I recently contacted Ash & Associates to obtain a Boundary Line and Improvements Survey on my 1.3…read moreacre residential property. They responded quickly with an estimate for $2700. I received another proposal for the same scope from Rittiman Surveying for $750 with a $150 Rush Charge. I sent a message to the Ash and Associates surveyor about the proposal. He stated that the estimate included drive time, office time, and site time. I could not see how this justified an estimate that was 3X what the other surveying company was proposing.
