I can't believe it's taken me so long to review this Jamba Juice location! I started coming here about 7 years ago, back when the staff cared a little more and the lines moved quickly. Over the years service began to slip, and so my visits became less and less frequent. I gave up on this place entirely for about 2 years when one of the juice girls was really rude to me. Turns out, she forgot to add juice to my smoothie...TWICE! When I asked her to make it again she was beyond pissed, and still didn't understand that smoothies aren't supposed to be hard and icy. Maybe it was her first week or something, but that's never the way to talk to a customer. So 2 years later I decide to give this place another chance. They've got a new menu that includes low calorie smoothies and I figure that it's time to give it another chance. What do I get? A smoothie so full of ice chips and whole raspberries that I can hardly drink it through a straw, and that's after I ask for them to blend it for extra time. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Jamba Juice for smoothies! I have never in my life had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The smoothies are fresh and delicious. And the customer service is great. I'll never forget the time I got a smoothie for my kids, which they graciously split into two cups for me. My son promptly spilled his not 15 feet from the door, so I went back in to buy a replacement one and they went and GAVE me a fresh one for him. Super nice! They have my loyalty forever. read more

Smoothies are my weakness. Jamba does a great job in smoothies AND service. Once with my boyfriend(he's a bit indecisive) the cashier girl was incredibly helpful and patient with him choosing a smoothie. When you walk in, the whole staff (there's only 3 or 4 I believe) welcomes you in. I've only had the kale-rribean breeze and their Acai Primo bowls (which for some reason say they include strawberries but I've bought it 3 times and each time there have been 0 strawberries.) Both very good. My moms had the Greens and Ginger which she said was very good. I love the place regardless of anything the staff is so so pleasant and the drinks are great. One less star just because of those darn strawberries. read more

The staff is super friendly and the service is amazing. The company must set great goals in customer service. I started my diet. Jamba Juice is included on the diet for a juice for breakfast, rather than cookies. Although the Spinich doesn't taste as well as next door neighbors Don Pon's cafe con leche with butter bread, my heart thanks Jamba Juice. Oh those veggies are pricey...but so will a heart attack be. The key point about this place is that it tastes great because it's natural. They don't rely on lots of artificial sirups and ice like other places. Not all but many items are USDA Organic, and it's clear how much of a difference it makes, it tastes real and fresh. One less star because the ambiance, customer service and presentation could be better. But overall highly recommended! read more

I am a big fan of smoothies and juices but I dont think those are healthy/tasty.they use quacker which is Geneteclly modified.Also it doesnt taste fresh to me,It is ok if you just need a quick juice up and you have nowhere else to go,I would say its disant. read more

they say they close at 10 but when when i pulled up at 8:41 PM the workers were seen closing shop! make a trip here at your own risk!

Be careful when paying! Sales people try to rip you off by pretending certain items come only in large. When confronted they say, my boss only allows me to offer large size. read more

Jamba Juice in Dade land is absolutely the best Jamba Juice I've ever had. The staff is so courteous and Franco is an incredible employee he always makes my drinks exactly the way I like them and I would recommend this place to anybody with five stars. I wish I could give them a lower score. They have a loyalty program, but they never add my points (of course after they make me do the drill of adding my phone number in their little screen). Today, I came in and they said these would show up in my app, and since they didn't I complained. Then they said it was my fault! In conclusion, beware of their points program! read more

You guys hired very rude and discriminated employees. I was there Friday afternoon (8/12). That employee greeted to everyone except for me (someone before me and after me), did not answer my questions about the drinks instead of giving me a dirty face and pointed the board to me, and did not give me receipt (or ask me if I wanted a receipt) until I asked, which was she already finished serving the person behind me. She gave me rude and different attitude when she gave me the drink. My drink was not even cold. Very disappointed experience! read more

The Orange and carrots juice is excellent, but they have no idea how to use the free drink option using the ISIS application for android phones, I wish their manager could give them a training, so there is no delay when using isis, then I will give you 5 stars. read more

Jamba Juice is the perfect place if you are looking for great tasting smoothies. I also love how after finishing my smoothie, I dont feel full but satisfied. Must be since there isnt any sugar added. But not only do they have yummy smoothies, their customer service is top star! The staff is very friendly and that is rare to find in any other store/restaurant. I wish there were more locations, hopefully that will come soon because I need my peach pleasures daily. I 100% reccomend this place to anyone looking for a good smoothie/juice.
