I searched around a lot got and several quotes, and they beat them all by far but extremely reasonable, right where you'd figure the quote to be, Raul the owner took over the business over 20 years ago, and he was honestly a pleasure to work with, and especially more easy going compared to the others, was not trying to sell you on BS One big name guy wanted to spray foam OVER the old shingles, still for over $1000 more than DEW! they did a great job and even came back out to repair a footprint I left in the foam when inspecting it too soon. i don't think anyone can beat their price AND match the quality and experience they have. ***foam roofs can last basically forever, if recoated every 10-15 years, and have great insulating benefits, FYI (DEWs quote was cheaper than other well known local companies 30 year shingle quote.) read more

Living in Desert Hot Springs we have to deal with the intense winds. The roof tiles on our house were not strong enough and began blowing off one hear another there. After having a handyman do several patch jobs we decided it would be best to just get a whole new roof. We asked our Project Manager Steven to find the best, reasonably priced roofer to replace the entire roof with the appropriate tiles to withstand the winds here. I have to say Steven really picked the best! Not only were they quick to respond and give us a reasonable quote, they came quickly, laid plastic all around the house and took the old roof off in a few hours. When they left, I went out to look and everything was clean all around the house, nothing disturbed as if no one had been here! When they came to install the new roof they were done within a few hours. We had to pass inspection and everything passed with flying colors. In fact, the inspector told me it was the best roof job he had ever seen! Every line of tile was perfect and straight, properly finished around vents, etc. I am so happy we decided to go with Dew Roofing and highly recommend them for their professionalism, cleanliness, care and perfectionism. Called them to do a small repair. And the owner told me $2500 and I had to remove the flashing and install the plywood. And he would just foam over it. Ask him if he could give a better price and he said that his price. Called one of there competitors and they quoted me $750 and they uninstall flashing and fix everything. After the vicious winds howled thru Littl Tuscany I found a couple of mexican tiles in my yard. I saw they had blown off my roof. I called Dew Roofing and the receptionist immediately made an appointment for Raul to inspect the damage. He showed up on time, did a ground level inspection and went up to complete his assessment. He found not only the issue with the missing tiles; but other problems from both the installation of solar panels and "repairs" made before I bought the home. His estimate included a total clean up and repair. The price was quite reasonable and the scheduling of the job prompt. His crew, lead by Alex, showed up on time, had all material needed, and proceeded to complete their job in a most professional manner. There were more replacement tiles needed that Raul had planned for; but he did not up charge the cost. I asked him for a quote for my neighbor; who had suffered similar damage. Raul bid his job and scheduled with me; since my neighbor lives in LA. All work and billing to this home was also fine in the same professional and ethical manner. Dew Roofing did a great job fixing 2 leaks I had in my roof. I had several companies come out for estimates, but they were the only one that went up on the roof and really inspected the area. They also took pictures of the problem areas for me to review. They squeezed me in right away to make the repair, and also took pictures during the repair process so I could see what was done. Dew is the most professional company I encountered, and I highly recommend them if you need roof work done. read more

Don't waste your time with these folks. The company is in the middle of an ownership/management change and chaos abounds. The aging former owner is still acting like the owner and the new owner is still acting like a working employee. The harried receptionist/telephone contact tries her best but to no avail; it's a mess. Promises to come and fix a leaking roof are made, but then appointments are broken multiple times. Communication from the company is nonexistent. I had an ok experience with this company 2 years ago, but this time was a frustrating disaster. I assure you that there are other roofers who have their management together and will do a good job on time and within budget. read more
