Omggggg. I had been meaning to bring the kids here for some time and we finally stopped by this week. I love ice cream myself and everything we tried here was a total hit. The place itself is quite nice. Steam punk decor which I loooove, spacious indoor, outdoor seating as well. It was hard to choose from what we wanted because everything looked amazing. They do have a new menu item, called Croshell, so we had the cookies and cream one... insaneeee. And it came with a cute labubu chocolate. From their beautiful signature selections we went with their Ferrero labubu and their treasure chest. I can't tell you which one was better because both delicious. My daughter loves shakes and we tried their caramel Oreo, that was gone in seconds lol. Service was top notch. The girl was so nice, attentive and patient. Wonderful experience here. read more

Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Doral, Florida

We were checking out this lively area near the Doral Yards and decided to grab some desserts. Cool ice cream shop. Reminds me of some movies that has inventions and technology. The menu offers regular ice cream in cones, sundae, and milkshake with or without alcohol. Just walk up to the counter and place your order, they will give you a pager. Once your order is ready, the pager will go off and grab it at the end of the counter. I was amazed at the nitrogen mixing into the ice cream to make it freeze, you can see the smoke coming out. The restaurant is colorful and full of gadgets. read more

Came here for dessert and had a pleasant experience. There is a decent selection of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got cake batter with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was a stellar combo. The staff was super friendly but did take their sweet time making things despite the line. The cashier wore AirPods the entire time and kept asking me to repeat my order which I didn't love, but alas. Overall, it was a really clean place with cool decor and plenty seating as well. Would absolutely come back. read more

If you love biscoff/cookie butter... I promise this is the place for you. After searching many places and going to so many ice cream shops; this is the only place that serves cookie butter EVERYTHING! This is cookie butter ice cream, with biscoff swirl and biscoff cookies topped with biscoff. I was DRUNK IN LOVE with this ice cream. This is the second time we get this ice cream and it is a hit!!!! The service was amazing. They didn't have the original butter me up ice cream recipe so the guy helped us custom make this full on cookie butter deliciousness. If I can come here every day and not gain weight, I would!!! The ambiance was amazing and so friendly... I'll be coming here soon! read more

This ice-cream shop is very aesthetic and Instagram worthy but that's about it. The menu offers a bunch of crazy and wacky ice-cream options. I came in with a friend for a sweet treat and honestly we were shocked when we paid and then tasted the ice-cream. It's your average ice-cream at a bougie price. I don't see the hype nor do I think it's worth it. read more

Ice cream. PLUS alcohol? Sign me up! Finally had a chance to stop in to try out the spiked ice cream and was sooo glad that I did. I love everything about the ice cream shop. Theres indoor and outdoor seating but it was a light drizzle so I sat indoor where I was able to enjoy all of the art and decor. The young ladies working were very pleasant and pointed out options and let me know that I could customize my treat. I opted for spiked cookie because I love Biscoff anything. I was like a kid watching it be made. I love how it was in a nice martini like glass and I could definitely taste the whisky in my sundae. The salted caramel ice cream was rich and delicious and the cookie butter sauce was definitely the icing on the cake! I absolutely recommend stopping in when in the area. I will be back for sure. read more

If you're looking for a spot to celebrate a special occasion, with some delicious sweets or maybe looking to have some fun with some alcohol mixed in with your sweet dessert then this place Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream is worth checking out! The inside decor is really cool and just gives you a bit of a futuristic vibe mixed in with a comfortable lively vibe. The service is excellent, and the team keeps the line moving smoothly. The options are vast, and the different flavors provided are creative and all sound so good. It's also so cool to be able to see the team members work on your item and see it come to life. The only reason why I can't give it a 5 star is because the pricing is surprisingly high. A $19-20 total for only one item just doesn't seem like good value or a good deal for just ice cream and alcohol. Cool concept, great flavors, and ideas! Just not a fan of the high pricing. read more

Spiked Rich is all hype with their nitrogen smoke and flashy presentations, but once the show is over you are left with overpriced ice cream that tastes basic at best. Nothing special, nothing memorable, and definitely not worth what they charge. Bottom line: Fun for Instagram, disappointing for your taste buds. Grocery store ice cream will treat you better for a fraction of the price. read more

Such a cool place for ice cream. Love that you can see how the ice cream is made along the line which makes it such a fun place to have ice cream. They have a good amount of flavors so that it's not overwhelming. My Oreo ice cream sundae was perfection. It had the right amount of cookies and cream flavor across all the pieces. If in the mood to try decadent and delicious ice creams, this may be your place..! I don't know the difference between nitrogen and regular ice cream but I do know that I had the creamiest and riches ice cream for the palate to savor and beautiful created for the sight to admire..! * Ambiance - Visually appealing and cozy. *Service - Very nice and friendly staff **Ordered - +Cookies & Cream & Vanilla Bean Cream - Every spoonful was delicious. The only bad part was when I reached the last spoonful. +Butter Me Up - Cookie butter ice cream, cookie dough, chocolate chip cookies with fudge. Seems like a lot of cookies but as Cookie Monster would say - "You can't have enough cookies".... Worth every caloric intake & definitely worth ordering again. Definitely a place to visit & will be back to try the milkshakes infused with alcohol...! read more

I have to admit that the ice cream is really good. I had something very simple, chocolate with pistachios. We also ordered one of the fancy shakes, the unicorn one and it's very pretty but it was pretty bad; for $20 I expected a good flavor also! Kudos to those working Sunday early afternoon shift! The line was crazy, I think we waited close to an hour but they were working very hard. read more

Had the strawberry ice cream with cheesecake chunks mixed in today. Never ceases to be amazing.

AMBIANCE: a quirky factory-themed ice cream joint that uses the idea of the nitrogen and brings it to life in a fun, mechanical yet whimsical way. Indoor seating and a large outdoor patio. SERVICE: while we were in it seemed like the employee was having to do a lot of tasks at once. It caused her to be pretty slow when it came to taking our order and starting our ice cream. She was quiet but not rude. FOOD: The ice cream was creamy and rich - both of our sundaes were recommended recipes, and I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and toppings. The ice cream was (thankfully) the best part. However, the taste didn't outweigh the cost. VALUE: Honestly, this sundae was overpriced. Nearly $15 for a scoop of ice cream and some toppings. I understand they need to keep up with the area of town & that it's fresh-made but with slow service and unnecessarily high prices I rated it 4 stars. read more

All hype and trend following with no genuine flavor or craft. Not remotely worth their price. Service is strange to say the least as you are funneled in a line to watch the nitrogen but given a beeper as if you're waiting for your table. The decor is also less than impressive just odd mix of what I would call generated slop. Don't waste your time you can get better ice cream at dollar tree. read more

Ok ok so I have been following this place for months. Never knew there was a location I Doral until the other night out with some friends, and we rolled by. The damn line was out the door, and it was like 9 pm if that gives you a clue that this place has a following. We went over to the courtyard cause the music was energetic and live. Now, originally, we were going to get some churros, but my peeps were like bump that once we told them spiked had alcohol infused ice cream. We were actually leaving Doral yard and did a u turn and parked again that's how serious it was. We both got the Nutella alcohol infused ice cream to share with our spouses. Needless to say, it was a perfect way to end the night. Good laughs, great service, and delicious ice cream. I can't wait to come back. read more

Loved all the cool options they had for ice cream. There are some boozy options as well as some regular ice cream. They have some crazy looking shakes too! I did go for the Ferrero Crunch which was so pretty. The ice cream had a gold dust which gave it this whimsical vibe. The whole shop itself has like an "ice cream meets Charlie chocolate factory" feel which is really cool. The taste of the ice cream was even better! I always feel like liquid nitrogen ice cream feels much fresher. It has some crunchy chocolate chips which is so yummy. The guy at the register was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the ice cream. Even if the line is long, it does move by really quickly. And they give you a buzzer which goes off when you're ice cream is ready, which I really liked because you don't have to be waiting around listening for someone to scream your name out. Really good place! read more

Hands down, THE BEST PISTACHIO ICE CREAM I have had since tasting pistachio gelato in Italy and Spain. From the moment you look at it you can tell that color is not coming from a pistachio flavored syrup. No bright mint colored ice cream. That's a no for me. Theirs is made with either pistachio butter, pistachio cream or pistachio powder... definitely the real deal. I was so very impressed. I finished my ice cream less than an hour ago and I could not wait to write this review. Just so impressed! I ordered the regular size and it was the equivalent to a large one anywhere else. Hence the price, for the quality and quantity, seemed more than fair to me. My husband ordered his classic Nutella, a large one, and boom! Same thoughts. The Nutella flavor is easier to attain, we have found them at some other nitrogen places, but this one was last to none. This large one lasted forever. The small ice particles worked their magic. No doubt. Just remembered, both our orders were evenly mixed. There were no white ribbons of only ice cream base to be seen. The owner, Jesse, who took our oder and made me feel confident about my pistachio order, is a young Moroccan guy who is definitely bringing his best. We will be back and this time I'll remind him to make me a coffee/nut concoction. He promised he could come up with something great. I won't be commenting much on the ambience since that's probably very obvious and even deceiving I'd say. Walking in I thought it was maybe only an IG worthy ice cream place and oh, was I wrong. There is much more to it than that. The kids also loved the ice cream and their thermochromic color changing spoons. Returning soon! See you Jesse. read more

I went with my friend to this place and we loved how impeccable it was. Also the inside decoration makes you feel so happy and comfortable you don't want to leave this place. The service of the young guy was terrific he was so nice and helpful. The drinks/ice cream we're good but not as I maybe expected because I think the price is too high for what it actually is which is ice cream with some alcohol. Spiked Rich Nitrogen Ice Cream - Great ice cream, my kids love it, they need to work in staffing better. Will come back. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Doral, Florida

New ice cream contender in Doral making a strong statement. The nitrogen ice cream always has better density and consistency which makes the ice cream last longer and with the generous portions served I was really happy. I got a large($8.99) for me made out of 3 solid large scoops of Nutella and a regular($6.99) for my wife of 2 solid scoops of Pistachio. Price was high but I didn't care because their product size dwarfed the competitors and they have real pistachio ice cream. The pistachio is made out of real grounded pistachios and not a colorant additive. Real flavor. The place is very colorful and well designed with lots of lights, sculptures and brick walls. Very cool temperature inside and modern disco music in the background to set a happy mood. The first impression was flashy and Instagram ready for picture kind of place but the quality and atmosphere instantly had my wife and I discussing how we had found our next go-to ice cream place in Doral. The kids loved the ice cream and the color changing spoons. For adults I saw alcohol ice cream options. I didn't try those. Counted 9 tables and 35 chairs inside, plus 8 tables and about 30 chairs outside which means there will be space for the amount of people I anticipate will crowd the place when finding out this gem. They only had couple of people running the place around 2:00PM but they explained they have 7 servers in power hour at night time. I hope the place keeps up the good quality and maintain service & price when the place gets popular. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this ice cream shop was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. From the moment i walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. No greeting, no smile--just a cold stare like we were bothering them by being there. I get it. I was also in the service industry. In fact I'm a Bartender--I serve multiple several customers daily we all have ups and downs, I know how it's like with a full house, it's a hot day in Florida and I'm craving an ice cream, but it feels unpleasant and the atmosphere doesn't feel right. I'd rather be served by the owner of this establishment whenever he's there again , instead of the three girls that were working upfront today at August 2nd, 2025 , 3:46pm. read more

I was hesitant to try this ice cream for a very long time although I love nitrogen ice cream. It took me a while because all the photos of the ice creams looked too wild for me. I like good flavors without the sugar overdosing. I also don't love overly sweet, large, or colorful desserts. I think this place has options to spike ice creams as well, but we just had drinks so we got our ice creams plain. I was very surprised at how incredibly delicious the pistachio ice cream was. My mom actually stole many bites from my cup and she is much pickier than me. Sadly I had to take away one star because the coffee ice cream was not that great. Don't know if it's the vegan base or the coffee flavor itself but I wasn't into it. I am no stranger to getting vegan bases either, I didn't like it sweetened with stevia and I think the flavor of the coffee could improve. Overall pleasant experience and I would definitely return! read more
