I don't see why this place gets mediocre reviews. Came here for an early Sunday brunch and the buffet was pretty damn good. The food was hot & fresh, with lots of variety. This will forever be one of my favorite spots! The ambiance is very lovely but keep in mind during sport games nights/or when those bike groups meet up it can be very overwhelming, crowded, and lit at the bar. However there is law enforcement present here so not much nonsense. It's spacious and clean inside enough for you to have privacy at your table. The food is extremely flavorful and tasteful. Went on a Friday night. It was my first time so I didn't know about the atmosphere or dress code. We went to sit in the bar booth area, so we didn't have a wait time. The service was cool. The food was pretty good. I ordered the fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. I'd go back so I can experience other menu items. I went here after work on a Friday afternoon. The food was delicious and my drink was excellent as well. For my meal I had the Baked shrimp stuffed with crab. And for my drink I enjoyed an old fashioned. Service was prompt and friendly. I will warn you that it can be a bit noisy but if you like a lively crowd then you will enjoy this place. They have two bars and seating all around. I will be back. Hopefully I'll get to try their brunch. read more

You know, I like this place for the most part. The food is good and the drinks are delicious, but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you get a great server and things are popping. You can get your food and drinks in a timely fashion and enjoy the atmosphere and the music. Other times, you can get a server who is one of those people who don't like their jobs and ultimately ruins your experience. Most of the time though, it's a positive experience. The weird thing about the Jasper's is that the bar area, which is 50% of the restaurant, has a 24-hour happy hour. So if you're 2 feet away from that area, you're paying full price, while those in the bar area are getting upwards of $5-6 off food. Drink specials are only $1 off (so that's lame). Actually, all of that's lame. This doesn't conceptually make sense to me. It's a cool spot, but if I'm not in the bar area, what's the point? read more

I went to Jasper during lunch time. The service was great. Fast and accurate. The waitress was patient and helpful with menu selections. She had a great attitude and a pleasant desire to make sure I had a great experience and that was noted and appreciated. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The space is nicely decorated and in an open floor lay out. The lighting is a bit dim but not too dark, its intimate and welcoming. Very family friendly. Parking can be a bit stressful but I usually find a spot. Overall,Jaspers is a great choice and location is key for me. Very close to my home, which is a plus! read more

When I crave seafood, I'm at happy hour early for the shrimp and crab dip... or the shrimp and crab cocktail... or the colossal crab cocktail, heck their lobster bisque is great too! I don't go just for the seafood, their tiger sauce on anything is great... tiger wings, tiger shrimp, you name it! Now the best part- the drinks! If I start to name the bar tenders I like, I would probably end up naming them all. Even when it gets busy, which is pretty much everyday, they are still attentive. Visited tonight for a surprise birthday celebration. We were a group of 35. We could not be seated until 90% if our group arrived. Once seated, we had three servers who took our drink orders. The wait is long to dine in or have a good seat at the bar to watch a game I usually order in advance and pick up my order from the bar. I only get the crab dip and ribeye to go. The ribeye is seasoned well and moist. I never have any issues with my food. The restaurant is typically crowded every night of the week. If you like to "people watch" lol this is a good place it's always a interesting crowd. You see it all dining here! I think the restaurant should really enforce a Dress Code! Every time I go to Jasper's it does not disappoint. I am always pleased with the food and drinks. Side note: The Moscato Sangria will get you lit real quick! Of course the Tiger Wings are amazing. However, don't sleep on the Buffalo Chicken Dip or Tiger Shrimp. When I bring my family, they enjoy the Jambalaya, which can also come with rice. Everyone loves it better that way. I choose different entrees as I want to get a feel for the entire menu, and I have been pleasantly pleased with each item I order. There's nothing like Jasper's after a long night at work! The drinks are huge and strong which is always a plus. The Strawberry Hennessy Margarita is my FAV! But when can you ever go wrong with a Hennessy Margarita? Like, seriously?! I've tried the Tiger Shrimp from recommendations of friends, they were just okay for me. What stole the took was the Southern Fried Chicken. Being that I'm from the South and have been craving soul food the fried chicken, mac & cheese and mash potatoes hit the spot in so many ways. Came here on sunday afternoon for lunch. We noticed there is a Brunch Buffet available for about $21 per person. We opted for ordering from the regular menu. The food came out at a decent time. Our server was checking on us often. My baby back rib was very tasty and filling. It came with fries and vegetables (which I didn't order, it was supposed to be coleslaw.). The fries were delicious and paired well with my ribs, however the steam vegetables tasted like they came from a frozen bag and they just microwaved them (not good). I specifically got these egg roll latin combo dish (see pic), and it was extremely dry. It came with an orange slice and sour cream and that just threw me off. They could bring this dish up by thinly slicing avocados on the egg rolls and having some type of salsa dipping sauce or a house made sauce with a creamy base. Drinks were good. read more
