The order was made wrong, I got a different drink than what I ordered . I asked for them to make it again and got serious attitude in return. I showed the guy the picture and one of the employees walks over and starts giving me attitude. I wasn't rude when I asked them to make it differently. The tone and backtalk really wasn't helpful. On top of waiting for 15 mins for two drinks in an empty store. I really wasn't expecting to be treated like that when I just asked for it changed. No issues with my juice, but Bri was super rude and very unprofessional. I ordered two online drinks and the website made a mistake with my order so one drink was incorrect. I told her I have an allergy so would need it remade. She very abruptly grabbed the drink and said okay I'll made a new one. She had such a bad attitude and was very aggressively making the new drink, shoved it over to me and literally didn't say a word. I apologized and thanked her. Located next to Dunkin Donuts in the fairly new shopping center. Never crowded, then again, I generally come in first thing in the morning. The staff has always been friendly when I come in. Because of sensitive throat I wanted my juice to be without ice, however, there wasn't an option to specify this in online order, I called they didn't pick up, when I reached the store and requested the same, the staff said she would have changed it but that was the last batch of oranges, you took my order and you only had oranges for my order, Kudos for such a wonderful inventory management, what a calculation. I've been coming to this location as a regular since it opened, but will no longer be coming in. The last 3-4 times I've been in they have messed up my order in some way, and the excuse is they r training. They seemed to have gotten rid of all their employees at one time and starting over and no one has any idea what they are doing. The last few times the have forgot to replace an ingredient with another so I got a different one to make it easier today and they didn't even try to blend it. I don't know about the rest of u, but I don't like to chew my smoothie, this is so gross, but I was halfway to work before I took more then a little sip. Waste of money for the last time. read more

This is the third time I've come to this Jamba Juice and the server Bri is always so freaking rude. Like my goodness, the first time her and other coworkers were on their phones and made us wait a few minutes because they were watching TikTok's. Then the second time, I ordered a white and red gummy and Bri had made two white gummy's instead. Which naturally resulted in me asking for a new one to be made. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and gave attitude. Now for what happened today, when we came in she had been blatantly hostile. No greetings or anything, just so rude. "What do you want, it will be__". She had also taken a phone order during our order and was so rude to the person on the phone as well! Then when she hung up the phone, she rolled her eyes and made fun of the phone customer to her coworker, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. The first two times, I had chalked it up to possibly catching her on a bad day but now it just seems as though she's just a rude individual. Ya'll need to either train your staff better or higher better staff. She's terrible and creates such a hostile environment. The drinks aren't worth dealing with her attitude. I am a big fan of this location because the people that work here always do a really good job making the smoothies very very good. I like the fact that they take the time to make the smoothie and they do not rush. They make sure they put all the proper ingredients in which you would think is something that every single location does but trust me when I say they do not. This new location is clean and the staff are very nice. I think this template for new Jamba Juice franchisees is more open and brighter. They are expensive as far as wheatgrass is concerned. They also tax the wheatgrass shots which is kind of weak since it's not typically a taxable item. Mothers Market and some other Jamba Juice locations don't tax it. That said, it looks to be a good location and I hope it does well. read more

The service is amazing they have an amazing atmosphere with music that is of the times and i literally ordered and literally like 5 seconds later I was leaving with my drink in hand. Only thing I was confused why they asked me for my ID when I was using my debit card but they kindly explained to me that it was there store policy which I was fine with. And I love how they decorate for Halloween it so cute. I been coming here for awhile now whenever I'm scheduled to work at the Costco at the District as a vendor and they've been kind to me from the beginning. Since the Tustin Marketplace location has closed, this has been my go-to location for Jamba Juice. The customer service here is pretty average, not bad but also not great. The smoothies are usually blended well and taste consistent every time I go. The location is located in a new shopping mall with plenty of parking so that is a plus. I visited Jamba the other day and it seems like they're still working out the kinks of opening a new location. I ordered the Apples n Greens smoothie and had a birthday reward to redeem. The cashier told me my total and I input my rewards number to redeem, and then the transaction was processed. The cashier didn't acknowledge that the transaction was done, so I stood there for a minute awkwardly while he figured out what to do with the slip that printed out. There was another guy there who made my smoothie, but it definitely came out as more of a juice texture (so much so that I went home and double-checked the menu to make sure it was indeed a smoothie and not a juice). Taste was fine and the second worker was nice enough. Give it time and I think they will become a well-oiled machine like the other locations. read more
