He literally came back over measures again and did calculations and gave us the exact same LOW Price. I don't usually give recommendations but Jose is great. Our four children love taking him out waters and he is always friendly with them. He will take a payment up front for half of the bid. I usually give him a check for half and when he finishes the project give him the other half. He will even take a check for half and hold it until project is completed and take second installment. Stop looking for anyone else. I'm serious, don't even bother looking at another person for you project. Just call Jose and you will be glad you did 100%. Quality of work is off the charts. I've had neighbors come over who have paid well above the cost Jose charged for their projects using someone else in AW of his work and kicking themselves for not using Jose. Our job was for a vaulted ceiling fan installation and to repair cracked and molding caulk around…read morethe tubs. I removed the existing caulk from the bathrooms myself to save money but I still felt the price was extremely high for a fan install and a finger swipe over silicone (that's all they did). They didn't remove the kitchen silicone (which we agreed on) and didn't clean it before putting a thin layer on top. After it cracked overnight I had him come back out to redo the entire thing. So, if you care about finesse and visual consistency, look elsewhere.
