I love my cold drinks year round, and I love this entire area in Midtown, so this is my new favorite spot. The menu is written clearly in huge lettering, so no squinting to see. I have enjoyed a couple specialty cold coffee drinks here but my new favorite is this coconut hibiscus concoction. It's not overly sweet, just utterly delightful. I was slow to checkout this new addition to the neighborhood! We are so lucky to have so many new places opening in midtown Carmel! I love that they have a pickup window, so you can order and not have to go in. I got a ice coffee and plain bagel after a long run. The iced cold brew coffee was excellent! The bagel was fine, but nothing to brag about. It was pretty standard, but that is not the focus of this place, so that's my fault for not ordering more appropriately. I came here last Sunday and it wasn't super busy. I tried the cold salted caramel which was pretty good but tasted really sugary for a coffee drink. I'm used to Bovacontti iced lattes downtown which are a nice mix of coffee and vanilla syrup. I would definitely come back if I'm in Carmel, but this wouldn't be my first choice after I was sitting at a table about to start working on something and an ant crawled over which makes me wonder how clean things are kept. read more

Very cute spot! We rented out the conference room for a baby shower over the weekend. The space was very clean and enough seating for 20 or so people. Although we brought in our own food, some people grabbed coffees as well. We tried the s'mores latte and it was delicious! Stopped here on our way out of town. In short, I can't make sense of the high ratings here. Kinda like a Starbucks but more reasonably priced. All I can think is that there isn't a lot of truly great coffee around for comparison. Cold brew: It didn't taste like cold brew. Tasted more like a brewed pot of hot coffee that was chilled. Prefer Dunkin's over this and that is NOT a high bar to clear. Sausage egg and cheese on an English: It was ok. The English wasn't toasted.The sausage patty tasted good and was a generous size. The cheese was ok. A little on the greasy side, which is to be expected I suppose when your sandwich is nuked I guess. Vanilla scone: I didn't taste vanilla at all. It was flat, small, and soft. I prefer a firmer consistency that's more flaky than this one. In short, if you've used to a local place that roasts there own beans your probably not going to be super into this place. Cute and great product, I rented a workroom (15$ an hour) at the very tail end of the day - was literally there 17 minutes longer than my hour and there was no one waiting for a room or a crowd at all (literally three people in the entire place), yet they had me pay for a half hour extra. It really was an unnecessary charge and showed a level of greedy behavior that makes me question if I will go back. Super cute place but policies that are not customer centric are a game changer. They were closing in 6 minutes and decided that extra $8 was worth the hassle - gross. read more

Coffee is great! Customer service not so much. I ordered two drinks, americano and latte. Americano came out within about 5 minutes. Latte never came. I mentioned it to 3 of the girls. They all said, "yeah, okay." Over 20 minutes later someone finally made me the latte. They were busy so I was giving them some grace. But at the 20 min mark I was pretty annoyed. Ordering process was a bit chaotic, simply because there wasn't room to queue at the front. As was finding a seat, since it was packed. Fantastic cold brew! Their colombian is my favorite of the three. It's so smooth and chocolatey The service has been great the 3 visits I've made with my toddler in tow (thanks for being patient!).
