I've been seeing Fluffy Fluffy Café all over social media so I finally had to check it out and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich and what made it unique was that the bread was actually made from fluffy pancakes. I thought that was such a cool twist. It came with this delicious breakfast sauce that paired perfectly with the sausage and egg, making every bite ridiculously good. Of course, I also had to try their Signature Fluffy Pancakes, and OMG... these absolutely hit the spot. The pancakes were incredibly soft and airy, the whipped cream was light, the fresh fruit added the perfect balance, and once you poured on the syrup... wow. Easily the highlight of the meal. Something I did notice is that my pancake was not like in the image menus. They look more fluffed up. My order was almost like any other regular pancake lol if you park in the garage behind the restaurant make sure to get your parking validated. I had no idea they offered validation and ended up getting hit with a $30 parking charge which idk when prices went up. I do wish the staff had mentioned it while checking on me during my visit but hey you live and you learn. Hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake! read more

We visited Fluffy Fluffy with high expectations, especially after hearing so much about their famous Japanese soufflé pancakes. I will start by saying that the food was delicious. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, light, and very different from traditional pancakes. The flavor was excellent, and the ingredients seemed to be good quality. However, the overall experience did not match the price. The customer service was very average. It was not rude, but it was also not especially warm, attentive, or helpful. For a place charging these prices, I expected a better overall experience. The biggest disappointment was the value for the money. For four not-so-fluffy pancakes and two coffees, we paid about $55. While everything tasted good, the portions were small enough that we left still hungry. Honestly, it is hard to justify that price for such a limited amount of food. Another frustrating detail was the parking validation. I asked them to validate the ticket, and they ran it through a machine, but I still ended up having to pay for parking. It may seem like a small issue, but when the meal is already expensive, things like that add to the disappointment. In summary, the Japanese soufflé pancakes were delicious, but the service, portion size, and overall value did not live up to the cost. We actually left and went to the Japanese market nearby to buy the mix so we could make them ourselves at home. Unfortunately, although the food was very good, the experience was not worth the price, and we do not plan to return. read more

I've been wanting to try the fluffy pancakes since it be came viral on social media. I thought to come here since I was already in the area. The ambiance is bright with the yellow walls and furniture. I like how they have some games for the costumers to play while they are there. To eat, I tried the jalapeños maple chicken and pancakes. It was okay. I thought the pancakes would be warmer and I wish there was more syrup on the pancakes. To drink, I tried the latte which was okay. At first it was too bitter and I had to ask to sweetened it. The service could be better. When they brought my plate to the table, I had to ask for utensils and they did not bring napkins. Overall, I find the place to be overpriced for what you get. I don't mind spending money when the dishes are worth it but for me this was just okay. read more

We also got the mango refresher which had mango puree and it wasn't too sweet. Also, refreshing! We've been big fans of Fluffy Fluffy ever since our first bite at the Orlando location. Later, when they opened the Wynwood location, we kept going there whenever we craved their delicious soufflé pancakes and desserts. Now that the Doral location is even closer to our house, we were so excited to visit! The service was top notch from the moment we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We tried the Salmon Benedict Fluffy Pancake, the Jalapeños Maple pancake, and the Nutella pancake. Everything was delicious, and my Fluffy Fluffy Latte was especially very good! One small thing we noticed was that the pancakes didn't feel quite as fresh and fluffy as the ones we've had at the other locations. Maybe because we came later in the day around 11:30 AM, but they were still delicious overall. We also had some confusion with the opening hours. The website listed the opening time as 10:00 AM, but the waitress kindly informed us that the information on the website, Google, and Yelp has not been updated yet and that the store actually opens at 8:00 AM. Cute little place! It was grand opening weekend so this view might be a bit skewed as to what a regular day would be. The pancakes are light and fluffy, but took forever to be made. Was told on a regular day they take about 20 mins to be made, grand opening weekend we waited about 45 mins or so. Such a cute little spot for Japanese soufflé pancakes! The café has a bright, cozy atmosphere with adorable decor and a super aesthetic vibe. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. Imagine my excitement to find that Fluffy Fluffy has brought them to Miami! This Doral spot is their second, as their first location is in Wynwood. The pancakes definitely live up to their name. They are fluffy, but also surprisingly light and not sweet, which makes them perfect for sweeter toppings like Tiramisu and Nutella, and also the perfect base for breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as their signature dishes like the Jalapenos Maple Chicken and Pancakes. Everything we ordered was delicious and we didn't feel that heavy, weighed down feeling that sometimes comes after eating pancakes. The bright yellow decor was cheery and welcoming. I heard and see so much about this place on instagram that when my daughter visited me we went and .... really disappointed. We ordered a Nutella banana pancakes and oreo riffle, capuccino and Twix frappe, Starting after I ordered we wait 15 min to get a food and no and drink at all also first we receive the pancakes and after 12 more min we got a croffle and a capuccino and after 5 min a frappe.The pancakes was tasteless and for sure no Nutella was in there but I think a kinda of Belgium chocolate more liquid than dense, also a Oreo croffles was hard to cut. Twix frappe taste coffe and no Twix inside as pic on web show. my daughter has 10 yo so she couldn't drink. Honestly 46$ is not worth unfortunately. The store was a very cute vibe with both outside and inside seating. Although there weren't many seats so having a wait to sit is fairly common as well as finding a table fitting for your party size might be difficult for bigger parties. The fluffy pancakes were absolutely delicious I got the nutella pancake and I loved the taste and portion size. I also got the breakfast sandwich which was small in size as well as a little bit hard but overall not too bad. All the workers were incredibly sweet and attentive the whole time. read more

The food service is too slow, it takes around 20' to get each order ; plus our benedictine eggs came out absolutely cold, maybe room temperature. Let me preface this by saying it was Father's Day. So it may have been busier than usual. Idk because it was my first time here First, it took 30 mins just to get our regular Americano coffee. I get that they serve by order but shouldn't they have regular coffee ready to serve? Second, it took a whole hour to get my food but not my mom's food. They warn you that it may take 25 mins to get your food but bringing out different plates at different times is a no no. Plus they use cheap plastic utensils. Not a good look. When asked for creamer, they only had milk and it was given to us cold. Another no no since people enjoy their coffee hot. Once they brought out my mom's pancakes, they served it plain. No syrup or anything. Who eats plain pancakes? Terrible experience. The food was ok. Not bad and not great. There are way better places. Also it's a bit cramp in there. People were coming in thinking to order first but since no one is in the front to sit them down, customers thought they had to order first. It was a mess.
