    Fall Festival in Mossdale Landing!

I love to support Jazzy! The drinks is delicious and you can tell its the "boujie" stuff. Definitely pricey but so worth it!!! The trailer is super cute, everyone loves it and his personality. We can't wait to see him more!

Hot Mocha was so delicious the coffee tasted great I would definitely make the drive for this .

We came here for breakfast as we were passing through Fremont and I love the Niles area…read more The drinks we were got were good but a little too sweet for me. My boyfriend got the fried chicken steak plate and it was good and a really big portion. I got the spicy chicken melt and it was really good and tasty plus really big portion. We also shared the beignets that come in different flavors and they were fluffy and really good. Altogether a solid breakfast spot.

If you want to eat at a place that has good quality and a big enough portion to either share or take home for leftovers then this is the place to go. There were some notable things that we stumbled across in our dining experience. I had noticed that one of the utensils wasn't washed properly so there was a dried up piece of vegetable or something stuck on it. Also I requested my burger to be cooked medium but when I received my order, it was more so well done with no pink in the middle. One of the two pork chop was cooked great, while the other was a little dry and chewy. Regardless, these were things that didn't warrant calling over a server. The thing that mainly put a stain for our restaurant outing at Skillet'z was the service. Upon walking in we were not greeted with a friendly welcoming and when seated they quickly walked away. The lady who took our order did not even look like she wanted to be there, granted I understand that nobody really enjoys having to go to work but if you need to interact with customers, maybe this isn't the occupation for you. While we were eating there was not a single time that anyone came up to us to ask us how we were doing, if we needed anything, or how the food was. There was a moment where it was someone's birthday at another table and I don't think I've ever heard a more unenthusiastic and monotone announcement for a birthday and a lame excuse for a birthday song. They're not going to bother with dropping off a check/bill for the meal so you need to go up to the counter to pay for the food. Once you step up to the counter keep in mind that more than likely you will encounter a rude interaction and a feeling that you were inconveniencing them. Overall I'll more than likely eat from here again, primarily for the food. But maybe next time we'll consider just taking out to go.

However, the taste was a little disappointing. I do like a fluffly, textured donut, however, these are served cold and very sweet. It's just a different donut than the ones I prefer. They had a wide selection of flavors, even on late morning of a weekend. We tried the tiramisu (2/5) donut and the biscoff cream donut (3/5). But both were too sweet for my taste. I can't say that I'd be back, but if you're looking for something unique, I think you'd enjoy this little shop. They also sell croissants, more savory treats, and coffee!

Suju's has become one of my favorite coffee shops in Fremont. They have a large menu with plenty of…read moredrink options (lattes, frappes, different coffee roasts, smoothies, and teas). They also offer a variety of pastries, desserts, and sandwiches, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. The prices are very really reasonable. Most pastries are $3-6, and the drinks are in the $4-7 range depending on the size. This is better than most other coffee and tea shops, especially in the Bay Area!! As for the interior, there's lots of seating, and every time I visited there are many people studying or working on their laptops. The music isn't too loud, but sometimes locals are chatting pretty loudly (so studying and working here is hit or miss). My only criticism (which isn't every time) is the speed of service when it's busy. The staff is always friendly, but it often looks like there are only two or three people working. Because of that, sometimes it can take longer for an order to be ready, and I once received my "warmed up" pastry a little cold since they probably forgot about it and were working at the cashier counter or making drinks. Overall, I definitely recommend Suju's if you're looking for an affordable coffee shop with lots of menu options and a place to study or work on chill assignments and projects.
