Swung by here this morning to get a fresh juice while I waited for my mom at the doctor's office. Located in a nice Shopping Center. Was welcomed by the employees and Franco, who is making the juices kindly had us try the Kale Caribbean Breeze which was absolutely delicious especially since the kale Threw me off at first. But definitely a flavor I would try soon. I ordered the Acai Super Antioxidant smoothie because it's something I felt comfortable ordering since I was familiar with the ingredients. This is my third week in a row on a Monday to come here on my way to the doctors visits, I had to admit this is a great stop for a little something before walking into the doctors office. Every time I have come there's no line and the people are right there in the register greeting me with a smile asking me if I know what I'm going to order today. Very clean very professional they are fairly quick on delivering the smoothies. Before these three weeks I had not been in Jamba Juice for a while my favorite smoothie used to be razzmatazz but now they have this flavor berry upbeat which is really good I have to say that does not taste like beer but he has the benefits of it and I love it. I always add 3G energy which gives it a nice kick and a little bit of booze before doing the things I need to do. Got my 20% off for checking in which is great, and they have surveys in the receipts. If you are a green person you can ask them not to give you a receipt. They have a text message club that you can get offers and promotions also they have like a free smoothie with a $25 gift card right now for the holidays. Overall I really like this location I enjoyed the ladies that help me and I have seen a couple of regulars in the morning this past Mondays were they know the ladies by name that means they're always give them good service I totally recommend this Jamba Juice. read more

My review is for Eva (I hope I am spelling this correctly). She was such a delight- simply radiated positive energy from the moment I walked in. I was ordering on behalf of a friend that asked for something specific. The smoothie was apparently not on menus anymore. Eva however went above and beyond to help me with my order. She was helpful, patient, and did what she could to make and complete my order. During a time where everyone is on edge and in a city where customer service standards are generally low (you are lucky these days to get a smile, or *sense* one beneath the masks during these times), Eva is a reminder of how far the little things go. I came here on my lunch break for a smoothie. Walked in, staff was chatting away and didn't acknowledge me. I had to ask the lady if she can help me. I ordered the peanut butter smoothie, and tomato/cheese bread twist. The bread twist was taking a bit and I heard the staff whispering about where the bread twist was and I overheard that it was in the trash. I watched closely to see if the girl was going to give me the same bread that was in the trash (still in the bag, but STILL IN THE TRASH) and indeed, she was just switching out the bread to a new bag (after her coworker told her to "at least put it in a new bag"). I told her I did not want the one that was put in the trash, & she did explain that it was still in the bag. Terrible service. No apologies. Pure silence after I said something. I was still disgusted but did not want to make it a big deal while I was there but want to make sure it's known. This was around 12:15pm today. Don't plan on returning. :( read more

I went to get a juice and asked a couple of questions about what was in the juice. There was a lady at the counter maybe in her 50's or 60's didn't try to help just pointed at the menu above her. Then a young couple came in with a small dog with a leach very well behaved and the employee same lady that was rude to me greeted them by telling them the dog has to stay outside (violating the American with disability Act). I went in earlier this week to get my usual the strawberry surf rider and was immediately given attitude by the male worker there. He was on his phone and rolled his eyes the minute I walked in. He took my order with major attitude then proceeded to make my smoothie then left it on the counter and walked to the back without so much of a word. I understand that there has been a lot of stress so I wanted to give this place another chance. I went in this morning and was immediately greeted by two girls who really changed my viewpoint of this place. They recommended the açaí bowl which has become my new favorite go to option on the menu! I stopped by on the way home from work to grab a smoothie for my four year old who apparently hadn't kept any food down all day. The service was quick. The employees were friendly The smoothies were tasty and of a good consistency. Everything was decently priced. A Downside - The sugar content in the smoothies is extremely high. It just smells so yummy when you walk into this place! I still can't get over the fact that something so good for you can actually taste so good. I think of it as such a treat. I like the smoothies that have the strong berry flavors. They are priced reasonably, and have a lot of choices. I can't tell you if the frozen yogurt they use is great or not, because they don't sell it individually. But they use frozen yogurt as the base of many of their smoothies... and I'm here to report that they taste just fine! read more

I had a long drive and needed a meal that I could drink. The guy behind the counter was great with helping me create perfect smoothie for what I was craving (banana, PB, strawberry and acai). He told me what would and wouldn't taste good and really wanted me to have the perfect smoothie. In the end. It was just what I wanted.... Alright so lets start off with not all buisness are the same. Even franchises, depending on the staff and management is what really gets the ball rolling. It's a Sunday morning on my way to the gym. Saw the Jamba juice , I said why not let me a get a juice. Thinking I was just going to order w.e and walk out. I walked in, the establishment was so clean, and smelled amazing. I see two cheerful girls cleaning up and getting the equipment ready. They immedietly recognize me said hello and saw my face when I saw so many options. They immediately asked if I had any questions to go ahead and ask. Made me feel super comfortable and I ended up getting 2 oz wheat grass shot and the Greens n' Apple. I want to say that I didn't just get a juice, I felt good, eneregized, and happy to have stopped by before my work out. I can't wait to continue incoporating Jamba Juice in my day. It's been a while since we first laid eyes on each other. From the moment I walked in I knew that it was love at first site. Cue the spotlight, disco ball and cheesy love music. That's right. It happened - don't be jealous. Seriously though, I've tried Smoothie King (meh), Robeks (a close second) but nothing seems to compare. More locations, please! After being a loyal customer at a huge number of locations, I've come to realize that they have their off days (just as everyone else) but overall, the best "healthy" smoothies around. Now, I use quotations around the word "healthy" primarily because I've never looked at the nutritional menu but between the atmosphere, the menu and the clientele, one can't help but portray Jamba this way. When was the last time you saw a smoothie place dark and dreary? Jamba is bright and cheery with large fruit decals galore! Oh, and their cups are pretty awesome too. I look forward to Jambaisms - even if they don't get updated often. I digress, the atmosphere is like no other, with such rich and jubilant colours. As for the menu - never fear, they have something for everyone! Every visit meant a new drink to try and having gone there three or more times a week, you quickly try out the menu in it's entirety. Of course, there's a few items that I just won't venture to - but that's just because I don't like the ingredients. After all these years, I have complete fatih that I'll like anything I dare to try here. Don't forget to add your boost! All time fave: Mango-A-Go-Go. And now for the clientele. Sporty, hipster, businessy they've got them all. It's always packed (for obvious reasons) though the line moves well. These people clearly have everything down-pact as far as service goes. Come on, they even have paraphernalia! Who wouldn't want to own a Jamba cycling jersey or baby bottle?! P.S. You know you've been to an establishment so much that they know you by name. No worries though, even if they didn't - visit any Jamba and you'll see how much fun the employees are having and if they hated their job, you'd never be able to tell since everyone is always pleasant. The first thing that stood out to me is how polite and professional the staff is here. This is the first time that I've been to Jamba Juice (typically I would have someone pick it up for me) but the service alone will get me to return! The staff is always willing to offer suggestions, too. As far as the food and smoothies go, I'm always 100% satisfied with what I get. The oatmeal is always great for breakfast. The berry pecan is off the menu but that's the way to go! You have dried berries, cherries, pecan and brown sugar. Sweet but not overly sweet! The smoothies are awesome and there are a lot of classic choices, as well as unique flavors. My favorite (so far) are Pomegranate Power-Up and Razz Ma Tazz. read more

You guys need to hire more competent employees with better training on how to use the register and a better attitude. I had a birthday coupon on a small and she told me I couldn't get a larger size and pay the difference after the coupon had already printed. So I had no choice but to get another smoothie size small.... When I purchased my larger smoothie at full price another coupon came out for my points for $3 off, she told me I could only use one coupon at a time even though they were 2 completely different coupons. She told me to use it on my next visit when the coupon clearly states "must be used this visit". She rolled her eyes and said she would make and "exception". I highly doubt I will return to Jamba Juice. I like to stop in sometimes after a workout but the service is SO slow. The two most recent times I've been, it wasn't crowded at all. One of the times, there was one person ahead of me and today I was the only person in there. Both times took 15 minutes to get my smoothie. Also, I ordered two medium smoothies and paid for two medium smoothies. They made me two small smoothies. I was so annoyed and didn't want to wait another 15 minutes that I just took the two smoothies and left. The employee mumbled something under her breath about how they were supposed to be medium but she didn't say anything to me, no apology or offer to remake the size I paid for. If you want to be upset at 9 am then this is definitely the place to go to. Every time I go and ask for an acai bowl with no banana inside or out the so called "shift manager" gives me attitude or a face. Lady I didn't choose to have a banana allergy. Today she decided to be so kind by telling everyone in line "there's no oatmeal so don't ask me again", so lady what happens to the people that come afterwards and ask? Will you scream at them again?
