I want to give a big THANK YOU to More Roofing for the quality work done to repair the leak in my…read moreroof. I had a challenging time trying to consider which contractor to choose in repairing my roof. I have quotes ranging from 1k to 40k. I won't bother everyone with the company that was going to try to rip me off. Always get multiple offers before decision making for your specific situation. Yami was always professional and really cared about getting you an appointment at close to your needed timeframe. More roofing wasn't the most expensive but actually came in at a more valued and reasonable price quote. I did compare More Roofing with one other local contractor and they where neck in neck regarding work needing to be done, except for the length of time to fix my roof, I had to text the other contractor instead of calling an office and price. The other contractor said it would take 1-2 weeks to repair, More Roofing took one afternoon and they wanted $600 more than More Roofing. I would have waited a year just to have More Roofing repair my roof, instead of having the other contractor come in and may try to take advantage of the situation. Luckily I will never get to explore that decision. It was very important to say out of all 4 roofing companies I got an estimate for, More Roofing warranties there work the longest. I read all the reviews posted and I have to say that played 50% part in my decision. I wanted to add experience to the other reviews, in hope this can help anyone looking for a reliable, reputable and trustworthy company to work with. Thank you More Roofing Team for helping me through this difficult process but you have earned my business for all future roofing work. Douglas and Mike

During the initial estimate, he went up on the roof to do a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the entire process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. The pricing was very fair, especially compared to other quotes I considered. I was also impressed with the speed of the project; the entire job, including painting the new fascia to match, was completed in just over a day. Freddy was incredibly professional throughout and even provided me with pictures before and after the job was completed so I could see the progress for myself. They even went above and beyond by fixing a couple of broken tiles that were discovered after the initial estimate was completed. The communication was clear, the work was professional, and they made the whole project stress-free. It's hard to find that kind of transparency and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend Freddy and the Armour Roofing team!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. While the finished roof looks good, the…read moreoverall process was a nightmare. They started my project without first obtaining the required city permit. The city eventually stopped the work because there was no permit, and the company only pulled one afterward. Another issue was the contract. They used the date they gave me the estimate instead of the actual date I signed the contract. When I tried to cancel, they told me I couldn't because they relied on the earlier date, even though it wasn't the date I signed. They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience. I would recommend asking plenty of questions and making sure all permits and paperwork are correct before work begins.

Also there were a couple of asphalt shingles missing so, I figger I easily can fix that. Yeah, right! Discovered real quick I was in over my head and the rainy season was heading my way. It looked like I really needed a new roof rather than a quickie patch job but I didn't have a loose ten grand or so NOW for a new roof so I wound up checking around. Tim was the first one available in the next few days so I decided to give him a try. He came out promptly a day or two later and looked at my pitiful repair start and said he could fix that and then pointed out several other problem shingles I had not even noticed. Wow, sez me to myself, looks like this guy knows roofs! And I noticed his ad said "nothing over $500!" And what he proposed to fix, thought I, would easily cost $500. WRONG! His estimate was way under $500! And he only spent maybe as much as 3 hours on the roof. And wow, did he do a great job! He even fixed a problem I didn't know I had with no extra charge. So I pays him and gave him a nice tip. And sure enough, a week later we got a rare heavy thundershower. And I do mean heavy! And the leak? Not a drop. Wow, sez I, that's what I've always wanted! A perfect job at a discount price. And when I get my roof money ready, I'm definitely calling him even though I don't think he wants to do a full roof job.
