They didn't. As a result, the walls were filthy, with handprints everywhere, and with dust covering the top of every door and window. Not anymore! The Monarch team spent 6-7 hours working diligently, cleaning our fans, carefully wiping down our walls, vacuuming the cabinets and the list goes on. What a difference! Very impressed, super pleased and yes, absolutely, my husband and I will call them for return visits. HIGHLY recommend. Great job! Bri Nicole post a lot in local groups for her house cleaning service and I feel I need to share my experience. I hired Bri to do a move out clean and she quoted me $420. I have already moved out and am living a couple hours away now. First, she no showed on our original agreed upon time and did not communicate with me at all. I followed up with her the day after she was supposed to clean and she said her child was sick. Against my better judgment, I rescheduled. I'm a single mom and understand things happen. She cleaned and sent me pictures, which I felt like looked nice. Since I've already left town, I went ahead and paid her in full based on the pictures alone. Yes, I'm an idiot. This was over a week ago. My son went by the house today to make sure everything is locked up and to check the mail. The AC was left at 55!! I had told her it was fine to turn it down, I didn't think I needed to specify an appropriate temp OR to turn it back up before leaving, but again, I'm apparently an idiot. My son sent me multiple pictures of the "cleaning" that took place. I'm speechless, I've never in my life been scammed this way. I'm sick that I lost this money and sick that I was so foolish. There's a comment on her page with a similar experience. I wish I had seen it before hiring this company. These are just a few of the pictures. So many lessons learned on my end. ‍

I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!).
