quick service, ordered 2 lattes & they were delicious! this coffee shop is located inside of the Citadel food hall. really cool vibe, very family oriented- loud music. street views & plenty of food options.

Standard, good coffee, but service was a little slow due to only having one worker. Parking is free in the lot, and lots of other good food options there!

Absolutely amazing! Ordered an iced honey cinnamon latte with oat milk, and I have to say... best I've ever had! The attention/customer service was amazing and I love the fact they had more than one dairy alternative. They also had gluten free + vegan options for sweets. Great spot and the first thing you see entering the citadel.

This was my first time trying a Vice City coffee and this one is located in a corner of The Citadel food hall and adjacent to Bachour. This almond milk latte tasted very unique. Definitely not the norm when it comes to lattes. It was somewhat bold and nutty and very cashew-like in flavor. It was pretty tasty and memorable. I'd order it again. It's also worth mentioning that Vice City makes their own almond milk in-house. They upcharge $1.25 to use alt milk here.

If you want great tasting well made coffee, this is the spot. The barristas are friendly and knowledgeable of coffees; best ways of making it and best beans to try brewing at home. Being an avid coffee affitionado myself, I quite enjoy this establishments coffee products. They carry madcap beans and sweetbloom, single and mixed origin beans, you may also purchase coffee beans here. Come visit them and they will nkt disappoint.

I have been to their shop and excited to see them opening a small shop inside the citadel that is a lot more closer to my place. Here is the breakdown: Coffee: Always well done. The team does a good job every time. My matcha with oak milk is always on point. Dessert: The key lime pie is actually incredible. Definitely recommend. I got some of the breads and had a good experience as well. Enjoyed a lot. Service: The team is always friendly and very attentive. Great sense of urgency. Tip: Remember to sign up so you can get points. Overall: Had a good time every time I go

The baked goods look amazing!! The first time I visited two weeks ago, the cheesecake was amazing!! Dense with a sour cream topping, I had to return for it again today. Unfortunately, the recipe has changed, and not for the better. I hope they return to the recipe with the sour cream topping as the new one was dense but tasted like it was missing sugar. The staff was nice enough to give us a replacement with no fuss and the key lime pie was good, but I really wanted cheesecake.

I had vice city coffee everyday when I visited Miami. And I even took a bag of beans fly back home at the last day during my stay, that is how much I loved Vice City Coffee. No matter americano or cappuccino, both are great. My husband also tried their special drink - a sparking one, I forgot the name, it was tasty too. And their cheesecake is delicious! It totally made my day. I highly recommend!!! By the way, I'm a foodie artist. I draw for some popular restaurants and food magazines. I've come to the Citadel for five straight days to work. I've gotten a lot done and the ambiance is nice and the coffee and teas are delicious. Great customer service by a gentleman working the front and Cheyenne. She suggested the rose water donut and vanilla latte. So delicious came back again the next day

Minimum $4 parking only to find out they don't offer pour overs as advertised. Now I understand why this location is rated lower.

You need to stop by and get you a cappuccino or a latte and they will make you the best coffee in town.

Service is great but the coffee is like water. Stronger coffee more flavor needed. Different coffee bean needed.

Really, REALLY great spot to eat! As a family of 4 we kind of just accidentally wandered here from…read moreour hotel and it was such a surprise! One kid wanted pasta, one kid wanted tacos, my husband didn't know "what he was feeling" and I just wanted everyone to eat and stop whining! This was a PERFECT solution. There are 2 stories with so many options for food! My 5 year old got his spaghetti and marinera sauce at one restaurant store front (?), my son and I had the best birria tacos from another spot and my husband ended up with chicken and gravy from a third spot. Everyone was actually happy with dinner! I don't know about parking, seemed like some street parking but we had walked. Everyone we felt with was fine and it seemed overall well kept. What I love is that it felt like a high end food court. Like all the options of a mall food court but WAY better options and a million % better quality food. Absolutely recommend coming here to eat. Everything is served on real dishes with actual silverware you leave in a bin. As soon as we were getting up, someone was already there to start cleaning up and wiping down the table, I was impressed. Go and enjoy!

First of all....someone call Jon Taffer because i seriously felt like I was on bar rescue!!!…read more I am sincerely sad I missed this place in its prime! I went for the first time today and there were literally 10 out of the 26 places open. The third floor is completely closed down which is understandable if the idea is to move all the current vendors up to the third floor and create a sports bar on the main floor which is what I was told by one of the last standing vendors...and I hope this is true because otherwise it's a sign that the doors will be closing soon because they simply cannot maintain with 3 floors and only 10 working vendors. We walked in, kind of in shock because the place was completely empty. There were approximately 4-6 customers eating at 2 spots, the main bar was open but all employees were on their phones waiting for business. We nervously circled the main floor then headed up to the second floor to see if anything caught our eye... the Fookem's Fabulous - Pie Vending Machine was empty and shut down...so sad I wanted to try it..so then we headed back down to the first floor where we stopped to ponder..what's the food quality like if they aren't moving products because there are literally no people buying... but bravely continuing on, we stopped at Chicken Bras and got 2 chicken empanadas for $9 they were fried fresh but a little salty in my opinion and then to B&D's Texas Bbq. We tried the platter that comes with 3 meats- Brisket, smoked turkey, and pork ribs, 2sides - Mac and cheese and potato salad and we did an add on of 1 piece of cornbread, and 2 drinks $68 all in.. everything was mid.. not great, not bad..(except the potato salad may have been old, it was a little sus) The main dining area has high top tables but all the fabric seats are old, stained, and the foot bars are busted.. the dining upstairs has low tables but the seats had crumbs and questionable residue. Would I return? Absolutely the heck not. This place had its day and now food halls are just a thing of the past I guess unless Jon Taffer can come up with a kitschy concept to bring it back to life...
