I scheduled an appointment with this company for January 20th to get an estimate on completely redoing my roof. The appointment time came and went, no one showed. I called their number to find out what happened, left my name and phone number to call me back. No one called back. Not a great experience. We had a few leaks on our roof. I couldn't afford a new roof and was nervous a company would tell me I needed one. I contacted Rancho Mirage Roofing and Manual came out and was prompt, quick and so honest. He fixed the leaks for a very reasonable price and told us that we will need a new roof, due to the fact that mine is original when the house was built in 1986, but that it was fine right now, the leaks were sealed and no pressure just give him a call when we need him again or want to redo it. It was a breathe of fresh air not to be take advantage of and to have a company be so nice and honest. I highly recommend them. read more

Just before the pandemic, my mom's roof seemed to be leaking, and a roofer estimated repairs at over $10,000. I got a second opinion from Manuel at Ranch Mirage Roofing, who found the issue was actually an AC drip pan leak. An A/C company confirmed his assessment, saving us from unnecessary roof repairs. Recently, an AC company noticed one broken and two cracked tiles while checking a vent on our roof. So, I called Manuel from Ranch Mirage Roofing again, and he said he could be there the next day at 10:00 am. Manuel arrived on time, inspected the tiles and sent a crew to replace them the same day, finding a good color match and charging a reasonable cost. I was recommended to Manny and Rancho Mirage Roofing by my realtor. I'd tried to get other roofers out but only needing 2 tiles repaired I was told "the job was too small" or my calls weren't returned. Manny the owner picked up right away and promised to get one of his guys out when they were in the neighborhood. He was quick, fair, understanding of my past (0-rated) experiences. Manny was professional, sent someone out right away to check on my roof, responded to my calls and was very fair. I called Manny and he came the next day to give me an estimate. He was friendly and polite. He asked for my email, so he could send me an estimate in a day or two. I followed up twice over the next two weeks and he never sent me the estimate or responded to my messages. He did previous work on the home's roof for the previous owner's and his work has stood the test of time but disappointing that he did not follow through and provide an estimate. When I called to setup appointment for the estimate, I told him it was only a garage roof repair. If the job was too small or he wasn't interested in it, I wish he would have said that from the beginning. read more

Great experience all around! Manny came to look at the roof where my AC is and was able to completely fix. Same with my two flat roofs that tend to pool a little water. He had his crew (Luis and two other super nice guys) at the house early and got everything done and cleaned up in a few hours. So glad he was able to get me in before the rains that are headed our way. I went up on the roof to sweep some leaves off and got to see the work up close. They went so far beyond what they needed to do, just to make sure we were good to go with the heavy rains that are coming. And he was able to squeeze in my neighbor who was having issues too. I had called this company to get an estimate on the condition of our roof as we are in the process of selling. They came out when they said they would, walked the roof and then said the estimate would be emailed in a day or two. That estimate never came and here it is two months later and I got a response from them yesterday, after texting twice, leaving an email message and leaving a message via their website that I had not received the estimate. What did they say? They said they would email that night. Here it is, the next day and NO estimate in my email ANYWHERE!! Not in in box, not in spam, not anywhere. Further to Manny's response - I don't wish to denigrate your service - maybe you do a good job for the people you help. Here is the first email response I received from your company January 30th, 2019: "Thank you for your message. This is to confirm that you have sent the following information below. Please allow us 24 hours to respond." It was before the big rain in mid February, and you still haven't responded except to worry about your Yelp reputation. Today is February 21st - I have found another roofer, who was also busy, but at least scheduled a time in the future to deal with my roof.
