I contacted Anthony the manager and who I have spoken with the whole year I have used them and he stated he didn't think his cleaners would steal. Instead of saying he would research he said he would no longer be servicing my cleaning any longer. I told him I didn't care about anything except the paycheck that was missing. He won't respond back to any messages now. I have every text from the very 1st time I began service with him and there were other things that had come up missing but we always seemed to resolve. Now I have had to hire an attorney because they won't even credit the 368.67 services they charged or even research the items that were STOLEN from my home. In the mean time he has deleted my log on to prevent further bad reviews. Do not use this company! They have horrible customer service. I tried to contact the customer service directly and they have since deleted my log in's so my reviews won't show on the website. Do not use this company. They are not honest!!! Please think twice!!

The wifey met the three maids, a dude and two dudettes, and didn't get the friendly hello, but they did start on the job at hand. It's always difficult to have strangers in the house, so a friendly hello and perhaps introduction to who they were would of gone a long way. Especially since this was a first time out, it would of been nice if they would of taken a tour of the house and ask what area's needed specific attention, etc. You know, kinda of a "Hey thanks for giving us an opportunity, how can we impress you with our service" thing. Get to know ya before you get mounted...so to speak. The result of the cleaning was ok. And what I mean by that is it wasn't better than what we had been experiencing with our regular crew. The house had been cleaned every two weeks, so it was far from a huge mess, especially since Suzi always needs to clean up a little before the maids arrive. Something which I will never understand. We don't have any animals which includes kids, so it should of been a fairly straight forward job. Our house is approx 1800 Sq Ft for reference purposes. What was curious was the price. On our current arrangement we pay $80 every other week for two folks to come out, no contract, no fuss. With Austin All Maids, it's done by the hour and with three folks the cleaning came to $125. So for $45 more, we got pretty much the same result. We weren't provided an estimate, which would of been nice, but had the result been significantly different, it may have justified the cost. We don't feel like we were taken for a ride or anything, but the cost didn't justify the means. Perhaps if they would of first sent out an individual to do a review of the house and then quote us a price, we could of saved them the time and us $45, since I doubt we would of hired them knowing that going in.

The landlord was super happy with how crazy clean the place was and thanked us several times for having it cleaned so well on our moveout. He even talked to us about our deposit...!!!!! No stone was left unturned...fridge, oven, exhaust, windows, doors, floors...you name it, they hit it. It was so clean I made a little peepee in my pants. Thank you so much for squeezing us into your crazy schedule and making the moveout clean work so that we could be out of the rental by that Saturday instead of Monday!!!!!!! Haaaaaappy!!!!!

It was AMAZING. They showed up on time and got right to work. The hardest part about this whole thing was ME giving in and realizing that I sucked at cleaning and needed help. She brought all of her own supplies (vacuum, broom/mop, cleaning solutions, etc.). I appreciate the amount of detail she put into cleaning everything and making sure things were organized. She replaced all of the plastic bags in our trash bins with her own bags. She even swept our front door on her way out. I didn't find a speck of dust. The house was left smelling very clean. Come the day of the cleaning they texted me that they would be arriving and then we did not hear from them for 2 hours and which point they told me they couldn't reach our number. I texted and called Caroline multiple times and did not receive any response at all. We ended up having to completely up end our day and had to spend all day cleaning ourselves. This was a terrible experience and I hope in the future they work on their communication.
