He knew the process of installation very will and was also very quick to pull the permits thru the city of San Jacinto. His team was very prompt in doing the installation. Andrew which was one of the team members really helped explained how to operate this Generator system which was pretty simple thank goodness. They worked will with my daily schedule during the installation process. I am so glad I was able to sign up for their yearly maintenance service for the Generator which was pretty reasonable. His price on installing it with permits was very very reasonable as well. I will definitely keep Steve's number for any electrical issues I may encounter in the future!!! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Manny C.

I received estimates from three different local operators, and Steve was by far the most competitive. Often, a better price can mean sacrificing quality or organization, but that was absolutely NOT the case here. We received top-tier, C-10 licensed professional work for a price that was honest and fair. I want to specifically highlight Andrew, who is an absolute rockstar. He was incredibly disciplined, proactive, and dependable. What truly impressed me was his commitment to the timeline--he was out there late on Thanksgiving Eve in freezing temperatures to ensure a critical correction was made so we wouldn't be left without power over the holiday weekend. That level of dedication is rare. For anyone living in Big Bear, you know that Bear Valley Electric Service (BVES) has strict protocols that differ significantly from standard utility specs down the hill. This team demonstrated expert knowledge of the specific BVES and San Bernardino County handbook, ensuring our project was code-compliant and energized despite the holiday crunch. If you need a licensed team with the expertise to navigate local utility red tape and the work ethic to hit a deadline when it counts, call these guys. Ask for Steve! He provided an honest quote and made sure his team got the job done.

It was a big project and honestly a bit overwhelming -- but they stepped in and completely transformed the space. They finished the drywall properly, handled all the taping and texture, plastered everything beautifully, and then painted the entire home. The end result looks like a completely different house. The walls are smooth, the texture is consistent throughout, and the paint job is clean and professional. What impressed me most was their ability to take over a messy, half-done situation and turn it into something polished and cohesive. They were reliable, communicative, fairly priced, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. No stress, no surprises -- just solid, quality work. You'd never know the house had been sitting in foreclosure with incomplete work. If you're dealing with a fixer or a project that feels overwhelming, I highly recommend this team. They truly brought this house back to life.

And then his 2 guys still left unacceptable areas that my own top notch drywall guy had to fix. :( :(

Throughout the entire process, Ben and Ivy were fantastic to work with. They were always responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No renovation of this size is ever completely stress-free, but they always addressed our questions and concerns quickly and worked hard to keep everything moving. What we appreciated most was their commitment to meeting our deadline so everything was finished before our family arrived from overseas. They went above and beyond to make that happen. The quality of the work turned out great, and we're so happy with our new bathrooms and kitchen. We highly recommend Ben, Ivy, and their team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional remodeling company.

Throughout the process, we felt pressured to proceed with the maximum financing available. We also did not receive a detailed cost breakdown from Ben and had to ask to speak to someone else. He told us many times "sorry, this is good as I can do, it's a bundle deal", which made us uncomfortable feeling like he was hiding prices from us. After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations.
