Six months before I was even ready to list, she came out, did the footwork and provided me with estimates, things I could fix, etc. When it came time to sell, I was out of state and she handled everything - maintenance of the house, staging and even hanging out to make sure the work was done. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars. Bonus: my dog liked her, so that's a big plus.
