    Fall Festival in Mossdale Landing!

I love to support Jazzy! The drinks is delicious and you can tell its the "boujie" stuff. Definitely pricey but so worth it!!! The trailer is super cute, everyone loves it and his personality. We can't wait to see him more!

Hot Mocha was so delicious the coffee tasted great I would definitely make the drive for this .

And of course, the Fettuccine Allo Scoglio remains a classic that never misses -- perfectly balanced and so, so, so good! The service? As always, top tier. There aren't many businesses in this complex so there's always plenty of parking. I inside of the restaurant was small but had plenty of tables. It was a slow day on that weekday early dinner time. We asked to order our items for take out. We waited not too long as I remember. How was the food? Fried Calamari- for only being a couple minutes away I wonder why the calamari was already almost cold when we ate it. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe they just had it in the box while they waited for the rest of our order. I don't know. Flavor was good. Pizza Primavera - It was good, I was okay with it. The pizza dough wasn't my favorite but it was fine. White Pasta - I honestly don't remember what the name was but it was an item my bf ordered. This was terrible. Like there was too much roux to make the bechamel. It tasted of flour. Not much salt, not much of other flavors. Not enough milk and cheese and butter. He took a bite and put it down. Overall, glad we tried it but we might not be coming back. With the economy now, it's disappointing when the food is terrible for how much we pay for.

The menu said they made a homemade dressing. It was light and creamy with crisp romaine and a sprinkle of croutons. Loved that they offer fresh cracked pepper as soon as they served it. Not very many places are keen on how this is a must. Dinner specials were excellent! The various plates were all perfect for a Thanksgiving dinner. First up was the roasted turkey. The turkey was sliced, covered with a savory gravy and very tender. Huge chunks of yams and mashed potatoes were plated with the turkey along with stuffing and homemade cranberry sauce on the side. All were homemade and served perfectly in taste and texture. Second was the lamb special. The menu said rack of lamb. The plate came served with three beautifully cooked lamb chops, roasted carrots and broccoli, mashed potatoes and a mushroom demiglaze. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The glass of Malbec was a generous pour. Also excellent and went well with the meal. Portions were just right and priced well for the quality of the food. Anything homemade is worth the price. Especially loved the mashed potatoes. Didn't order dessert but ended up taking a few scoops of vanilla gelato to.go. The level of warm and authentic service with surroundings of simplicity and class in everything they do was great. I've been living across the street for three years and didn't know this gem of an Italian eatery was under my nose.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that the service was pretty slow. We got seated quickly, but there were only two servers, so it took a while to place and receive our orders. I enjoyed both the rigatoni bolognese and tiramisu. The food and dessert were fresh, and they tasted great. The noodles were al dente, and the sauce was creamy. I like adding red pepper flakes to my pasta to add a bit of heat. Moreover, I was surprised how big the tiramisu was. It was sweet but not too overpowering. However, I wish there were more coffee flavor. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Strizzi's. The food and staff were amazing. I will definitely come back.

ALSO - the last time i went he was lowkirkuinely a lil racist. maybe i'm just imagining things..okay guys you're the jury! help me decide. i went with a friend (we r both asian) and he just like looked at us. okay cool maybe we r both baddies idk. we asked for recommendations and samples and he was like teetering between polite and pissed. AND THEN this white couple came in and he was like hey guys!!! lemme help you out!!! big smiles etc. me and my friend were just standing there while this guy spends a long time making convo with this couple, helping them out, etc. when they leave we have to wait another like 5 min for him to even consider our presence and his tone COMPLETELY changes. back to polite/pissed. i decide to buy the small bottle and he looks at me and says something like "wow that's not even going to last you a minute if you buy that" LIKE HELLO I'M BROKE sorry i can't buy a bigger bottle. then he just processes our purchase and doesn't say anything for the rest of the time. i'm still not sure if that was racist or just a bad attitude but either way i'm sending my white friend to shop for me in the future
