The details are as follows: Thursday November 8th, 2018 I began having issues with this company. This house was completely empty as we had not moved in yet. We're moving from Pflugerville on the 15th. I'm OCD, so I decided to hire them to come in and take care of the cleaning. They showed up the first appointment day (11/8/18) and did not clean the house. I stood outside for the hour and 48 minutes that they were inside. Figured since they were 'professional' cleaners that I did not have to micromanage them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I should have just done it all myself!!! I walked inside with only my socks on thinking it was cleaned and found everything to be exactly in the same condition it was before they arrived - Dirty! Photos included I called them to get them back out there and requested a different crew or to have my money refunded. To my surprise, Juana the owner, was one of the ladies I had just met in my home. When Emma finally called me back on Monday I was told that usually after 3 days they don't come back to an address and I should be lucky they are willing to come back at all. They had my credit card information and will not refund more than $50 out of the $115 that I paid. Apparently this is a scam that they've done for awhile. They come in do a poor job don't even use cleaning products - only damp rags to make it appear as if it was properly cleaned. Then they reschedule and never show back up to complete the job. Most people don't think they can do anything about it, however if you pay someone for a service and they don't preform or offer a full refund it is theft. Taking advantage of people that don't know they have consumer rights isn't ethical. Monday, November 12th: I was left waiting at the apartment for them to show up for the second appointment after threatening APDs involvement - our appointment time for the follow up cleaning was at 12pm. Nobody called me to tell me they were running late. I call and was told they're 'experiencing car issues' and won't arrive now until 2pm. At this point I'm beyond annoyed. I'm wasting precious time I could be packing for our move from Pflugerville to Austin to sit here and wait for them. Whatever you do - Don't hire Juana or her team at Lluvia Green Cleaning as they will smile in your face, waste your time, and try to steal your money. Just save yourself the trouble and clean it yourself or spend the extra money on hiring a reputable company. After they left the second time, I found more items that were never cleaned / directives ignored. While they were here I was constantly having to point out dirty things and show them what to do. I ended up just redoing everything myself. Also, never received the receipt to my email as promised. Pretty sure they only showed back up for the second time to avoid further APD involvement. Juana and her team offered me discounts for future cleanings, however unless I get amnesia or hell freezes over I'll be sticking to my guns and avoiding this company like the plague.

We have had the same maids for a few years now and was feeling that perhaps they were getting a…read morelittle lazy and we wanted to try a different service to see what's up. The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way. Especially since this was a first time out, it would of been nice if they would of taken a tour of the house and ask what area's needed specific attention, etc. You know, kinda of a "Hey thanks for giving us an opportunity, how can we impress you with our service" thing. Get to know ya before you get mounted...so to speak. The result of the cleaning was ok. And what I mean by that is it wasn't better than what we had been experiencing with our regular crew. The house had been cleaned every two weeks, so it was far from a huge mess, especially since Suzi always needs to clean up a little before the maids arrive. Something which I will never understand. We don't have any animals which includes kids, so it should of been a fairly straight forward job. Our house is approx 1800 Sq Ft for reference purposes. What was curious was the price. On our current arrangement we pay $80 every other week for two folks to come out, no contract, no fuss. With Austin All Maids, it's done by the hour and with three folks the cleaning came to $125. So for $45 more, we got pretty much the same result. We weren't provided an estimate, which would of been nice, but had the result been significantly different, it may have justified the cost. We don't feel like we were taken for a ride or anything, but the cost didn't justify the means. Perhaps if they would of first sent out an individual to do a review of the house and then quote us a price, we could of saved them the time and us $45, since I doubt we would of hired them knowing that going in.
