After waiting well over an hour with no food and no clear communication, I asked for my order to be canceled. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since this is the third time I've experienced this issue. I enjoy the atmosphere, but consistently leaving without my meal due to excessive delays is frustrating and disappointing. I hope management addresses these ongoing service problems so other customers don't have the same experience.

You have to dam near turn sideways and use the stall with the door opened. That's the one thing I hate about this spot. Seems like they tried to turn one unisex bathroom into 2 stalls.
