JB Roofing & Weatherproofing was excellent to work with. They were professional from start to finish, and the owner was on site throughout the project, which I really appreciated. He's approachable, easy to talk to, and very thorough in explaining everything. What stood out most was the clear communication. They showed photos of what the job would look like before starting and provided detailed after photos once it was complete. Their response time was quick, billing was easy with online payment, and the whole process felt smooth. I highly recommend them. Good people, solid work. Freddie and his team did an excellent job replacing my four skylights that were leaking. His estimate was competitive and his work was prompt and thorough. Freddie pays attention to detail ! He has a lot of integrity and takes pride in what he does. He came back to make sure the skylights were working and cleaned properly from The installation process. He also cleaned up the area so that there was no debris anywhere. I can't recommend Freddie and his company enough. I will use him for all my roofing needs. Thank you Freddie for doing a great job! read more

JB Roofing - Freddy was attentive to my needs after the heavy rains & winds we had in Yucaipa & water started coming inside the air/heat ceiling vent in the bathroom. They were booked up but told me would try to squeeze me in. Fortunately it didn't rain again prior to them coming out a short time later. They took off tiles & replaced the lining under them & got the problem fixed for me. They showed me photos along the way of repairing the roof. Would highly recommend this company. When I began my search to find a qualified roofer to fix a few leaks, I looked for someone who is honest, great customer service, great references, quality work, and a company that stood behind their work! I had received 6 different quotes from roofers and no other quote I received was a as thorough and complete as JB Roofing. Freddy arrived same day I called him to give me a quote and it was emailed within 24 hours. They took the time to answer every single question I had via follow up email/phone call. I had a good feeling about them based off their service, reviews, response time, and level of professionalism! Day of repair they showed up early and on time. They worked nonstop from early morning to evening with great respect for our home and had a very friendly crew. They worked back to back days until the job was complete. There isn't much more you can ask for! Their quality of work was outstanding and professionally done and Freddy helped articulate everything that was being done all the way through. I definitely recommend! We would give them 5/5 Stars across the board! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or repaired. Thank you so much again Freddy and Britney, we truly appreciate you both and your crew! read more

I was so amazed at the fine job this company did on my roof. They went the extra mile. I didn't know I had some damage tiles on my roof. They went and bought new ones. But, they didn't match. So these clever employees removed tiles that we would not be able to see and put the same color tiles where we could see them. Then put the off colored tiles where no one would see them. This is a company you can trust!!!! Plus they left my driveway, side walk , and wherever there was a mess, all cleaned up. read more

Freddie does an excellent job from start to finish. Great communication, great price, super clean - good crew. Will use them again!

Jose (nickname: "Freddie") of JB Roofing and his crew did a terrific job of making our older roof vents watertight. We were really impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. We felt the price was reasonable, and we would definitely hire him again for a roofing job. In fact, I just recommended him to my nephew, who is buying a house with a needy roof! His wife, Brittany, who runs the business side, was really sweet, too. They're busy, so get your work done before it's critical! read more

After several quotes for a roof leak repair in a valley over my garage, we went with JB Roofing and were glad we had. They weren't the cheapest quote we received but they certainly weren't the highest either. Any cheaper quote received hadn't gone to the extent of repairs that JB had. They were also the ONLY company that took the time to check the rest of our roof for issues and included those items and additional preventative maintenance for other roof valleys. Even with those additional items, their price was more reasonable than other companies who hadn't taken time or effort to search beyond the requested repair area. Freddy was extremely thorough in explaining the trouble and what they would do for repairs and provided pictures. It took only about 2 and a half weeks from accepting the quote to having their crew out for repairs. They were very thorough with their cleanup, one of the team members even told me he's going to make sure he cleans up every last nail he could around the property because he saw I have kids and wouldn't want them to step on any nails. If I ever have any further roofing concerns, I'm heading straight back to JB Roofing. read more

I was referred to Freddy of JB Roofing by a friend who called him the most professional contractor he had ever worked with. I called Freddy and found out for myself when he arrived to quote our roof replacement. He projects professionalism with his clean truck and uniform and pleasant times approach. But that was just the start. Freddy was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained clearly what the roof needed and when I offered up ideas he listened and took them into consideration where warranted. He certainly has the knowledge and experience to ensure the repairs are done correctly. He explained exactly what should be done and why. His pricing was very fair when compared to others and he follows through on everything. He took care of permits and did a terrific job for us. I wouldn't hesitate to call JB Roofing again or refer his company to all my friends read more

Freddy replaced by gigantic deck, over 700 SF & I couldn't be happier with the finished look. From the beginning Freddy responded to my request for the bid, with much follow-up regarding weather & logistics. I am very happy with the multiple steps required in the chosen product. Freddy is very professional, does quality work & maintains his schedule & commitments without fail. Although deck refinishing is expensive, I believe Freddy will stand by his 3 year warranty. read more

Our neighbor referred us to Freddy, who was recommended to him by another neighbor. Freddy is very responsive and does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. He knows his trade extremely well and clearly explains what/how needs to be repaired/replaced. He's the only roofer that has ever taken photos to explain with a visual aid. He follows up via email with a detailed written quote including the photos. It is easy for customers to use the electronic system to approve the quote, pay and receive receipt. Very organized! He works hands-on with his crew, who are also experienced and very skilled. I appreciated that they cleaned up afterwards. Freddy is very professional, and I felt comfortable with his proposal, pricing and quality of work. It's clear he takes pride in his work and truly wants to ensure the customer is satisfied. I know I will not have to worry about those areas leaking again for another 30+ years! read more
