I called James on Friday and even though he was very busy and had his work scheduled out to several weeks, he came through in the clutch. His crew was out surveying on Tuesday of the following week and the completed survey was at the title company in time. Highly recommend his service. I am contacting him for another survey and wouldn't use any other company. He is difficult to reach, a bit gruff on the phone but you know what? He gets the job done, on time and it's quality work.

Whitney in the office laid her hands on the historical project immediately, was very fast to remember the project, was very quick to understand what this project was, and sent James to the field. James showed up late in the afternoon and was so quick that I didn't recognize who he was. I actually started to chase him away. I am so glad that I didn't. He was very good at communicating what he was going to do and how he was going to approach it. We offered to move some equipment but James already had a plan in motion. James did a fantastic job and was detailed in every aspect. He worked hard and double checked his work. What an enjoyable young man to have contributing to the project! Overall, this company has a team approach and gets fast results for their customers at an affordable cost point. It has been a pleasure working with them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You can bet that they will be my choice!

I received another proposal for the same scope from Rittiman Surveying for $750 with a $150 Rush Charge. I sent a message to the Ash and Associates surveyor about the proposal.
