Maria with whom we dealt was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She made everything easy from the time we signed up until the end of the event. Everything was spelled out in detail in the invoice. Since our building has 155 units and about 60 residents showed up, we chose a 120-Crêpe package which came with 1 chef and 1 assistant chef for 2-1/2 hours. They came about 1-1/2 hours prior to the event to set up the Crêpe stand, and operated rain or shine. They organized themselves efficiently: the assistant chef pre made the crêpes on the spot, the chef took orders from each resident and he made 4 at a time. They divided the burners efficiently with one for savory crêpes, and the other for dessert crêpes. They have an incredible menu and offered a variety of interesting crêpes including vegetarian and gluten free. At the end, they packed up leaving the area clean. The process from the beginning to the end was flawless. Our residents loved their crêpes as they were individually made from scratch with fresh ingredients and were delicious. It's like being in Paris. Needless to say, we will request for their catering service again next year.
