Roberto (the owner) was extremely responsive and professional compared to the other companies I spoke with. I had an old paper and rock roof on my mid century house in south Palm Springs. My roof was failing and needed replaced. I also have leased solar on my roof which meant coordinating with the solar company for panel removal and replacement. Not only did Roberto give me a competitive price for the work but he and his team were extremely conscientious about keeping my yard and the project site clean. He also helped me coordinate with the solar company. The new roof looks amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Supreme Roofing.

Lo and behold, the new unit developed a refrigerant leak and stopped cooling when it was 105 degrees today - and we had guests arriving today. There were a number of complications as their repair techs have been very busy, however, Katie did an amazing job working with us today. She started with us at 7am to coordinate a technician visit. There were complications on their end with sourcing the refrigerant and originally was going to be until tomorrow to finalize the job. We explained that this was going to cost us revenue due to reimbursing guests. She took that to heart, personally went to their storage facility to procure the materials, and then coordinated the work this evening. And to top it off, she called just now at 8:30pm to close the loop and insure we knew it was fixed and tested. KATIE IS A SUNLOGIX ROCKSTAR... please give her and the team a big raise. They deserve it. Additionally, we had our solar system with batteries recently installed. They were priced competitively and sized the system well for our needs. Caitlin Kelley the rep for Sunlogix won the bid as she was thorough with her explanations and understood what we were solving for. The other major factor is the fact that they are local. Once the decision was made the process was smooth and seamless. Caitlin was always available to answer questions and her understanding of her product was impressive. It was also impressive that she understood her competition and could address many things we were told by others. While Sunlogix was not the cheapest bid, we felt that their being local was worth a small premium. On the installation side the crew was terrific. They showed up on time, they were efficient with their time, cleaned up well and one could not ask for a better installation experience. They were great at answering questions. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Sunlogix if you are considering Solar and Caitlin Kelley is a great rep if you want to explore this for your home.

Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

After the recent rain in Palm Springs we discovered a leak in our foam roof that needed fixing. After searching for roofers in the area we found Reliable Roofing. What a blessing. i had called Todd on a Sunday thinking I would just leave a message for him to call on Monday. Well, he called me back that day. I explained what I needed and he asked me to text him my address and he would speak to me the next day. What a wonderful surprise when I received a THANK YOU text, how nice was that. He came to the house Monday morning and surveyed the problem. He explained what was needed and gave us a complete description of the process that would work best in our situation and that his work is fully guaranteed. We were very impressed with him as a genuine person, very sincere and honest!! He's been doing this for 30 years and really knows the business. We were able to schedule the work to be done the very next day. They arrived at 7:30 AM, as scheduled and completed the first phase of the process. His crew of workers were very polite and efficient. They returned the next morning and finished the job plus washed down the whole patio for us We visited with them and they showed us pictures of the completed roof, outstanding. We will not ever have to worry about a leaking roof for at least 10 years, that's the guarantee. This company, the owner Todd, and everyone we met were outstanding. You pay for what you get and we were so glad we found him. He is the REAL DEAL and we are so glad we found him. He also referred us to an contractor to paint our house. Todd called the painter while we were together to see if he was available this week. He called us this afternoon to set up an appointment, wow! Think about it, how many times have you called a contractor and never got a return call, lots and lots! I needed a new roof, so I called Reliable Roofing in Palm Desert, Ca. I got a recording which said they were either out of the office or on another line and would get back to me shortly. This was 9am. 5 1/2hours later, they still had not called me back, so I called letting them know that I had called earlier and was soon going to work. A half hour later I got a call with Todd saying, "my aren't we grumpy today,". After telling him what I needed, he said call him next Thursday as he is taking his family out of town. I asked if we just couldn't make an appt. now for him to come out when he got back? He said no, just call Thursday. This was Friday. Today, Thursday, I called back. My mistake. He asked how far along I had gotten with roofers. I asked what he meant and he asked how many I had spoken to. I said a couple of people earlier in the year. He told me it sounded like I was price shopping and I wouldn't want him because he was the most expensive roofer in the valley. Really?! I want a reputable company that I could depend on doing a good job! I also didn't want men working on the roof that would radiate 150 or hotter degrees. Obviously, it is not this company! Reliable..........NOT! Rude.....yes, beyond belief! Also, I wrote about my conversations on his website, so others wouldn't have to put up with the insulant nonsense I did. A few minutes later, I got a phone call from him saying he was in Palm Springs and was ready to inspect my roof! I don't live in Palm Springs, but at the other end of the valley and he said my number came up in Palm Springs! Strange never did in 20 years,but whatever. I told him I was not interested in his company any longer. I wondered why he had called back, so I looked on his website to see if my review had posted! He took it down, so that the only one that is left is a glowing recommendation was left. Therefore, I am posting it here so more people can read it than just his site. Amazing! read more

During the last little rain we had here in the desert, I noticed a leak in our family room. It appeared it was coming from our solar panels. We called the solar company that installed our solar and they sent out a technician who went onto our roof to check for the leak. He stated it was not leaking from the solar panels and that I should call a roofer. I called numerous roofing companies and never even got a return call. I then called Reliable Roofing after seeing they were rated five stars. Within one hour Todd Young ( the owner of Reliable Roofing) called me. He told me that he was swamped with work because of the rain but he would be at my house in 2 hours. He was right on time. He checked my roof and gave me a very fair bid which I accepted. The very next morning he and his crew were at my house at 7 a.m. While repairing my roof his crew noticed my roof had numerous broken tiles. The exact count was 40. They had to be replaced and the roof repaired where they were removed. I told Todd that the only people that had been on my roof were the solar installers. He concluded that the solar installers broke all the tiles when they installed the solar. He advised me to notify the solar company and to demand that they pay for the damaged tiles and repair work. He took the time to write a letter to the solar company stating he believed they broke the tiles. He later talked to a manager with the solar company. Due to his letter and telephone conversation, I was just notified today that the solar company is going to reimburse me the full amount of the repairs based on the conversation with Todd. I'll guarantee you that without Todd's help I would still be fighting with them. Not only is Todd and his entire crew fantastic people, they do outstanding work. It is very unfortunate that we have people that take advantage of others in the world. Especially senior citizens, but that is what Reliable Roofing does. 1. I thought I had a leak in my roof after recent rains. The corner of my wall in my bathroom looked dark from a possible leak. I called Reliable Roofing and Todd came out and he thought so too. He went up on the roof and said he found where the problem is. I personally did not go on the roof due to my age. He claimed it was in the valley. He also recommended a roof maintenance on the rest of the roof to include resealing the flashings and roof jacks, 5 in all. All of this for a very high price of $7500. I felt I was in need of this repair due to the leak and unfortunately agreed. I should have gotten other bids. I asked him about my homeowners insurance covering it and he said it would not! The work was done. 2. All of the above would not be so bitter to swallow if I really had a roof leak. I did not. After examination further by my son 1 month later showed the dark spot on the wall in the bathroom was a shadow from the window nothing else. I felt very foolish for this revelation, but really upset at Reliable Roofing for scamming me. Plus the valley area that was reported to be the problem was 8ft away from the area in the bathroom that I thought was the leak. Plus the area in the bathroom was 8 feet away AND uphill from the valley that was supposedly the problem. Additionally after this scam, I did call my homeowners insurance to see if they would have covered the repair and they said they would have. I felt Scammed from all of this and the dishonesty of Reliable Roofing. I hope this review can assist others when choosing an honest and ethical roofer. Keep in mind, Todd talks a good game, but he only has one thing in mind......to get the $$$$. read more

We had a roof leak last spring after a heavy rain which had created some damage to the ceiling inside our home. Come to find out we had an area on our roof with at least 14 to 15 broken tiles that we had no idea about. We had put a tarp up temporarily to get us through to summer and so that everything could dry out. We have been stressing about getting it fixed, the cost and the damage that could happen if we had more rain. We've heard good things about Todd Gregory Young at Reliable roofing and decided to look him up on yelp. We gave him a call this morning and Todd answered the phone personally and said he had one of his guys doing some work in the area and he'd send them by to take a look. I told Todd that my wife and I were both already at work and we're not able to meet him till the end of the day. He said it's not necessary for either one of us to be there and that he'll have his worker look at the roof and get back to me with an estimate of what needs to be done and the cost. Within a couple hours Todd called with a price which I thought was very fair so I gave him the go ahead to proceed. I got a call from Todd a few hours later saying that the job was completed. I honestly couldn't believe my roof was fixed from start to finish in less than a day. I can't tell you how happy I am that I chose Reliable Roofing. We are new to the Coachella Valley area and as you can imagine it's always going to be a daunting task finding an excellent contractor. We were in the process of buying a home and noticed that the roof on that home needed repair despite the realtors saying it was just a minor job replacing a few tiles. We knew this from previous experience rehabbing homes. In order to move forward with the purchase of the house we requested an expert take a look at the roof and give his opinion and estimate for repairs. Todd from Reliable Roofing was out there rapidly and confirmed our beliefs and went the extra step by explaining what needed to be done and brought the sellers and realtors up the ladder to physically show why the repairs were necessary and the costs were going to be significantly higher than they thought. Once we purchased our home, we hired Todd and his company to perform the repairs. He completed the job in the first week. He also made sure to stop by and check on his team's progress and work quality on a regular basis and made it a point to answer any questions or concerns immediately. I recently had polyurethane foam sprayed (over existing shingles) on my roof by Reliable Roofing, and I am thoroughly satisfied with their service. The workmen were not only polite but impressively efficient. There was a minor concern when they applied a metal roof rake (drip edge) at the edge of the gable, and it didn't match my house's color. However, the owner went the extra mile by promptly purchasing some paint so that it would color-match my house, ensuring a nice appearance. Another thing I was initially concerned about was how they would cover the gap between the edge of the roof and the beginning of the metal awning over my carport (see attached photo). I had reservations because I'd seen it done poorly on a neighbor's house. However, Reliable Roofing truly surprised me with their craftsmanship. They transformed what could have been an eyesore into a work of art. It now seamlessly blends in with the rest of the structure. I was also pleased at how quickly they completed the job. Everything, from the foam spraying to the color-matching and gap coverage, was accomplished in 3 1/2 hours. And to top it off, they left no mess behind. Todd was awesome. He replied to my phone call on a Sunday then came by came by on Monday to check out my roof. I had some damage from that really strong wind storm on Saturday night but not so bad that I could see the sky through my roof. He gave be an estimate and explain the situation of my roof n terms a lay person would understand. He was willing to work with my insurance company and after the insurance adjuster looked at my roof on Thursday we were able to get things rolling. By the next Friday, I had an new roof that was up to today's codes. A pretty new white roof that has a cooling feature to it. Rated for up to 130 miles per hour wind and guaranteed for 30 years. Awesome. Todd's crew was awesome and very respectful. They were working in 110 degrees. I felt very comfortable being at work while they were doing the roof replacement. I didn't come home to any mess. They cleaned up each day of roofing. Todd worked with was a pleasure to work with. I did not feel taken advantage of nor do I feel unhappy with they work. What a blessing to have found Reliable Roofing by TGY. Todd came to our rescue immediately. On 9/26/18 we discovered a hole in the ceiling inside the living room from a rain leak and found Todd on Yelp. His five star reviews caused us to look no further. We set an appointment for,the next day, Todd arrived, checked out what turned out to be a mess of a flat roof which needed replacing. Todd wrote the 30 day contract and the crew was out there on Monday 10/1 preparing for rain so we would have no further leaks inside the house in the damaged area. Before schedule the roof was completed. The inspector signed off on 10/10/18. The roof is perfect The workmanship excellent and the storm that came a couple of nights ago was fierce (inch of rain) BUT, thanx to Todd, we are leak and roof worry free. Believe me we appreciate the exceptional service and professionalism, and I would certainly recommend Todd and his company. Last week we needed to have our roof repaired after a heavy rain. We experienced multiple leaks in the roof. We decided to call Reliable Roofing simply based on reading reviews of their service. We could not have been more pleased with that decision. Todd met with us the Thursday to contract the repair and told us exactly what they were going to do. Just as important, he also told us what they were not going to do and answered all our questions. He told us they would probably start the next week. On the weekend Todd called and said they would start work Mon at 7:15. Monday at 7:15 they showed up and commenced work. They completed the work the next day and completely cleaned everything that needed to be cleaned and left. The workers were punctual. extremely polite, knowledgeable about their job, and when they started were efficient in performing that work. Bottom Line * Punctual * Great workers * Excellent results Did what they said and did it well. * Price, probably on the high side (don't really know because we didn't get any other quotes) but as far as we are concerned, worth it. read more

This review needed to be done awhile ago, life happens. Todd & his company are fantastic. Called some other roofers & he is the only one who called back. Needed a patch done of two leaks that a family member renter did not mention to me, must have been leaking for some time. Todd & I talked a few times & he called one day saying he was coming over with two of his men to go up and look see what was going on (I thought it was just a look see). They let Todd know what was what, even pictures, Todd went & got what was needed & the job was done in a few hours. They did some stuff I did not expect & much appreciated. I live in Orange County and have a home in Palm Springs. Reliable put a new roof on about 2 and half years ago. After a brief, but torrential downpour, I later had a leak in the evening dripping into the master bedroom. The next week, I had an appointment with Todd, the owner on Thursday. When I was delayed getting on the road from OC, Todd waited an hour for me to get there. In the meantime, he had assessed the roof, which was still in excellent shape, but had a small area which looked like some wind damage from some palm trees that had pierced the roof. We both went up on the roof so he could show me in detail. Wanting to fix it right away, Carlos was dispatched Saturday morning to take care of the damaged area, and put two coats of surface material to make sure it was once again in fine shape. I want to communicate the excellent experience I had with Todd Young. Right after a recent, huge, and rare rainfall here in the desert I contacted Todd to help assess what we should do with our leaky roof on our home in Palm Springs. Our roof was not done by Todd, but he took time out to give me his advice on two alternatives that were being provided by the original roofer. I really appreciate how quickly he came and did an evaluation because I know he was completely slammed with 50+ calls due to the storm. He was knowledgeable and took the time to throughly assess the situation and answer my MANY questions. He clearly pointed out what should be done to correct the situation. He did not charge me for his time and also indicated it would be best to stick with the original roofer to avoid finger pointing. We did not know that tile roofs (although supposedly last a lifetime) need maintenance (every 15 years or so) in order to protect the paper underneath. When we noticed that some tiles on our Palm Desert Sun City home had slipped as well as debris in a valley, we texted pictures to Todd. He immediately saw issues that we were unaware of. Todd is very familiar with the problems of the original tile roofs in this community. He fully explained what was needed to repair and maintain our roof to prevent problems in the future. He wrote out a detailed contract and stuck to it. His team had the roof done in two days; and the amount of work needed and accomplished amazed us. After the welcomed rain we had in January, a leak was discovered on my flat roof. Called several roofing companies, most did not even answered the phone, one came and promised to give me an estimated and schedule, but after a week I called and they said they did not have enough personnel to do the work. I then remembered Home Advisor, found Reliable Roofing, with excellent reviews, called, my call was answered right away and within a few hours Todd was at my home to give me an assessment of the problem, Work was completed within three days, including doing some repairs for damage caused to the tile roof by the solar system installers. Wow... Amazing!!! ... is all I can say about the service from this company. I called Todd at reliable roofing after trying 3 other roofers. We had a house in escrow that needed a roof repair immediately. We had waited over a week just for our first estimate from 3 other companies only to have our appointment cancelled that morning. and were told we would have to wait another 2-3 week wait for the repairs. We call Todd and the next business day Todd was in the area quickly corrected the problem the same day as the "estimate", so we could close escrow and get the house sold. He save the deal! This business, Reliable Roofing, is the most professional service for any roofing needs and repairs that I have come across. I used them when my roof was leaking. Todd put a new roof on the KWXY Broadcast Center building in Cat. City, and his crew did a great job. They spent a day cleaning and prepping the roof, fixing a lot of cracks and crevices that had formed, then sprayed two coats of foam. It looks great and should last for years. Todd is very good at this and very busy, and if you're looking for an estimate, he doesn't have a lot of time to do those. We were ready for roofing, and he quickly put together a written contract encompassing everything we discussed (including the warranty), and they started work a couple days later and completed the project within 4-days. You are not going to find a better team than this. Dan's team is exceptionally skilled, organized, respectful and most importantly FAST- and I wish I'd found them sooner! Full review: When our tenants called about a flood at our rental property in Palm Springs, I panicked and did what I thought was the "safe" move: I hired a big-name local flood response company with decent (but not amazing) reviews. Six days later, the house was somehow still damp. Progress felt slow, and even my insurance adjuster strongly suggested that I do my research when choosing the company to do the repairs once the house was actually dry. I knew I didn't want that first company doing the actual repairs. I turned to Yelp looking for someone who could move fast, work cleanly, and understand the insurance process; someone who could get the job done with attention to detail, given how much attention we'd put into our home initially, but somebody who could work super, super fast. I thought I'd message AVA Flood Restoration and just get a second opinion on how the drying was going. I was on my way out to dinner and Dan (the owner) said he could come over later that night. I was already impressed, but wanted to wait and see what he'd say. Dan came over right at 9pm as promised. He told me that for a house of our size it simply didn't have the right amount of dryers, and that the house should have already been dry given it had been six days. He told me he had a team ready to go that night if needed, but that either way, he could assure me he could work with speed and attention to detail, and had experience with other homes where design was a key element. I slept on it, and the next morning, fired the other company and hired Dan. He took over from the other company right away, brought in about double the number of dryers, and was candid that the prior team had cut corners. That transparency was a huge deal because at that point I just wanted the truth and a clear plan. He handled explaining what had happened to my insurance company so insurance could just pay his team directly rather than me having to act as a middleman. From there, the pace and organization were night and day. Beyond drying, Dan's foreman, Kody, led the rebuild and he's genuinely skilled. New flooring, drywall, electrical and plumbing repairs, cabinets, paint... the whole scope. The crew was also incredibly consistent: they were there every day between 7-8am, and if I had questions they took the time to explain what was happening and why. The #1 reason I'd recommend Dan is communication. I'm a millennial, communication is everything to me. Dan is truly next-level. He responds to everything, is always a phone call away day or night, and he texts frequent updates so you're never left wondering what's going on. A lot of contractors say they communicate well. Dan actually does. Three weeks later, our house was back together and our tenants were back in, honestly better than ever. They made a pretty awful experience as good as it could have been - an enormous thank you to all of you: Dan, Kody, Mike, Derek - while we hope we never have a flood again, if we ever do need a contractor for other work, we absolutely know who to call. By contrast, our neighbors up the street had a similar pipe burst a year prior, and it took them six months to get back to normal dealing with other slower contractors who just didn't prioritize them. If you're dealing with flood damage and need someone who will show up, follow through, and move with urgency, Dan and AVA Flood Restoration are the real deal.

He came by literally 45 minutes after calling, clambered all over roof, sent me clear photos and gave me a verbal description of what needed to be done regarding my Spanish tile/membrane roof. Verbal price broken down to 2 options - cleaning only or full reset (replace broken tiles/elastic paint 2 coats of membrane) - I accepted full one verbally, he said Monday AM start and the written estimate was in my email that evening. By Thursday noon job completed which clearly was needed and more extensive than initially thought - as an example replacement of 70 broken tiles turned into 150, a plugged roof drain for who knows how long was cleared, bags and bags of debris were collected and disposed of - a totally mess that came off roof on 4 sides was cleaned. The final bill didn't change - tipped his crew extra as it was clearly rough work due previous owner's years of neglect. Than you Classic Roofing and I highly recommend if you are searching for a trustworthy, competent roofing company!
