicious! My son had a cotton candy and mini M&M ice cream in a cone that he very much enjoyed. The place itself is covered with hip-hop memorabilia and art. They even have a few games to play and a DJ booth, as they occasionally have a DJ. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can see they are happy to work there. This is no ordinary ice cream shop, but one that definitely must be visited. I know I'll be back soon! read more

Wow such an awesome review thank you for paying attention to such…
Great selection of homemade ice cream. My favorite was the carrot cake ice cream. We ordered a cinnamon waffle (freshly made for $13.50) topped with carrot cake ice cream, cookies and cream (blue in color), and chocolate/vanilla/caramel combo ice cream. It was topped with whipped cream, cinnamon toast crunch, and hot chocolate sauce. We could have had more toppings, but opted not to. The server was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for flavors and toppings. The décor has a fun hipster type of vibe. One section is devoted to a graffiti paint store. There is a coach and tables and chairs. They are games on the tables. They have a pac man machine. It had a fun hang out and chill atmosphere to it. There is metered street parking. They have over 100 flavors they rotate through. read more

Such a dope spot combining two of my favorite things, hip hop & ice-cream! Had to try their signature flavor, 2 live blue & I cleaned the cup! So let's first talk about the service bcuz Brion was so friendly and patient with our "ooh let me try this, oh wait that too, hmmm they can go ahead of us" lol he gave recommendations and of course I didn't hear anything bcuz I was too busy taking in all the pictures and neon signs that's around the shop plus the games and music they were playing. Ok okay back to the ice cream. if you LIKE carrot cake you are going to LOVVVVEEEEEEE the carrot cake and walnut ice cream called 24K. It literally blows your mind and makes you step back and look at the spoon like what is this!!!! Who made this? My cousin ordered birthday cake and my friend got. Milkshake mix. BUT we were all taken back for the rich not over powering of the cinnamon in the 24k ice cream! read more

This is a great choice of place for a chill, urban culture, Friday night. They have a variety of ice cream flavors, as well as vegan options. The staff are very friendly with allowing you to try all the flavors of your choosing. My favorite is the "birthday cake" and the "2 live" blue ice cream filled with cookies & cream & cookie dough. Delicious sweet treat! Warning: this ice cream will turn your whole mouth blue! The spoons also turn blue when within the cold ice cream. There is a chill vibe where you can play jenga, card games, along with a couple arcade machines. There is a dj that plays alot hip hop and r&b to add to the vibe. The location is within the wynwood area so you and your friends can continue to enjoy the rest of the night at other spots. The shop has expanded and have added a food joint alongside the ice cream. I love this place! Always recommended it! Reason for four stars and not five: In Miami, majority of the citizen drink coffee at anytime of the day. 1.The cafe con leche is $4. More than any other cuban window spot for a small size coffee. 2. They dont tell you that they dont have any way of heating up the coffee so you end up paying for a COLD small coffee. Its "winter" in Miami, and a hot cup of coffee would be nice to get. read more
We had an urge for some tasty ice cream. The decor is really cute inside with a hip-hop ice cream theme. My husband and I decided to choose the specialty milkshake that came with a ice cream sandwich. The milkshake I chose was the one that is in many of their advertisements the cookie dough Oreo shake that is dyed blue for Cookie Monster. We were also able to choose our cookie flavors we wanted for the ice cream cookie we decided to go with a white chocolate macadamia and classic chocolate chip which they warmed before making into an ice cream sandwich which we also chose the cookie dough Oreo flavor. It was delicious over the top! read more

Easily the best Ice Cream Spot in Miami...the second best way to beat the heat after jumping into the ocean or swimming pool. My go to dessert place in Wynwood, especially when I'm hosting people from out of town. Their flavors have rap names and the variety is quite interesting and fun. Recently I have taken a keen liking to their banana flavored ice cream which I believe is named after Cardi B. The staff is beyond nice and loves to hear feedback on the flavors as they are constantly switching things out to try new things. Some of the flavors I have loved include blueberry cheesecake and butter pecan. I thought this place would be a gimmick with overpriced treats but I couldn't be more wrong. Swing by this place for something sweet you won't regret it and if you get hungry their is a make your own empanada place attached inside. read more

What the heck? Yes, I was told Wynwood has an interesting vibe with places being heavily themed so that at least prepared me a little for opening the door. You are expecting an ice cream place and enter what feels like the face of a nightclub and it is not until you peer around the corner past the hip-hop wall faces, tagging supply cage, and seating area with some wooden games on it -- that you finally see that ice cream display you would think would be the main focus. From start to finish I love this place. I was attracted to the Dog Pound Gangsta Cake (with it looking good and being almost empty) so I asked what it was. Chocolate pound cake was the answer and getting a little taste -- well, that is exactly what it was. One scoop in a cup plus the marshmallows you would find in a box of Lucky Charms made for a tasty treat I do not usually indulge in anymore...and it was worth it. read more

I loved this place. Funky furnishings, toys for the kids, games to play. Everything is home made. Very Delicious, The flavors are all natural and they are really on point. They have a lot of flavor you can choose from.. The staff was super friendly, happy to share tastes of all the different flavors, all identified by unique, creative names written on the class right above the ice cream in the freezer.. They serve Very generous scoops, and the prices are reasonable. I am impressed, this place is awesome I've been here for a few times already and you never know what you can expect, you may find a DJ with great music, a large crowd or a very quiet place sometimes! Drinks are also available and their decor is great.. parking is not hard to find and the location is perfect close to lots of restaurants bars etc.. I highly recommend that spot . read more

There were a lot of places on my saved for Miami but this was one of the places I was most excited about due to their Instagram so colorful and delicious looking. I had been looking forward to sweetening myself here for months. I wish I could remember the guys name that was working but he was one of the most top notch helpers I've met. Treated us like family. Let us try samples even though the choices I made weren't the ones I sampled lol The inside of this place is icecreamland for a inner ice cream fat kid like myself and so colorful. I got the Big Pun (3 scoops) Top: 24K(Carrot Cake & Walnut) Middle: Akon: Chocolate Fudge Bottom: Lil Kim: Strawberry Cheesecake My wife got Too Short(1 Scoop) 24K(Carrot Cake & Walnut) This was both of our favorites!!!!! read more
