Thank you to Arvell for the AMAZING customer service!!!! My 10 year old wanted to treat me out to Jamba as a Mother's Day present. I asked if he can give us an extra cup because I also have a little 5 year old that really can't finish even a small cup. So I found something out! With my vegan detective skills. My mother had asked the Jamba employees if the açaí super antioxidant was vegan because the menu lists "contains milk," and they said "it contains soy milk." Which is true. But then why would they list it contains milk, which is a specific allergen to dairy products? I have figured it out! All of the "contains milk" smoothies contain SHERBET. The sherbet Jamba Juice uses most likely has milk products in it. So now, I order a large super anti oxidant without the sherbet, and it's vegan!!!!! Expert detective work, I must say. Thank you to Jamba for posting the allergen warnings, but the staff should probably be told the sherbet contains milk. This is the worst Jamba Juice location. Terrible service, un-attentive and don't care attitude staff. Came here at 11:30is am Sunday to buy a large plain Orange Carrot juice and I specifically told the guy several times that I don't want him to add anything on it...NO ICE , just PLAIN and simple Orange Carrot juice. It took them several minutes to do my order bec they are doing the squeezing of orange manually and worst they added ice to my drink which i repeatedly said No ice! They could have told me that their machine is broken so I wont have to buy anymore for their inconvenience. I was the only one in their store and there's 2 of them working. The guy who took my order and the girl who doesn't do anything but talking in whisper to the guy! The juice is terrible with several orange wedges inside, not much of a carrot taste, so watered down bec they trick you by adding ice which I totally said plain. Your clients are not stupid and us consumers wants value for our money. I would understand if they say their carrot/orange juicer is not working but dont fool your customers It's so infuriating when they play dumb and just say sorry wherein they know for a fact what they did and expecting the customer will not notice or just let it go. Me and my daughter was just in a hurry so we just left but I am so frustrated and mad about my order. I pity for the owner of this Jamba Juice Katella branch bec you can hire way more good people who value what they do and dont put your business down. I took my family and myself there for the first time As we walked in, we were never greeted, but worker had attitude and a stink face, the açaí was watery you can literally drink it The fruit was all bruised and sour. I ordered ahead on the app and got there right at the beginning of my pickup window of time. My smoothies were warm and overly syrupy. I don't have Jamba Juice often, but often enough that it didn't taste right. Disappointed by the decline in quality. After coming home I threw my smoothies in the blender and added ice to give it the right consistency and to try and dilute that syrupy taste. read more

I attended this Jamba juice and my drink tasted like pure milk, i asked the worker if she could remake it nicely and started to argue with me, gave me attitude and even snatch the drink out of my hand. Okay, this is my second review for a Jamba Juice on the same freaking issue. Idk if I should blame this location or just Jamba Juice in general, but they have to get their oven together! I ordered a Caribbean Passion (which came out just fine) and a Spinach Egg breakfast wrap (that did not come out fine). I swear, the outside was warm, but I took a bite and immediately knew if I took another bite it'd be filled with frozen bits of spinach and egg. And I was right! I went and told them, they helped warm me up a new one (which was even slightly burnt), and guess what - STILL FREAKING FROZEN! I didn't bother anymore and just brought the wrap home and warmed it up there. MY MICROWAVE DID A BETTER JOB. So annoying. Why 2 stars? The service did what they could and were nice about it and my smoothie came out correctly. But c'mon, Jamba Juice! You need to order some new ovens or create a new way of heating up those wraps because as much as I love those things (when you're heated up properly), I can't keep getting my hopes up anymore thinking they're okay when they're not. read more

Went in today. The girl making the smoothies took 4 people in the store orders. Okay I get that. Get your ordering done, but then she proceeded to prep all 8 smoothies ( I counted ) one by one just to put two on a blender at a time. This Jamba Juice has been slowly declining over the past two to three years. The music plays way entirely too loud the speakers outside sound absolutely horrific/annoying. Today when I walked in it smelled like something was dead in there. Really awful smell! I order an orange dream machine and I'm super disappointed. It tastes like extremely light orange juice with a lot of ice blended. It hardly has any orange cream flavor at all. I've gone back so many times and every time is a different experience. So disappointing. Came to this location today after my workout to pick up a quick smoothie - Saturday around 11am. There was only 1 customer waiting for their order when I came in. There were 2 female employees working that I saw. One came from the back to take my order. She asked if I had the app, I said no but I have my phone number. I slowly stated my number & she had to ask me to repeat it (she didn't appear to be listening). She said no we don't have that number. I told her I know my number worked before. She said "sometimes that happens when the app needs an update." I asked her to try my number again & it miraculously came up! While my smoothie was being made I used the restroom which is in desperate need of a deep cleaning plus there were no paper towels. I told them about the paper towels when I came out of the restroom. She was finishing up my smoothie. She goes to put the lid on the smoothie & I'm standing right in front of her (again I'm the only customer there) and instead of handing me the smoothie, she picks up her cell phone & starts texting! I've been coming here since as long as I can remember and literally every other time I come here I need to explain to the newbie worker that Strawberries Dreaming is on the fucking menu. This girl asks me if I know the recipe or pull it up so she can make it. Wtf? Why would I go to Jamba Juice if I know how to make it and had the recipe on hand? Then this same girl goes to the back after a few back and forth and brings some other blonde girl and says I have to look up the recipe and show it to them in order for it to be made.
