The food was pretty good. But, Instead of improving, the service is going downhill! I don't know what is going on with this restaurant. We come here pretty often. We were sat quickly but were waiting a good 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any of the waitresses passing by us. After around 5 more minutes, I got the attention of one of the waitresses and asked to place our orders. The food came out pretty quickly and it was very good. Although I asked for crispy bacon and got lumpy bacon, lol. We had to hail down the waitress to ask for refills. One of the waitresses came to refill with such a sour look on her face . When we asked for the bill, I noticed that they charged for my coffee which was supposed to be included in the senior meal. This is twice that it has happened. First, this is a typical fast food pancake house so I'm rating it accordingly to what is expected from such a place. The service was great with friendly waitresses. The bathrooms were also clean. This is not like a regular fluffy pancake with apples on top, it's buttery, egg-y, sugary, dense and intense and also way more food than one person should eat but it is amazing and totally worth the 30 minute wait! At almost 2000 calories you'll get your recommended daily calorie intake in one meal unless you share, which I highly suggest if you want to avoid the possibility of entering a diabetic coma after eating the whole thing. read more

The eggs were perfectly cooked and laid on top of a mixture of black beans and sautéed tomatoes and onions. The hash browns were crispy just as I like them. The area was bustling with customers, and they seemed to be staffed appropriately; however, server training still needs some work. The table we were led to was dirty and we had to request that they wipe it clean... they still left it sticky. Disappointed We arrived on Sunday, July 25, 2021 late afternoon to find out they were closed early at 2:00pm instead of there usual time 3:00pm. We visit often this location there was not any reason for them closing early. The Hostess was kind enough to open the front door that was locked to notify us they were closed today at 2:00pm. Upon other times we have visited we have seen even preferred customers to be attended after there usual closing hours. We even have seen customers arrived closed to there closing time and still they are accepted in and provided seating. Mind you: the North Miami (Adventura location) before COVID open till 6pm.
