Sheri and the crew from Williams Advanced Roofing made having a tile roof repair a very positive & painless experience. I got several estimates, and I'll be up front, Williams was not the least expensive, but they were the most professional. The estimate had a ton of pictures, every part of the repair was spelled out, and when the estimate was given, they took time to talk to me and explain everything. On the day of the repair they showed up on time, they were on the project for the amount of time predicted, and left the property spotless. The quality of work was top notch. Payment was also easy. Sheri invoiced me and the link gave a number of options, including electronic checks, which made payment easy. They even offer a senior discount which is worth exploring. We will definitely use Williams Advanced Roofing when the time comes for a reroof. read more

Steve Williams and his family run the kind of business you want to do business with. They installed a new foam roof a number of years ago and did an excellent job. Equally, if not more important, they have come back each year since and checked for rips or tears and, if necessary, quickly patched them up so no damage was done. I highly recommend them. They give top quality work and customer service because that's who they are. read more

We had a small roof leak. The other roofing companies I called tried to sell me a new foam roof. Steve promised to repair the leak area and treat the other worn areas. Their pricing was reasonable. Sheri and Steve are courteous, reliable and professional. I will use them for annual maintenance going forward. Very pleased with their service. read more

Highly recommend Williams roofing. Family business that is reliable, knowledgeable and cares about its customers. Finding myself in a bind with a leak in my house on a holiday, these guys came to my house first thing in the morning, identified the issue (which wasn't even the roof), and didn't even charge me for their time. I plan to work with Williams for all of my roofing needs - installation, inspection and maintenance. read more

We recently purchased a house in La Quinta Cove and our inspection revealed a few cracked tiles. We called a few roofing companies to take a look and fortunately Williams Advanced Roofing was among them. All three told us the same thing, the barrier under the tile was done and needed to be replaced. Steven with Williams stood out from the crowd. He explained the issue, gave us lots of options as to how to proceed and even apologized for delivering bad news. All three contractors provided quotes for the tile reset and Williams weren't the cheapest, but not the highest, and we contracted with them. I'm so happy we did. The contract was easy to draw up, fair and Steven arranged the permits and let us know when he was ready to start. The job went seamlessly, the crew were clean, friendly and always took the time to update progress and keep us in the loop. When they left each day everything was left clean and tidy. The end result was fantastic, no surprises were found and the price remained per the estimate. I don't anticipate needed any roofing for some time given the job they did, but I would recommend Williams to anyone who needs roof work done. You won't be disappointed. read more

7 year old Williams re-roof of whole house with rolled roofing product. Leaked more after job completed than before, so Williams sprayed foam to attempt repair. Did not coat foam properly. Rolled segments curling up from roof, poorly sealed. Now professional roofers say it needs to be totally replaced to repair properly. read more

After getting bad advice and failed repairs, thank goodness I found Steve Williams of Williams Roofing. He quickly assessed the problem with my roof leak and advised on repair. He inspected the entire roof and found it otherwise in good shape. Another roofer said I needed a whole new roof! I have utmost trust in Steve. He is honest, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and professional. I highly recommend Steve and Williams Roofing. read more

After making an exhaustive search for a Roofer to take care of some minor repairs I found Willams . Their response was immediate even on a Saturday!! Pedro was scheduled to come out a few days later and did an excellent, safe and clean job. Very professional and responsive and with a very fair price. Several of the roofers that did make a bid all were less professional and expensive, one had outrageous minimums and setup fees that would had resulted in 5x the cost Williams quoted!! I strongly recommend Williams Roofing read more

I called and talked to Ashley for a quote. They were super busy but Eddie came out and gave me a quote on removing 2 old solar blankets and some old pipes in the attic and removing an old sola tube then repairing and replacing roof tiles. Eddie was the most thorough with the quote and pointed out a few little details no one else mentioned. When the guys came to do the repairs everyone was very friendly and did the job quick. I highly recommend Williams Roofing, the whole company was professional and they have reasonable prices. read more

I am very pleased with Williams Roofing! I needed minor repairs and patchwork for a clay roof and was concerned about damage to the underlayment as the sun is starting to get brutal.Like everyone else, Williams is busy but they squeezed me in between jobs, arrived on time and were professional, reasonable and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend Williams Roofing and given the frequency of high wind damage in the desert, I will certainly use them again! read more

I called "Williams Roofing" on a roof they had installed 13 years earlier on my Condo. I purchased this condo in 2010 from the person who initially contracted Williams for the roof replacement! We had a small leak that had developed, and heavy rain forecasted the next day. They were great - even though warranty expired, Mr. Williams came out the same day and applied roof patch - no charge, as he said the roof should last much longer with no leaks! He said to call if we have any further leaking and they would take care of. I highly recommend Williams Roofing - Outstanding service and highest integrity !!! Dennis read more

Great company! Called 3 other roofing companies and hardly could get a call back to schedule an appointment. Williams Roofing said they were booked for months but swung by and fixed my 2 leaky spots the next day for a terrific price. When I'm ready to re-roof I'm calling them! read more

I can't say enough great things about this company. I interviewed 4 roofers for a rather small job of replacing rocks on my roof that had been blown away because my gardeners were not trimming the trees near the roof. Williams came in at the best price. Chris went out to the house right away to give his estimate. In fact, I can't believe how fast he got the job done. They were professional and friendly. They said the rock on my roof wasn't easily available anymore but they were able to find it quickly. I was pleased with the work and will use them again in the future. It may be though that I'll have to let my gardeners go. read more
