I asked around through friends to see who they recommended. Patrick Connell's name came up multiple times. I contacted him and he sat down and met with me about selling my house and then looking for a new one. He helped me get my house sold before it was even on the market (found an investor). It was great and relatively painless. Patrick even helped with a mortgage company who was being incredibly difficult in getting the pay off amount for the loan. He answered all my questions and always got back to me right away. Patrick also assisted me in finding my new house. We looked at many houses to find the right one for me.
