I have dogs so it was extremely important to me that it get done quickly. About a month after the fence was done I started to notice that the stain was splotchy and just not holding up. There were also several cracked boards. During the time that the fence was installed and stained, it was raining A LOT. The day before they stained it rained and the day after. The rain basically washed it off in areas. I told Scott about the problem and he quickly took care of it! He came and replaced the cracked boards and re-stained the fence! If thats not great service, I don't know what is.

So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.

Contacted HOA and found out policy had been changed, got approval to have our fence changed to normal. Dino came out, took the time to ask questions and understand my goal. Since our fence was only one year old he felt we would need little if any materials. He provided a very reasonable estimate and said it would take 1-2 days. They got here early (7am) as promised, were well prepared, set up all their equipment and got started. His guys were very careful pulling apart the existing pickets and were able to reuse everything. My old 25 year old cement driveway was stained, cracked, and puddled like crazy after any rain, and joints were missing mastic and had hollowed out with toads living inside. His team did the demo work and installed the pavers in just a few days for a pretty large driveway. They were good about cleaning up on a daily basis and the pricing was competitive. The result is incredible. RcTex also made sure to slope the driveway as I asked to avoid puddling and also installed a parking pad with retaining wall for my other car that doesn't fit into the garage. He has a very good sense of modern design and also form vs. function. The fence included a 14' rolling custom gate and full automation. His pricing was excellent and he has worked well with my budget. In fact, we've gone over my budget because I've had him extra work beyond the original quote. The initial estimate was around 13k and we've gone much higher with additional work. We have done around a 30% deposit and then payments based on completion. I'm glad to support a local small business. His crew has been considerate of the work site and have done some extra things like moving plants, etc. Given the custom nature of the fence, it has taken some time to build as he has fit me in with other jobs in the area.
