We recently purchased a house in La Quinta Cove and our inspection revealed a few cracked tiles. We called a few roofing companies to take a look and fortunately Williams Advanced Roofing was among them. All three told us the same thing, the barrier under the tile was done and needed to be replaced. Steven with Williams stood out from the crowd. He explained the issue, gave us lots of options as to how to proceed and even apologized for delivering bad news. All three contractors provided quotes for the tile reset and Williams weren't the cheapest, but not the highest, and we contracted with them. I'm so happy we did. The contract was easy to draw up, fair and Steven arranged the permits and let us know when he was ready to start. The job went seamlessly, the crew were clean, friendly and always took the time to update progress and keep us in the loop. When they left each day everything was left clean and tidy. The end result was fantastic, no surprises were found and the price remained per the estimate. I don't anticipate needed any roofing for some time given the job they did, but I would recommend Williams to anyone who needs roof work done. You won't be disappointed. read more

7 year old Williams re-roof of whole house with rolled roofing product. Leaked more after job completed than before, so Williams sprayed foam to attempt repair. Did not coat foam properly. Rolled segments curling up from roof, poorly sealed. Now professional roofers say it needs to be totally replaced to repair properly. read more

I called and talked to Ashley for a quote. They were super busy but Eddie came out and gave me a quote on removing 2 old solar blankets and some old pipes in the attic and removing an old sola tube then repairing and replacing roof tiles. I called "Williams Roofing" on a roof they had installed 13 years earlier on my Condo. I purchased this condo in 2010 from the person who initially contracted Williams for the roof replacement! We had a small leak that had developed, and heavy rain forecasted the next day. They were great - even though warranty expired, Mr. Williams came out the same day and applied roof patch - no charge, as he said the roof should last much longer with no leaks! I can't say enough great things about this company. I interviewed 4 roofers for a rather small job of replacing rocks on my roof that had been blown away because my gardeners were not trimming the trees near the roof. Williams came in at the best price. Chris went out to the house right away to give his estimate. In fact, I can't believe how fast he got the job done. They were professional and friendly. They said the rock on my roof wasn't easily available anymore but they were able to find it quickly. I was pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.
