So I went here because I like the girls that work there, very friendly but the guy that works there pushes the limit if nobody is looking. He will massage you way up on your thighs and gets very close to me screaming. Also he has cut me twice and made me bleed. I gave it another chance today but as soon as I left I saw the blood blister from him cutting me again. He tried to go higher with the massage but there were people there so he was more careful. If it is just you and the girls are busy with nails he will go way too high. read more

This was a horrible experience- a huge rip off and such a waste of time and money. They are open til 7- I walked in at 5:55, two people are sitting around playing on their phones and I ask for a gel manicure. The man says "well you came in late".... they didn't close for an hour! I don't think that's too late. I wish they had just turned me away. They rushed me to pick out colors. And began the manicure. The woman doing my nails kept making fun of my cuticles- I get it that's why I'm paying for a manicure. She begins to paint, missing parts of my nail, leaving lumps- it was so uneven. And when I tried to ask her to fix it she grabbed my hand and put it under the light. She was done at 6:20!!! So in 20 mins she did an awful manicure. Then she charges me $30 for it- excessive. I wish I walked out without paying because it was that bad. 2 days later it started peeling up, and the edges started catching on my clothes, my hair and began chipping. 3 days later I had it removed because it looked so unprofessional. Do not go, I would never go back. What a waste!!! read more

All staff is very Kind and helpful. I went in just an hour before closing and they still were able to provide both a gel manicure and a full pedicure. The foot massage with my pedicure was heavenly and she took a long time with it. I did chip a nail, but I went back and they fixed it very quickly at no cost. Horrible!!!!!! Run away from this place!!! I left out of here in tears!!! The man that did my nails totally messed up my shaping and made them uneven and lumpy and the polish was bad!!! My pedicure was by a women she was super nice but it took her a hour and a half for a regular pedi and I had to leave so that didn't even include the massage! A wasted 75 dollars!!!!! I'm so upset!!! I don't have money to waste like this. And I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix my nails!!!! So disappointed. read more

It gets a 2 because they got me in quick when I was in need but...they cost as much or close to a high end nail salon and the quality of a bad one. My nails lasted about 4 days and fell off like I glued stick on ones and they randomly started turning red the day I got them(they were French acrylics which costs more). The customer service here is good but good service isn't enough when money goes to waste. I maybe would try again for a pedicure but definitely not for acrylics:) read more

I got a pedicure, they look fine. Chairs were uncomfortable, old and lumpy. My biggest concern is I did not see any of their tools sanitized. They rinsed them with water (while my feet were still in tub) and then threw them back in their drawer. Hopefully I don't get toe fungus.... probably won't be back. read more

After 10 + years of pedicures this was the absolute worst I've ever had. The chair was uncomfortable.(hard and lumpy) I was offered no water. I asked for gentle and had to remind him 3 times it was too hard. I asked to pay extra for sea salt, instead he didn't charge extra but I didn't get the sea salt. Very slow. He would take intermittent breaks and just walk away with no explanation. Take phone calls (2) ect. I would never go back here even if it was free. Also, there was an odd odor inside. read more

Avoid this place at all costs! I have been getting my nails done for a long time now and I take a lot of pride in my nails, I came in with long stilettos for a fill, said they could get me right in, I said awesome because I do have to pick up my kids soon. After 30 mins she had my regular poslish off and asked me about my color 3x I kept saying yes I love it that's the color I want. Idk why she kept showing me the color, I saw it, I picked it. Yes! Finally after 30 min of pacing and looking for material to do a fill she finally started filing. Well barley, she didn't even rough the nail so the acrylic would stick! Then she began to apply acrylic powder with the wrong liquid binder then switched it without fixing the previous nails. Ugh! Then she slopped a bunch of acrylic on some fingers and so very very little on others, then she began to file once they were dry, one finger was so caked with acrylic she filed one side completely down and left the other making it super crooked. She filed for maybe 5 min, total half assed and lumpy uneven totally botched nails, I was about to cry! Then she told me to go wash and cane back to sit with all gel lamp and polish set up. I said absolutely not, we are now an hour into a fill and these look awful there is no way I'm wasting more time with u slopping some polish on these mess of nails that I have well upkept for years now.! Then she proceeds to tell me it's $35! I said what! No way, what's ur min fill price $18 right? She said yes but u wanted gel so $35, I said no I am leaving and not coming back I have to go fix these now or get them redone u totally messed them up! She finally dropped to $18 and just laughed saying sorry! Dont waste your time and don't waste ur money! Clearly they are faking it until they make it! So so upset that my beautiful stiletto nails are now short and square and I have to work to get them to what they were, oh not to mention I still have clumps of acrylic under my nails!!! Ughhhhhhh!!! My daughter-in-law and I went to this nail salon because it was close to where we live and to support businesses in our neighborhood . Never have I ever gotten the treatment I got from this place !!! First of all, the water was cold , the guy that tortured me , I believe was the OWNER proceeded to cut my toe , I let out a HEY THAT HURT , and he laughed yes laughed . Then if that wasn't enough , he started to use the tool to take off dry skin I call it a cheese grater , he cut the side of the same toe he had already hurt and was still bleeding . This time I said YOU HURT ME AGAIN I'M BLEEDING !!!!! Again he just laughed and put something on my open wounds felt like polish remover and I almost came out of my uncomfortable chair . HE PROCEEDS TO PUT MY FOOT BACK INTO THE DIRTY WATER !!!! My daughter-in-law just about lost it . I did say some pretty colorful words ,but I was bleeding and my toe was on fire . Then came the polish , The clearcoat was so thick , it would take days to dry , but , he went ahead and used it . Then he put the polish on . I didn't even get to the car and the poor tortured toe didn't have polish on it cause it was still WET when he put my shoe on . I wasn't about to go back to THE TOE TORTURER !!! I will NEVER EVER recommend or frequent that place again . Oh one more thing , the guy that did my daughter-in-laws pedicure did a great job on her , but when she asked for the disposable shoes they give you , she was trying to get the guys attention , but his cell phone had his attention . She finally got him to get her flip flops and they were DIRTY yes like someone brought them back after wearing them for a day or two . There's plenty of salons near me and from now on that's where I'll be going . MY TOE IS STILL NOT HEALED , peditorture was done on Oct.8th 2019 !!!!! read more
