I asked around through friends to see who they recommended. Patrick Connell's name came up multiple times. I contacted him and he sat down and met with me about selling my house and then looking for a new one. He helped me get my house sold before it was even on the market (found an investor). It was great and relatively painless. Patrick even helped with a mortgage company who was being incredibly difficult in getting the pay off amount for the loan.
