New favorite food truck alert! The concept is sweet and savory pancakes with delicious fixings. This time I went with the Chicken Thigh High (corn cake, pulled chicken, black bean salsa, chipotle crema and fresh cilantro) and my boo opted for their special of the day (a wagyu churrasco with fingerling potato pancake and homemade chimuchurri ). Both dishes were absolutely incredible. The flavors blended together perfectly and the pancakes were thicc and fluffy. Plenty of parking and seating and even an outdoor game for funsies. The owner/chef, Joaquin, is SO freaking nice and the entire staff was so attentive and personable. I can't wait to come back and try some more amazing dishes from this absolute gem! read more

Was excited to try their Lobster roll and it was great. Didn't disappoint at all. Will go back before they are gone!!

Wow! My family of 4 came here in Dec, 24 and we were beyond impressed. The service was beyond personable. The chef, Joaquin, went out of his way to create a gluten-free meal for my mother. It was not only incredibly thoughtful, but very delicious (woo-hoo, latkes!). Joaquin spent time suggesting activities in the area, and really took time to get to know my family. All things service aside, the food was great! We loved the coffee and chai hot drinks, as well as the burger entree and bacon appetizer. The flavors in the burger were so complex with many different elements created. So thankful to have come to this wonderful restaurant, and can't wait to come back again when we are in the area. read more

Have you ever stumbled upon a restaurant and said to yourself, Wow! So grateful to have found such delicious food." Well, that pretty much sums up the Jealous Fork. Came here on a Sunday with my girlfriend to try out these wonderful gourmet pancakes. We are definitely pancake people so we were stoked! Parking is on the side on the street and we had no trouble finding a spot. If you plan to visit and it's hot outside wear something light and if it's cold bring your sweater. This is a food truck so you will be outside. They have multiple benches with umbrellas, a grassy area so the kids can run around and the all black food truck in the background. Ordering was easy because they have the menu on the side of the truck and Joaquin (one of the owners) explained everything to me. And at the time of this review you can also order from uber eats for pick up, if you are pressed for time. We ordered the lemon curd & blueberry, jealous burger and the knausberry farm cinnamon roll pancakes (special for November). All I gotta say is, "sweet 8lb 6oz baby Jesus!" I basically had to fight my girlfriend for bites lol! The burger was juicy, tasty and it was all held together with melted cheese. The lemon curd was a perfect compliment to the blueberry...a heavenly combo. Finally, the knausberry farm pancakes had a great crunch from the cinnamon toast, the cinnamon roll flavor in the pancake was amazing and it was all topped with fresh whipped cream! The pancakes are just the right ratio of density to fluffiness (you can trust me I'm a forensic scientist ). The portions are a perfect size and full of flavor. Nothing was overwhelmingly sweet or salty. I can tell they put a lot of thought and love into their pancake concepts. Joaquin came out to check on us and let me tell you...this dude oozes passion and love for what he creates. He is so well spoken and energetic. He told us everything was made in house except the cheese (if he had the time he would probably make it in-house as well lol). He told my girlfriend and I their origin story and we simply fell in love. Consider giving this passionate small business a try! I am totally looking forward to their next yummy creation. Thanks for reading . read more

Everything was amazing! We love how the owner comes by and checks on different tables. You can tell he's a humble person that knows his way around the kitchen. The food was delicious, the presentation was amazing. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and polite. My wife and daughter usually order the pancakes. It's their favorite place for pancakes. I usually order their ribs! And if you go you HAVE TO taste their custard espresso! It will blow your mind! The ambiance is just around incredible. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant! We started with a few cocktails - blueberry kit royal, for those that don't like really sweet drinks and find that mimosas can be boring, this a great option for you. Also had the espresso martini. One word - BOOM! I don't like drinks that are very sweet so if you do, ask for a little simple syrup. We had the lemon curd & blueberry pancakes that were heaven-not too sweet. Also had the pulled pork sandwich that was tender, juicy, and the sauce had just the right amount of sweet. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they were knowledgeable (you'd be surprised how many are not) and accommodating! She also had pulled pork and lived it. Our waitress was polite and tentative. She answered ALL our questions and was helpful. We will definitely be going back!! I recommend for those of you that haven't been, don't miss it. read more

Very nice staff but food, wasn't good at all. We waited for almost 90 min and finally we got table and we ordered pancakes and it was just bread with different toppings. Very very normal pancakes. Maybe even less delicious. I go there after Mr eat recommended it but honestly I got so disappointed. For sure was my first and last time to go there. read more

Just wow!!!!! The ambiance , the service , the food !!!!! The WHOLE package !!!!! Those pancakes.... Omg ... the very best! I had the peanut butter pancakes, my daughter had the "to die for" original pancakes , the hubby had the savory chicken pancakes and my son had the Oreo pancakes ! All where just out of this world. Our next family food adventure take us to Jealous Fork located in Kendall with a category of 4.9 with more then 125 review we decided to visit the place at the lunch. After the tremendous success of Jealous Fork, the country's first artisan food truck and award-winning pancakes Joaquín Ortiz and Henrik Telle the creators had a dream but over time their rise was evident by the constantly line of people waiting to try delicious pancakes, Jealous Fork since its inception has been the subject of vlogs by foodies and influencers from all over the country, for this reason Jealous Fork has been awarded as "Best Food Truck in South Florida" The experience was incredibly unforgettable, the decoration is perfect for the type of cuisine, excellent customer service, friendly and professional. The food was something different, the fries with a perfect touch of salt, the pork belly was an experience, the presentation was a culinary masterpiece of flavor and color, and the pancakes were exquisite, as was the coffee. Highly recommended if you are in Kendall, by the way I have to go back to eat the rest of the menu. read more

What a wonderful experience. My mom got to the restaurant an hour early. The staff let her sit at our reserved table an hour to our arrival. We had a cheerful and helpful waiter. We order the Lobster Roll special that was one of the best I have ever had. The chef/owner came over and talked us about his inspiration. I highly recommend this place! read more

Did not like it. They don't have a lot of options when in comes to breakfast. Service was excellent and the place look nice.

I really enjoy this place; from the attention from the servers and the food's quality, Jealous Fork stands out. This establishment is always full which gives testament to their commitment to service and great food. The place is small but it is adequate. The service is quick, servers are very friendly and attentive to their patrons needs. One of the best places in the area. read more

I liked the food, which was a little unconventional but still works. The service was kind of slow but I think it's because they're busier than they expected. The restaurant could use a better lay out but again I don't think they expected the level of service that they're doing(good for them). I love the pancakes. The restaurant was clean and everyone was pretty nice. I'd recommend trying them out read more

Food was Ok, Service was Fantastic, Place is nice bit overpriced Will not be back, Over Rated

Mad genius!!! The owner definitely put a lot of care and thought into the menu selections. Everything looks so tasty and you know just by looking at the photos posted the food must be good. But what I was not prepared for was how it exceeded expectations. The Oreo pancakes were not pungently sweet. They had a great balance of sweet and savory. The whipped cream on top was perfection. We also ordered the Pork Belly Bahn Mi. This is the mad genius's outrageous creation. It simply should not make any sense but it does. Not only does it blow your mind it will awaken your taste buds and elevate them. The service is excellent, friendly staff. It was refreshing to experience great service coupled with delicious food in this area. A real treat! read more

One of my favorite places, they have the best pancakes! Their service is also very good. I went years ago when they used to be in a food truck, so I made it a point to make sure I was able to experience the restaurant. The first time we went, was a couple weeks ago, where we were able to sit at the bar, and we were able to converse with everyone there. Def had a great time! We made it a point to go back for burger night on Fridays and the burgers were absolutely delicious. They also have different craft beers. This is a must go location! read more

Quite a find! Creative dishes, great ingredients and a much needed brunch specialist in the area.

Food may be good but very limited menu. Told it would be 15 minutes, and we were seated after 55 minutes. To then find out pancakes take 20 minutes extra. They sat us then had ro move the table. Too much time invested at that point to leave. Make sure you have plenty of time to waste read more

Food unique and delicious, the ambiance is tight but very welcoming, service is excellent.

This place was amazing. Starting with their super Duper Duper fresh Angus burger very very tasty Pancakes, they had all different types of flavors for them and they were full of flavor. service was amazing! read more

This place was honestly so bad. The best thing were the fries. We got a spindle of bacon, which was both cold And entirely unremarkable for$11. It wasn't cold cause the server, it's cold cause they make it earlier and then put it in a bin. I watched them assemble it and bring it straight out. Server was great, it's just their idea of bacon is apparently cold. Also. The pork belly wasn't pork belly. They were masitas de puerco but 3x as expensive. Incredibly hard and didn't taste like anything. Then we got the traditional pancake, lemon curd and strawberry cheesecake. They come out sopping soggy and tasted raw. The idea of light fluffy pancakes was only in the pictures. The actual product was just raw and soggy. The flavors were also bland. The exception was the lemon curd topping. It was genuinely delish. If they made a special desert or something with it, it would be amazing. But alas, we spent $100 and left hungry. The cherry on top was the little kids cup. It has a spot to put your name on it. It's plastic and tiny disposable type cup. Figured it was ok to keep. We asked if the kiddo could leave with it, the hostess said no and took it from him to take inside when I told her he would return it. Jesus. This was something else. read more

Wow wow wow. Bacon and Traditional Pancakes are out of this world delicious. Mimosa and Mojito were a great touch to our brunch. Finished off with the Jealous Burger & of course like everything else amazing. The jam in the burger was 12/10. I will be back soon! read more

We visited this food truck back in December. You will find it on the corner of 107ave Sw and 86 street (I think) . They have outdoor seating and the service good. The crew was very polite and attentive. There's no bathroom, so wash your hands before you go Our favorite was the blueberry one, but if you like chocolate, the Oreo o e was good too. Our least favorite was the pork belly one ( is too watery) Hope you can go and enjoy Cheers read more

Stopped by their truck last weekend after getting a recommendation from a couple friends. My BF and I each ordered the traditional stack which comes with 3 pancakes, syrup & butter. The pancakes were pretty good and almost have a biscuit consistency to them which sets them apart from others. The pancakes themselves are fairly small so I wouldn't consider this a full breakfast meal. All of the pancake options also cost the same ($10) so you're probably better off ordering one with toppings to get more bang for your buck. The two guys working the truck were extremely friendly and worked as fast as they could. They were wearing proper protection and you can tell the truck was very clean. Make sure to check their Instagram to find their current address! read more

I tried this place out when it was just a food truck. Best pancakes I have ever had. The owners and staff are so kind and attentive. I was so excited to find out they opened a brick and mortar, arrived there on a Sunday and the wait was about an hour. The restaurant is smaller but busy. Will be going back to eat those pancakes again! Just when the wait is not quite so long. But definitely worth the wait for those who haven't tried it yet! read more

If you're in the mood for something deliciously different, head over to the Jealous Fork Food Truck. Ohh so good. I ordered the Lemon Curd and Blueberry Pancakes. Airy pancakes with the perfect amount of lemony tartness and blueberry goodness. The food was fresh and delicately presented. It was yummy in every way. My daughter ordered a more savory flavor and truly, I couldn't say which one was the better. Both were just that good. Professionally trained, super personal owners greet and serve you with care. Super accessible to get to, right off Kendall & 107th Avenue. Don't drive by; stop and grab a quick bite or stay and play for a while. It's a really sweet set up, complete with picnic tables and games. read more
