I asked around through friends to see who they recommended. Patrick Connell's name came up multiple times. I contacted him and he sat down and met with me about selling my house and then looking for a new one. He helped me get my house sold before it was even on the market (found an investor). It was great and relatively painless. Patrick even helped with a mortgage company who was being incredibly difficult in getting the pay off amount for the loan. He answered all my questions and always got back to me right away. Patrick also assisted me in finding my new house. We looked at many houses to find the right one for me. He took the time to answer all my questions and calm my nerves with the whole house buying process. Being relatively new to house buying process I was unsure about certain things, Patrick was patient and answered all my frantic calls. He went through the entire process with me. I can't not say enough good things about Patrick and will only use him in the future. He made me feel like I was the only person he was working with. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars.
