Pretty good espresso and solid service. Chill, quiet, sleek lobby vibe with plenty of sitting. Just steps from JW Marriott:

Some of the best quality beans in Brickell, and you can taste it. Their lattes are my favorite in the neighborhood, with the espresso sporting a delicious flavor. It's a small counter with a few tables hidden downstairs in an office building, so I take my coffee to go. (They also have a little passive aggressive sign telling you not to linger, which I find a little off-putting when I'm buying a $6-7 latte). I don't mind a walk by the bay with a delicious little drink though.

Vanilla iced latte with oat milk was good! Looks like they make their own vanilla sauce, which I love! Espresso was good. Inside a financial building but I was staying near by. Nice atmosphere.

Small coffee shop located in the lobby of a building with limited seating. My husband liked their iced latte but didn't like my cortado. I thought both were just okay - the iced latte tasted a little grainy and the cortado was a little sour so I had to add a little sweetener, which I usually don't do.

Came in with some girlfriends during a bachelorette as we were staying at an Airbnb across the street. Their savory pastries are so good! They definitely care about their craft and the service is meaningful. They only had two workers on Friday morning so it took some time for us to get our drinks. My friend that loves almond milk said that it tasted different. We got confirmation that they make it in house! I love that. But my friend ended up doing oat milk which worked for them. It's located in the lobby of an office building, but there's but benches and cafe tables to sit at while enjoying a beverage! Very aesthetic and hip.

So happy I found this place, you would have no idea that a coffee shop was in this building! I got the flavored latte and the guy told me that the miel (honey) was the best one with cinnamon on top. He was right! It was delicious, sweet, and I would 100% order it again. It was $5.45 and came with a decorative heart as some latte art. He was super friendly and he had many regulars come by and get coffee and he knew their orders as soon as they walked in. It is a quiet space to enjoy your coffee in the lobby of the Sabadell Financial Center, making it the perfect place to get some work done as the music isn't too loud and there aren't many people. They have free wifi and tables with chargers.

Iced matcha latte clumps not well shaken at all

Was recommended this spot for matcha, but unfortunately it was one of the worst I've ever had. When I took the first sip I ate a clump of matcha powder.. It was not drinkable.

Look, I just don't think Miami is the best coffee city BUT this was one of the better coffees I've had in the area! Cute little space.

Genuinely the best matcha latte in Brickell hands down. Better than pura vida or raccoon coffee imo. The pastries are yummy too.

They were so approachable, knowledgeable, and fun, that I wanted to support them, so I purchased some coffee. This was on a Thursday morning. The coffee was delivered across the country to my doorstep in Arizona on Saturday - I was super impressed! We made a pot of the Miami Restaurant Employee Relief Fund Blend this morning and it was fabulous. I typically put some steamed almond milk into my coffee but I drank it black (and several cups). It wasn't just me who enjoyed it either. It also passed the test of my judgemental, 43 year old Jewish husband's palate. He always takes his coffee black and this was no exception. I will definitely visit the Per'La coffee shop whenever I make my way back to Miami, but in the meantime, I'm sending love from Phoenix during these crazy times. I know where to look if I ever have questions related to coffee as well! Thanks Team Per'La!

Two cups in the morning, and I was still watching episodes of The Office until 4am... so you know the stuff is good, and probably the most productive I've been in a long time. Since I don't live in Miami, I ordered some of their beans and had them shipped. I got the Lucha Blend in whole bean form and some of the Cold Brew Blend ground up for my summer enjoyment during the heatwaves. I liked them both for different reasons, but the the Lucha Blend was my favorite. It was a dark roast but didn't punch you in the face. It was super smooth and you could get the smoky notes of chocolate with every sip. Don't get me wrong, the cold brew stuff was good too, and again, a small glass will keep you buzzing for hours. I've heard so many great things about Per'La from friends, so I was super happy I was able to support this coffee shop from across the country during COVID-19. Not only was the ordering process super easy via their website, they offer free shipping, and even included a super cute hand-written note showing appreciation too. Huge plus. I ordered on a Thursday and I was drinking their delicious blends by the start of the work-week. I don't know if they're always this fast, but... it was fast. Until I can come in and support them in-person during a future trip to Miami, I know I'll be ordering more of their beans to hold me over until that happens!

My fiancé was already at the register ordering when I walked in to ask for our cortado in a proper Gibraltar glass (as we've always had it before at this establishment). The staff member heard me and blatantly ignored me, helping others instead. It was clear he didn't want to deal with the request. He even kept telling other customers (loud enough for me to hear) that everything was to-go only. Instead of addressing me, he eventually had his coworker step in to take my order. When I repeated my request, they both looked bothered and declined it stating that the OWNER told them to serve in to-go cups only due to the "event," despite no signs or anything indicating a change from any other busy weekend we've seen previously. The whole situation felt dismissive and poorly handled. What's even more frustrating is the complete disregard for both quality and environment. Any regular coffee drinker knows a cortado doesn't taste the same in a paper cup versus a proper Gibraltar glass--the ratio and experience are completely off. On top of that, serving everything in paper cups lined with plastic isn't exactly a healthy or environmentally conscious choice. It felt like pure convenience for the staff rather than any real reason. Really disappointing, and not a place we'll be recommending. If you are looking for a quality coffee and good service, look elsewhere.

The girls behind the bar were so nice, she took her time to answer my questions about the specialty items and explained that the Yuzu Matcha was not your traditional Matcha, but actually had a Yuzu tea soda base - good to know because I really wanted that milk tea Matcha and this was not that so I ended up not ordering it and pivoting to the Baku coffee instead, which was a yummy toasty coconut inspired coffee with coconut flakes on top. This was super good and not overly sweet and perfect for the occasion. We also tried a chocolate croissant, which would have been better heated up, but was still yummy. The prices were really not great though three tiny coffees were $35. I was pretty shocked.

After waiting 35 minutes for my latte, I finally had to go ask about it myself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, just "we'll make it." After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing.
