BIGFACE is tucked away in the Design District in Miami and has some great specialty coffee and matcha drinks. I FINALLY got to visit BIGFACE after it being on my list for the longest! If you're a Jimmy Butler fan, you know this brand and spot. I tried his coffee long, long ago when he used to just have a pop up from time to time in this area and now his permanent location is just a few steps away from where I tried it for the first time. I can't really have caffeine anymore so I opted for the matcha with the cream foam that I've heard a lot about. The line was pretty long on a busy day but it moved fast. The service was super friendly and I met a fellow Mia :) She was awesome and gave some great recs. The drinks were pretty good, the other drink we ordered was the hojicha miso caramel latte, which was pretty sweet according to my friends. I was also intrigued by the black sesame latte, which was on the rotating menu along with the hojicha. The inside was super cute with a good amount of seating in case you wanted to enjoy your drink there. They also had really nice branded shirts, hats and more, in case you wanted to buy them. Overall, a great spot and location. Not my fav matcha but still pretty good! Definitely will be back if I'm in the area and want to try other drinks!

I love this sign in the back!

One of the best coffee spots I've been to! We were exploring the Design District in Miami when a minimalist but beautiful coffee shop caught our eye. We were intrigued by the options on the menu, and so we paid a visit and got the Hojicha Miso Latte with a guava cream danish. I was skeptical when places try to fuse asian flavors into coffee (especially with the $9 price tag), but it turned out really well! The Hojicha and Miso blended excellently into a smoky but sweet aftertaste. I really loved the vibe of the cafe. It was very spacious, yet there were plenty of people there either working, hanging out with their loved out, or there to browse the drinks and clothes (yes, they sell clothes there as well). While I don't like the high price tag for their drinks and food, I can see myself coming back here to work or socialize.

I'm not really a coffee person, but I was enchanted by BIGFACE's unique drink options. When looking from the outside I see that they had a Gochujang Chai drink so I stepped into the store. That was the drink I wanted to order but unfortunately they were out of it that day. Thankfully I got their Hojicha Miso Latte with a guava cream danish. They both were delicious. The combination was actually heavenly! The smokiness for Hojicha and Miso together pairs well! The danish was sweet yet not too overwhelming. Overall, the drink and dessert were superb and I love the vibe of the whole cafe. I didn't even know going into it, that Jimmy Butler owned it! What a surprise!

Stopped by bigface today while walking around the design district and it was such an aesthetic coffee shop! Love the sleek and clean look of the entire place, its great if you need to chill or get some work done! Ordered two vanilla iced lattes and an iced vanilla matcha, both were super yummy!

I'm pretty basic when it comes to coffee - I'll do an espresso shot or an iced latte most times. But to no avail, this place still did not disappoint. I absolutely love the employees, they've always met me with joy and great recommendations even though I'm super basic and I love that I can go home with coffee cans too! The space is a great area to work, hang out or just grab a quick coffee.

Matcha latte w/ cherry & oat milk - 6.7/10 cherry overpowered good matcha considering it's pre made not overly sweet low key tasted like medicine Black sesame latte w/ a shot of espresso & oat milk - 8/10 good black sesame to coffee ratio black sesame was really good low key had eh expectations but pretty good would get again Overall - 7/10 this aesthetic coffee shop is on design district in miami. super spacious cafe. however this isn't a study friendly place because there are no tables- other than the small coffee table by the couches. there is outdoor seating but it can get really sunny and hot. this is def a grab and go spot. they also have a rotating drink menu so that makes it fun if you tend to go to this coffee shop often- however drinks are on the pricier side. parking... well it's miami lol so you either park on the street or in a garage. overall, i would go to this coffee shop again to try their pastries and other drinks!

Came here with a friend as there was an art class with Raw Figs. I kept on hearing that this place does the best matcha. As soon as you walk in. You notice the vibe! The vibe is a futuristic coffee shop. I like a cozy coffee shop. Baristas were okay. Not very friendly. A matcha is $10 with strawberry . I am happy to tick this spot off of my list. But it is nothing different. It is definitely trendy. A place for the Instagram photos .

Weird to me that people hate on matcha for tasting....like matcha. Anyway, I do consider myself to be a *bit* of a matcha connoisseur, mostly from matcha I've had in NYC before more places started offering it in Miami. I went in on Friday morning and no line but there was a group of five in front of me ordering and I thought it would take a while to get my matcha but was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to get the drinks made. I opted for an oat milk strawberry matcha. Are they using a homemade strawberry mix? Probably not but it added a nice sweetness to the matcha that still let the matcha flavor shine through. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

DRINKS On their rotation is a $10 black sesame latte But it doesn't come with caffeine and adding an espresso shot is an additional $1. $11 for a black sesame latte is pretty steep, even though it's the only one in Miami. AMBIANCE Super sleek and modern inside. They have bleacher seating, a small sofa, and also sears outside. A couple of groups of people were doing work there. SERVICE Pretty standard transaction

I was in the Design District area and needing some caffeine so decided to check out BIGFACE coffee. It's a spacious and modern coffee shop that sells a lot of merch, a good number of drinks, and pastries by local shop - Caracas Bakery. I ordered an iced latte and pain au chocolat. The coffee was pretty good, a little bit on the milky side but decent espresso. It was a bit overpriced at $8 (not including tax or tip). The pain au chocolat was super soft and was hoping for more of a crunch. There's seating inside and outside. Staff was okay, not super friendly. Would try it again. Maybe one of their out of the box drinks that seemed colorful

CHROME. WOW. So gorgeous here. Aesthetic AND tasty. I love how different their menu is, foreign items that are maybe not as common. I ordered the mamey milk latte, no one knows what that is so I was so happy to see his yummy fruit offered on their menu!!! Best latte I've had in a very long time.

The interior here is super sleek and calm greys. There's a lot of seating options and two (very clean) gender-neutral bathrooms. Service was super quick but it is *expensive*. Basic iced coffees are $8-$10 and while there is a side counter to grab a straw, lid, or napkin, there was no option for no-cal sweetners. Milk options include regular or oat. I got the salted caramel infusion with a cold brew and it had a little sweet taste but not as strong as I was hoping.

Pretty cool coffee shop. In the heart of the beautiful Design District. I tried the strawberry matcha... by far the best i ever had. Highly recommend. Staff were very welcoming.

It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. I am a coffee snob and this drink was made to perfection! Absolutely delicious and I didn't want the cup to end! It was the perfect balance of smoothness and warmth and it was sweetened perfectly! For breakfast, I decided to get the mushroom toast and it was amazing! I was skeptical about the ricotta addition but it was spread on the toast like butter, very plentiful and tasty! That along with the other ingredients used made it taste exceptional! Perfect price point too! I was more than satisfied! Last but not least the service by host staff and waiters was top tier. Very attentive and lots of smiles! They genuinely seemed happy to have me and treated me like a guest in their home. I genuinely can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Thought it'd be a quick stop... nope. Instantly hooked. Sipping a breve flat white alongside a chocolate croissant and an oat-milk capp, surrounded by vintage cars and guitars? Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. If you're a music lover or just looking for something different, this place fits perfectly into the Wynwood vibe...creative, curated, and effortlessly cool.
