Had a technician come out to evaluate our air duct system and give us an estimate. The technician was out here roughly 10 minutes at most, checked two attics and told us we had mold and that it would require a major cleaning and sanitation. He first showed me the picture he took of our downstairs attic and then the part that to me was very hinky was when I asked to see the picture of the second unit, it took him several minutes of scrolling through his phone to find another picture that showed a moldy unit. (If the picture was just taken it would've been right there next to the first picture.) Estimate was over 3K. I had another company come out two days later and they said we had no mold and the estimate $1100. I'm going with the second company who spent 30 minutes going over everything and making sure that they provided an accurate estimate versus the service we got from Clean Air Pro. The other major negative was the person didn't even put up the stairs back to the attics and left my back door open to the garage. read more

I requested a quote through Yelp, and they were at my home the next day to give me a free estimate. They were honest about what needed to be done, as well as what did NOT need to be done. The workers were polite, were careful with my household items and they did a great job. I had my dryer vent and my chimney cleaned. Excellent clean out for the dryer vent that exited to the roof. Got rid of the clog but used duct tape at the back for the dryer hose. I had requested a clamp in our messages, but it works well now. The price was high but they did come in short notice and at the only time I had for that week. read more

Wonderful, attentive service Had my vents cleaned with a different company last year and, while it was $100 cheaper it was also much sloppier. Clean air pro took time to spray and sanitize the vents, wash down the registrars, inspect the AC unit, lay out protective covering before (upon my asking since I just steamed the carpets), and vacuum after. Air vents are blowing clean and looking clean. I especially appreciated the before and after pics of the vents Will definitely be going with them again next year found my favorite cleaners Side note: couldn't afford the full cleaning they were recommending, so the main AC unit may need to wait till next year ‍ one step at a time. I had terrible experience with this company. We did the deep duct cleaning for upstairs HVAC unit. 1.They did not deep clean the ducts. There is so much dust when we opened the vent that they cleaned. 2.They sprayed a can of Kilz primer with out telling us on all the ducts. 3.They did not clean up after themselves. Left all the dust and dirt everywhere along with empty Kilz can. read more

Service is good and there is some communication problem because of language, first they said $100 for standard cleaning and after coming they said $300 and there is lot in dryer vent. But didn't take much time. I think used some strategy to price up. read more

The $99 price for chimneys is for a very small, plastic brush that does not clean creastote effectively. The "heavy duty" cleaning necessary is much more expensive. The technicians were punctual & friendly. read more

The technician came to our house this morning and did a walk through. He took pictures in the attic showing the problems like the ducts, bacteria, etc and showed us the problems that needed attention. He went and started working immediately and he did a fantastic job. read more
