Shortly after their service, our AC stopped working. The cause: tape they had applied around the UV light they installed had come loose. They came out, retaped it, and assured us this had never happened before. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Some time later, the AC stopped working again. This time, the tape on the main plenum access had completely come loose -- again, their work, same issue. I was not willing to have them back in my home, so I called our own HVAC technician. He charged first to come out and then again to fix what their faulty taping caused. Their response? That they would have come fix it for free under warranty. That is not accountability. The point is that the same failure happened twice, and at no point did anyone take genuine responsibility for the disruption or the $400 I paid out of pocket. Instead I got defensiveness and a critique of my contractor's invoice. I deeply regret selecting them. Choose a company that gets it right the first time.

He first showed me the picture he took of our downstairs attic and then the part that to me was very hinky was when I asked to see the picture of the second unit, it took him several minutes of scrolling through his phone to find another picture that showed a moldy unit. (If the picture was just taken it would've been right there next to the first picture.) Estimate was over 3K. I had another company come out two days later and they said we had no mold and the estimate $1100. I'm going with the second company who spent 30 minutes going over everything and making sure that they provided an accurate estimate versus the service we got from Clean Air Pro. The other major negative was the person didn't even put up the stairs back to the attics and left my back door open to the garage.

He then got on the roof and removed the vent grate the roofers left on, and came inside and blew out the lint obstructions to clear the vent all the way out of the roof. Eran was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with; he knows a good bit about dryers too! He suggested a new gas train assembly and said the our fireplace was set-up for a blower to improve heat flow but did not have it. After he installed the above, our family room was heated so much better than in past winters with the addition of the blower. The outs fireplace also did not light correctly & he was able to figure out the problem, fix it and advised us that we did not need a new replacement. The cold season had them booked but they sent him within a week. Regina was also helpful with our need for flexible scheduling. I am suffering from neurological symptoms from disseminated aspergillosis and have black mold in my HVAC plenum due to their job and not being accountable.
