When we needed a solution to our dryer ventilation situation, JRyan was the first credible provider to answer my Yelp! Service Request and was available the next day for an appointment. We were up and running again in no time. I'm certain his handiwork will far outlast the dryer, itself. Thank you again for your excellent service.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to share our experience with Luxe Kitchen and Bath to warn others about their business practices, particularly regarding their treatment of a disabled veteran and his wife. We hired Luxe Kitchen and Bath for several home improvements, but the quality of work was unacceptable and improperly executed: - Flooring: The original glue was not removed, and the slab was not leveled before installation. When an independent flooring inspector evaluated the work, Greg falsely claimed a moisture barrier had been installed. Luxe Kitchen and Bath later stated they let the installer go, yet Don refused to accept the inspection report and demanded an additional $5,000 to fix the issue, claiming my wife's wheelchair caused the damage. - Plumbing & Bathroom: They broke the toilet flanges and overtightened the toilet, cracking the porcelain and causing water to leak beneath the flooring. - Doors & Paint: The storm doors were not installed properly, and the wall painting was poorly executed. Throughout this process, project management and communication were virtually non-existent. Don never visited the site to inspect the work, and Greg only came when specifically requested. We received no progress updates, and Don failed to appear for the independent inspection, sending Greg and Kim instead. It is deeply unacceptable for a contractor to perform sub-standard work, refuse to take responsibility, and attempt to blame the resulting damage on a disability while demanding more money. Sincerely, Bryan

We have used Anything Around the House since it opened in 2011. The company does anything you need…read moreto repair in or renovate your home. So far, the workers installed ceiling lights, and an outdoor fan, repaired our wood fence, plus built a new wood entry gate into our backyard. They installed a low-flow toilet, two garbage disposals, plus a second stair rail, and grab bars in my shower to keep me safe. The reason we consistently use the company is because the workers always arrive on time. They are efficient and know exactly what they're doing, are always friendly, and make sure they clean up afterward. Communication, both by phone and in person, is exceptional. Their prices are amazingly reasonable. They are honest about their estimates. For example, we asked that one side of our backyard fence be replaced. Servando, the owner, looked at it and told us it didn't need to be replaced. All that was needed was the replacement of posts, plus slats. We always receive a call after work has been completed to make sure we're happy with the result. I can't say anything negative about this company or its employees. We couldn't be more pleased.

They're one of two companies in town who are qualified to do so, and their prices are significantly lower. Although they were VERY busy, and it did take a few weeks after I inquired for them to be able to start the job, when started it was done efficiently, with great care and attention to detail. Bobby is young and intelligent, and I never questioned whether he knew exactly what he was doing. He and his crew were incredibly courteous, smart, and kept in great communication with us about what was happening and about how long it would take to fix things. We had a real mess of electrical work left by the previous owners of the house, but they got everything working perfectly in several days. Bobby even came back the next week after the job was done, when some outlets had stopped working (not due to anything they'd done, but due to some old broken wires), and fixed the problem, no questions asked. AC Electric are the only electricians I will recommend from now on, and that recommendation will be an easy one to give. Thanks!
