Manny and Jaime at Rancho Mirage Roofing are the best! This was my first time dealing with anything that had to do with roofing and I was very confused from the start. They came highly recommended by Todd from Reliable Roofing and I am very happy I took his recommendation. After getting the permit, the reroofing (foam roofing for flat roof) was complete within a week. Manny, Jaime, and the team perform clean work, are there bright and early, reliable, licensed, and most importantly communicative. If you're looking for a star team you can trust, you're looking at the right place! Manny, Jaime, and team, thank you for taking care of our roof! read more

High praise for Manny and Johnny! We have been customers since we moved to La Quinta five years ago. Extremely fair, very skilled and honest - highly recommend!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment with this company for January 20th to get an estimate on completely redoing my roof. The appointment time came and went, no one showed. I called their number to find out what happened, left my name and phone number to call me back. No one called back. Not a great experience. The other companies I scheduled estimates with were prompt and courteous. Don't know what happened here. read more

I can't say enough about these guys. They have repeatedly provided amazing service. Manuel and John go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied and won't gouge you or take advantage by charging unreasonably... I recommend them for any roofing needs you may have. read more

These guys are great. Quote was fair, the product was installed before promise date. I would recommend these guys every time - BUT THEY ARE BUSY! read more

Editing my review as Rancho Mirage Roofing did complete the work as promised. Manny reached out, acknowledged the issues I had and did a follow up to make sure all repairs were done. He also didn't charge for the repairs due to my previous frustration. As a business owner myself, I respect that. read more

Great communication with the owner, Manny. He answered right away and gave me a good quote over the phone.

I'm leaving yet another negative review for this company as they don't seem interested in returning calls from a prospective local customer. I gave them a second chance after speaking with a neighbor who used them, I but got the same unprofessional non-response after I called. That's simply poor professional etiquette 101. Oh well, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I refuse to chase down a contractor to try to give them work. read more

We had a few leaks on our roof. I couldn't afford a new roof and was nervous a company would tell me I needed one. I contacted Rancho Mirage Roofing and Manual came out and was prompt, quick and so honest. He fixed the leaks for a very reasonable price and told us that we will need a new roof, due to the fact that mine is original when the house was built in 1986, but that it was fine right now, the leaks were sealed and no pressure just give him a call when we need him again or want to redo it. It was a breathe of fresh air not to be take advantage of and to have a company be so nice and honest. I highly recommend them. read more

Had a small roof issue. Tony and his crew fixed it quickly and professionally. If I have any other roofing needs, I would not hesitate to call them again! read more

I worked with Manny and had a great experience. I am very satisfied with my new roof. Manny was one of five roofing companies I was considering. He came out right away to inspect my roof and told me everything that needed to be repaired and explained how the entire process would work. Received my proposal that same evening and his price was more than competitive. Once I selected Manny for the job, he immediately started working on the permit and ordering of supplies. Once the job started with old shingles removal, Manny came out every day to check on his crew and to ensure everything was going as planned. Once the new roof was completed and final inspection was done, Manny sent pictures and we walked the roof together. I would highly recommend Manny with Rancho Mirage Roofing for your new roof. Outstanding service; quality and price!! Clint read more

Just before the pandemic, my mom's roof seemed to be leaking, and a roofer estimated repairs at over $10,000. I got a second opinion from Manuel at Ranch Mirage Roofing, who found the issue was actually an AC drip pan leak. An A/C company confirmed his assessment, saving us from unnecessary roof repairs. Recently, an AC company noticed one broken and two cracked tiles while checking a vent on our roof. So, I called Manuel from Ranch Mirage Roofing again, and he said he could be there the next day at 10:00 am. Manuel arrived on time, inspected the tiles and sent a crew to replace them the same day, finding a good color match and charging a reasonable cost. Big thanks to Manuel and Rancho Mirage Roofing!! read more

Manny at Rancho Mirage Roofing is the man to see for any roofing issues. He took care of an emergency roofing repair for me quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. He is now my go-to roofer and I highly recommend him! read more

We recently had our concrete tile roof underlayment replaced. Manny was quick and professional in responding to our request for a bid. He worked with us to get a crew out to meet our timeframe request. The crew did an excellent job, cleaned up the jobsite daily, and kept us informed with progess reports. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. read more

I was recommended to Manny and Rancho Mirage Roofing by my realtor. I'd tried to get other roofers out but only needing 2 tiles repaired I was told "the job was too small" or my calls weren't returned. Manny the owner picked up right away and promised to get one of his guys out when they were in the neighborhood. I sent him my information and we spoke again and today I was pleased that the work was done and I can't tell the repair area from the rest of the roof! Great job!! read more

I have used this company to repair the roof on my home and business several times over the years. Manny is very nice and honest and gets the job done. Definitely recommend you give them a call! read more

I asked for a quote to fix a roof leak. I suspected it might be a complete replacement. They came out to look at it very promptly, but things got sketchy after that. Communication was intermittent and eventually I got no response at all. I realize roofers are busy post hurricane, but just say so. Time wasted. read more

While the owner, Manny, and John are very friendly, their follow up is abysmal. Manny met me at our property in The Cove, said he would provide a quote to repair the roof but since then, nothing. After multiple attempts contacting both Manny and John, I'm moving on to another roofer. A shame. read more

Manny and team are amazing--these are the guys you want to hire. They stand by their work and in my case went above and beyond to fix problems that had nothing to do with their roof installation (they worked on the drain system to ensure leaks below their roof didn't happen). They are incredibly responsive and also quite pleasant to deal with. I'm extremely grateful for all their hard work. read more

After having a very bad, unprofessional, experience with Leonard Roofing, I was asking around for a new roofing company. Rancho Mirage Roofing was mentioned to me. I called Manny Ortega/Owner. He was quick, fair, understanding of my past (0-rated) experiences. Manny was professional, sent someone out right away to check on my roof, responded to my calls and was very fair. From the time I hired them, a crew member came out two days later (the weekend was in between). Tiles repaired, cleaned up, and professional and so reasonable. I recommend this company 5 stars. Will be referring him to others in my community. read more

We had to have our roof totally replaced after Hilary came through Palm Desert in 2023. We found Rancho Mirage Roofing by accident. I would recommend using this company 100%. The workers were professional, NEAT, and did a great job. Hire them. Annie read more

I called Manny and he came the next day to give me an estimate. He was friendly and polite. He asked for my email, so he could send me an estimate in a day or two. I followed up twice over the next two weeks and he never sent me the estimate or responded to my messages. He did previous work on the home's roof for the previous owner's and his work has stood the test of time but disappointing that he did not follow through and provide an estimate. When I called to setup appointment for the estimate, I told him it was only a garage roof repair. If the job was too small or he wasn't interested in it, I wish he would have said that from the beginning. read more

Manuel showed up on time for estimate and seemed friendly enough. Told me he would give me estimate for minor roof repairs later that day (on a Friday) or by the following Monday. That was almost 2 weeks ago. He never responded. He did not respond to several voicemails. He has not responded to 2 emails either. He essentially ghosted me and disappeared with no communication. FYI. He came with high recs but did not follow through and left me hanging. Let the buyer beware. read more

We really can't say enough about Manny & his crew at Rancho Mirage Roofing. As first-time home owners we were very nervous about our first new roof. Manny came highly recommended from friends of ours & while I agree with some of the critical reviews that emails & phone calls weren't immediately returned, some follow up needed - any inconvenience was so worth it for the amazing service & job well done. Manny listened to our concerns, was willing to customize his contract with us to expressly address our concerns & make us feel safe. His crew did an amazing job, exceeding all expectations. After completion there were a couple spots that needed a little touching up & Manny happily sent the crew back to immediately to address it. 100% completely satisfied & now have a roof man for life. read more

My neighbor, a realtor believed we should have a roof company check out a cracked tile. We called Manny at Rancho Mirage Roofing because on their consistent 5 star Yelp reviews. Yelp users are again spot on!!!! Rancho Mirage Roofing also gets a 5 stars from me. Professional, knowledgeable , and honest. Our small issue was quickly resolved. It's was a pleasure dealing with this company. Thank you Yelp for the great referral!!! read more

The representative from the company never returned my call. If he doesn't return a call, he's probably not going to fix my problem. Later.

I had the roof on my home in Rancho Mirage, CA replaced in conjunction with a solar panel project. Rancho Mirage Roofing worked hand-in-glove with Renova Energy and did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Manny heads up this company, and I can't say enough about what a great guy he was to work with. He came and personally inspected before, during, and after the work was completed and he was highly responsive to all my concerns along the way. I would recommend this roofing company without hesitation to anyone who asks. read more

I had called this company to get an estimate on the condition of our roof as we are in the process of selling. They came out when they said they would, walked the roof and then said the estimate would be emailed in a day or two. That estimate never came and here it is two months later and I got a response from them yesterday, after texting twice, leaving an email message and leaving a message via their website that I had not received the estimate. What did they say? They said they would email that night. Here it is, the next day and NO estimate in my email ANYWHERE!! Not in in box, not in spam, not anywhere. Suffice it to say that a company that can't even return an estimate for their business to make them money is not to be trusted to do the work. read more

Great experience all around! Manny came to look at the roof where my AC is and was able to completely fix. Same with my two flat roofs that tend to pool a little water. He had his crew (Luis and two other super nice guys) at the house early and got everything done and cleaned up in a few hours. So glad he was able to get me in before the rains that are headed our way. I went up on the roof to sweep some leaves off and got to see the work up close. They went so far beyond what they needed to do, just to make sure we were good to go with the heavy rains that are coming. And he was able to squeeze in my neighbor who was having issues too. HIGHLY recommend Manny and the guys. read more

Manny and his excellent crew did an amazing job of installing a new roof on our mid century home in Rancho Mirage. We received quotes from many roofing contractors and we chose Rancho Mirage Roofing because of their excellent reputation and fair pricing. Manny kept us informed every step of the way and his top notch crew thoroughly cleaned up after each work day, making sure there was no debris or nails. Manny guaranteed from the very start that we would love our new roof and I'm happy to report we actually do love the roof. Not only does it look fantastic, but our home is so much cooler with the new foam roof. We are now huge fans of Rancho Mirage roofing and we feel confident that we now have the best roof possible. read more

In the last wind storm we lost a single tile. Called and spoke to Manuel Ortega and he sent one of his men over and immediately replaced the missing tile. Manny at Rancho Mirage Roofing was great helping us assess and repair a roof leak on our tile roof near the solar panels. It was such a minor repair but Manny made us a priority. Don't waste your time. I called Manny on Monday to see if he could come give me an estimate. He said he couldn't because he was going to Stagecoach but text him the info and his partner could. I texted three times and didn't hear back. I called and didn't hear back and then I called and Manny answered and said he saw my texts, but just didn't respond and said he would call me right back with an appointment time and I never heard back. What a waste of time and so unprofessional. read more

RANCHO MIRAGE ROOFING deserves 10+ stars! After discovering a roof leak after heavy rain I went online to search for a roofing company. The first one I called .... no answer during business hours. The second one I called was booked out 2 weeks for an estimate. I then came across some great reviews on Nextdoor for RANCHO MIRAGE ROOFING. I contacted Manny and he came out when promised and inspected our roof. A couple days later his guy was here and fixed our roof! Never had this kind of exceptional service! Thank you Manny for your honesty and integrity which goes a long way! You're awesome! read more

Further to Manny's response - I don't wish to denigrate your service - maybe you do a good job for the people you help. Here is the first email response I received from your company January 30th, 2019: "Thank you for your message. This is to confirm that you have sent the following information below. Please allow us 24 hours to respond." It was before the big rain in mid February, and you still haven't responded except to worry about your Yelp reputation. Today is February 21st - I have found another roofer, who was also busy, but at least scheduled a time in the future to deal with my roof. Perhaps you just need a better system to respond to customers by email and phone when you are busy. read more

I called Manuel about a patch needed for my foam roof. It was a small job but he arrived on time the next day and gave me a quote. His worker Frank came out a few days later and completed the patch within an hour. I climbed up on the roof and spoke with Frank as he was working. He took the time to explain his process, describing the several layers needed to make the repair. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through what he was doing. Great work. Thank you both. read more
