I really enjoyed the iced coffee from here. The food on the other hand is alright. For the iced coffee, I got the iced latte with hazelnut, and it was the right mix of coffee and sweet. As for food, I ordered the prosciutto sandwich. It was good but not the best sandwich I ate especially for the price. I would be interested to try their desserts or pastries. The place is super cute. However, it does get packed. I went on a Saturday afternoon (around 12), and it was hard to find a table. I ended up sitting right near the bathrooms. They also have outdoor seating, but it was hot outside. The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is not free. However, if you park in the garage, you can validate your parking ticket, and you just pay a $5 fee for parking. No signature flavor, no twist, nothing that made me think wow I need to come back for this. My coworker got the Avocado Toast Breakfast and they didn't send the eggs. On DoorDash you are required to choose an egg style. I've been coming to Crema Gourmet for years, so this visit was especially disappointing. Meagan was the only person who smiled and offered genuinely pleasant service, and I truly appreciate her for that. Unfortunately, there now seems to be a real disconnect in how service is handled overall. I asked for my order to be served warm, and was told that this was standard practice. It was not warm. I asked for it to be heated again, after 2 consecutive servings, and it still came back cold. When I pointed out that it still wasn't warm, Anna (the server) insisted that it was. She had a noticeably nasty dismissive attitude, unaware of the contents on the menu, slammed the plate down, and turned away. When Artney later returned with the "warmer" item, he did the same--put it down abruptly and walked off. Anna seemed extremely annoyed that I had an issue with their lack of attention to a very basic request. When I asked for her name, she simply turned and walked away; I eventually had to ask Meagan for it. Throughout the visit, items were dropped at the table quickly, with no engagement, no eye contact, and no effort whatsoever to check whether everything was okay. The menu is broken into lunch, all day breakfast, juices/smoothies, salads, and coffee. The coffee is good and hits the spot. However, when it comes to the food, the food is good but nothing out of this world. It is average. I find the prices and food to not match. I have ordered the turkey sandwich and open-faced breakfast sandwich. I was not a fan of the turkey sandwich, but I found the open-faced sandwich to be pretty good. I also tried their green juice, and it was good--not to sweet. Budget to pay $5 for parking if you park at the parking lot nearby (if you validate your ticket, otherwise it'll be $30). It has a nice ambiance (provided you pick a good table) and if the weather is good, it's nice to sit outside. I ordered an iced latte with lavender flavor added to it and it was delicious! Poke bowl was good, I'm used to poke bowls being refreshing and cool but this one warmed me up. Not super spicy or anything, and not bad by any means! Huge portions as well, the salads looked pretty filling. Wasn't crazy about the affogato but I'm chalking that up to me just not being an espresso kinda guy. Only real "issue" was the mens bathroom lights kept shutting off but I can't really fault them for that. I frequent this place in Davie, but this is my first time at this location. It's much smaller than I expected and the tables are very close together. On a busy day I don't think it would be much fun looking for seating. The food runners had to move chairs out of the way to get to and from the tables as well. We sat by the door and because of that we had little gnats we were fighting with around our food and drinks, so learn from me, don't sit by the door. The food took a while to get to us but arrived looking good. The avo toast- bread was a little hard, maybe from over toasting, but the flavors were good. Not many greens but I made it work. The poke bowl looked fresh but it was on a plate, so it made it more of a salad. Smoothie and coffee were good, no complaints on that. All in all I'd say 3 stars is fair. Plenty of healthy options and refreshments. I think I'll stick to the Davie location though! read more

Guy working here is super rude and gives me mean looks. He was mean even to the girl at the cashier who was very nice and provided good customer service. He was just on a man period spreading negativity. I ordered latte and they didn't know how to make it. It was just coffee mixed with ice. I ordered mocha, I got a cup filled with espresso coffee. This is obviously not the place to come to for coffee. They don't know anything about mocha and asked me if I want it with coffee or latte and on top of it, this guy on his man period being rude and giving mean creepy looks to me. When I asked for the latte to be remade, he said NO. When he was going to make it, he wanted me to pay again. No way I'm falling for this scam. This is simply an example of scam in Miami. If this guy's manager doesn't fire him, be open to losing your business. I said thank you many times in the beginning, he didn't even answer and instead just gave a mean creepy look. I hope he gets therapy and gets over whoever female that gave him his attitude about life. Absolutely not coming here again. Nobody got time for this negativity.
