Brewing Buddha is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops in Miami, they have some of the best coffee and matcha in Miami, and they're my go to spot near home whenever I'm craving a creative latte. I ordered the Blueberry latte and my girlfriend had the salted caramel latte and both of them were absolutely amazing. We also decided to have lunch as well so we ordered the Prosciutto Mozzarella sandwich and the Greek Gyro sandwich and they were both so good we decided to trade half of each our sandwiches just so we could have some of both! Brewing Buddha has officially become part of my daily routine. I recently moved nearby, and with my slightly serious coffee obsession, I've basically been here every day! I love their coffee, smooth, strong, and depending on the latte you get, perfectly nutty. This place is a whole vibe. I love the ambience and decoration, so trendy and classy. The staff was super friendly and helpful, answering questions about drinks and food. We sat at the winery side as we had a semi-large party (6people). This is a great place for a date or to catch up with friends. It is a little pricey but the food is delicious. First time here and glad we went in. Small cafe, definitely with meet up vibes and urban. High tables, bar like seating and a few low tables. I was impressed by how much seating they were able to provide. It's bright with lots of natural coming in and they also have a few tables outside. My favorite area has to be the fairly new addition of the wine cellar space. Beautifully decorated, more spacious (so better for groups). I love the black and white portraits around with dark wood. The staff were friendly and hospitable. You order at the counter and they bring the items to your table. My coffee was very good. Creamy and sweet. The Brewing Buddha Wine Bar is exactly what Pinecrest needed. What an awesome laidback wine bar to chill with friends or even a romantic date night. The decor is pretty awesome, I'll include some pics that I snapped. The wine and apps were delicious . The Charcuterie board is surprisingly large, not the tiny boards you see in other restaurants. It's worth the price. We sat at the bar and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again soon and trying some of the other apps and wines on the menu. Great for noisy studying, but outlets are limited to the high-top window seats, which are usually taken, and tables can be hard to find. Pricey, but the menu is unique and varied, lots of specialty drinks. Great matcha. Great artisan spot with good music, ambience. They just expanded and it's a perfect intimate sized cafe. read more

As well, the girl at the front desk is not very friendly the last couple of times I've been there. I'm always weary of banana flavored anything because of the artificial taste it tends to have but you can tell they make their own syrup. The banana bread latte was really good and the cookie butter latte was even better. We got them both less sweet and they truly hit the spot. We ordered online and they were ready in 4 mins! Tried their Banana bread latte w/ almond milk & an extra shot of espresso. It was delicious. Tasted just like a slice of banana bread fresh out the oven. Price was $10.63 because I substituted the milk for almond milk and added an extra shot of espresso but regular price for the latte is about $6 and some change - which is a great price considering other coffee shops charge $10 for their coffee's and then charge extra for additions and substitutions. There's a huge variety of breakfast items here and the atmosphere is pretty upbeat and cool. It gets pretty crowded in weekends. I showed up just after 10 and just beat the crowd, as the line was out the door shortly after. There is a good selection of drinks, but I was a little underwhelmed with what I got. I'm not sure how to start here. I had really high expectations for Brewing Buddha provided all the high reviews from fellow Yelpers, however my experience was far from it. I was in the Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area this weekend and this was a great opportunity to stop by Brewing Buddha and finally try their coffee. I had them bookmarked for a while. What I most liked from Brewing Buddha was their ambiance and decoration. The rustic couches and coffee tables, I really like that, nicely done. I had their turkey pesto sandwich and an iced lavender latte. The turkey sandwich was one of the most basic sandwiches I have had in a good while, priced at $14 with chips from a store chips bag. A home made sandwich is much better than this. I'm guessing they buy the ingredients at Costco(or similar) and assemble the sandwich and pack everything in a plastic container. This is more like a gas station sandwich. Also, why is this packed in a plastic container if the order was to dine in? The coffee was pretty average and too sweet for my taste, even though I asked for no sweetener. I was told they needed to use some sweetener to balance the lavender base, so I asked for stevia but the final coffee was too sweet and with the lavender overpowering the coffee. Cute spot with rustic decor and friendly staff. I went to try the chai but they had ran out, so I tried ordering the raspberry tea and of course, they were out of that one too. I ended up with watermelon tea. Thankfully I ordered it unsweetened because it was so sweet on its own. It tastes like watermelon Jolly Rancher which is somewhat enjoyable for the first few sips, but it quickly became overwhelming. If you like that flavor then you'll love it, but I was only able to drink like a third of it. The music at this place is so loud, I could hear it through my noise cancelling head phones. The seats are also incredibly stiff and uncomfortable, and the space itself is very small and cramped. I may return to try the chai, but definitely not to stay. read more

Every time I get my ice latte with honey, I just want to float to heaven. Today I wasn't in the mood for a iced latte. So I came in and asked if they have cafecito. Which they don't :(. The cashier said they have Cuban beans but the best they can do is make a cafe con leche. Sooo if you are in the mood for cafecito this isn't the spot for you. Atmosphere is beautiful in there.
