We've had many leaks from our flat garage roof that was totally replaced some years ago, so 4 Star was hired to repair it properly. Their quote was affordable and they after hosing it off, discovered another major leak in a a downspout inside an exterior wall! They quickly exposed the leak, which I fixed while they did their work above. They did a very thorough job of sealing with several layers of elastomer product and replaced several concrete tiles on the house roof, plus other corrections.
