This is a newer location that recently opened, and the store is clean, modern and hse plenty of seats! When I visited, I was able to sample several flavors, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They had their standard flavors, nothing particularly unique, but you'd be able to find someting you'd like. Super disappointed. Go somewhere else. Can't even get over how ridiculous this whole situation was. I ordered a lovely Oreo fudge crunch ice cream cake on WEDNESDAY. For pick at 11am on THURSDAY. I received the email confirmation saying the cake will be ready at 11am. THEN I get a call in the morning saying they had some staffing issues and the cake wouldn't be ready at 11am, if i could pick it up later in the afternoon. They said it would be ready after 4pm, or I could pick it up on Friday. My sister goes in at 7pm on Thursday to pick it up. The cake is not ready. The person at the counter looks confused saying, oh I thought this was rescheduled to Friday. I go back in on Friday at noon. Cake is still NOT READY. apparently the cake maker person decided to make other cakes before mine?!?! She didn't even look like she gave a damn. The poor guy at the front looked so apologetic, he was at least nice about the situation. My sister goes back in later in the afternoon to pick up the cake. The cake is FINALLY available for pick up. FUCKING CAKE HAS NO FUDGE CRUNCH LAYER?!?! She made me a cake with only vanilla and chocolate ice cream?!?! Like seriously I was so embarrassed, I had taken this cake to an event and I looked so dumb raving about a fudge crunch layer that didn't exist. My friends were all looking forward to this cake and I can't even fathom what was going through this cake makers head. This was not the cake I ordered. I ordered a $60 masterpiece, this was a two-bit carton of ice cream cut in half with some frosting slapped on it. Seriously go somewhere else. It was a really hot winter day, and also the 31st of a month. Time had blown past me so quickly I had forgotten that Baskin-Robbins offers 31 percent off scoops on the last day of a month that has 31 days. I also noticed I had a 5% cash back deal on my credit card for a Baskin-Robbins purchase, so needless to say, I had to go out and treat myself to some ice cream for a 34.45% (not 36% if you do the math correctly) discount. When I came in, an employee (Humerah?) welcomed me and told me that I was free to sample however many flavors I'd like. I hadn't taken advantage of the 31% off offer since I hadn't gotten around to it yet, so I wasn't sure if the 31% off would still apply for a double or a triple scoop, but Humerah said it would. As much as I appreciate the opportunity to sample flavors before making a purchase, I definitely did not want to sample 31 different flavors lol. I tried samples of the flavors that initially caught my eye: Love Potion #31, Winter White Chocolate, and The Grahammy, in this particular order. I had been to other Baskin-Robbins a handful of times before, but don't recall seeing those flavors since they appear to be pop-up flavors that will get taken off the menu soon after this review gets posted. I especially appreciated how Humerah was very courteous and patient while I was trying to downselect the flavors for my desired triple-scoop. Victimized by analysis paralysis, I had momentarily forgotten that each flavor name posted on the ice cream chests was supplemented by a description until I saw the one for The Grahammy. She was still happy to answer my questions even when the answers were right in front of me lol. I went with the triple scoop of the three flavors I had just tried samples of. The flavors were stacked in the same order as I tried them from bottom to top, meaning that I tried The Grahammy first. Upon checkout, Humerah offered a spoon, a lid, as well as a takeout bag to go with my triple-scoop cup. For some reason, I saw a cup of a single scoop in front of the register when I was paying. There wasn't any other customer inside the shop when I arrived, but there was a family that came in after me, and they were still trying to decide what to get when I had made my choices. The shop has the flavor name as The Grahammy, but their website simply says The Graham. Whatever the name is, just know that it's a Flavor of the Month that consists of chocolate covered honeycomb pieces and honey graham cracker swirls. I know some people don't like nuts in their ice cream, but if you haven't had graham crackers in ice cream before, don't knock it until you try it! The combination of flavors and crunchy pieces together made such a nice medley that I highly recommend trying this flavor before it goes away! The Winter White Chocolate has white chocolate flavor (duh lol), but also contains pieces of cherries inside. I ate this second, but wish I could have cleansed my palate immediately after The Grahammy so that I could have experienced the taste of cherries in the Winter White Chocolate. Even so, the three scoops were all presented in a single cup, so it would be pretty easy to have a spoonful of two different flavors at the same time. I remember the sample tasting much better, however, to the point where I was sold on choosing that flavor. Love Potion #31 is a seasonal flavor that consists of both white chocolate and raspberries. Kind of like Winter White Chocolate I'd say, but with a different fruit lol. I felt the raspberries were a little sour here, but it was a nice contrast of flavor from the sweeter flavors I had already gotten. I'm assuming the flavor will be removed from the menu after Valentine's Day, so I'm glad I got to try it before the fact. Inside, there are two tables: one that seats four, and a bar-style table that seats about a half dozen. There's a kiosk at the end of the bar-style table that I am assuming you can use to place your order if you'd prefer minimal interactions with the employees. Also, the bottom of the receipt has an option for you to provide some feedback within three days of your purchase to get a coupon for $1 off your next purchase of at least $4. I almost considered giving them 4 stars because I didn't really taste the Winter White Chocolate, but I don't think I will. I think it was just a case of too much good being no good; I had never even consumed a double-scoop before, unless you count a BOGO single scoop as one. The triple scoop here definitely cooled me down on this hot day, and it was a nice treat after a pretty hectic week of work. And for a grand total of less than $7 after my two discounts? Can't beat that in today's economy! As I was driving west on South, I suddenly remembered there was a Baskin-Robbins at the intersection of Bloomfield, and I was wondering why there would be two Baskin-Robbins within close proximity of one another. The reason? That Baskin-Robbins on Bloomfield moved to this location at Cerritos Plaza. read more

This is a new location that moved from Bloomfield and South (behind Carrows). The store is pretty big inside, and there are more tables than the old location had. The workers were helpful and gave us a few samples. Typical Baskin-Robbins flavors, but man has it gotten expensive. It was more than $8 for two scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was good, but I don't know if I'd come back and pay that much for Baskin-Robbins. There are a lot of the specialty ice cream shops - Sorry/Not Sorry, Handels, Brusters - that have better ice cream for about the same price or even cheaper. read more

I ordered a Princess ice cream cake online the day before my daughter's 12th birthday celebration. I was late in ordering and they require 24hrs in advance. I ordered it anyways and went a couple hours before pick up time to pick it up. It was ready except for the topper. The manager, Ali, was on his way to the store to drop it off but, I couldn't wait around so I told them it was fine, I would take the cake as is without the topper. On my way home, I received a call from Ali, and he insisted he would drop off the topper to me at my house because the cake would look more beautiful with it on. With hesitation, I agreed and in about 10 minutes Ali showed up at my house with the cake topper. He was right, it turned out to be a beautiful cake especially with the topper and it was delicious. This became our new Baskin-Robbins spot after the old one on South Street near Bloomfield closed. We actually came here a couple times even before the grand opening and again on the day they officially opened. The staff here are awesome. They always greet us with a smile and are super friendly and attentive. The shop is clean and has a few seats if you want to stay and enjoy your ice cream. Only downside is the parking situation. The plaza itself is big, but spots right in front tend to be packed. Pro tip: park on the Ralph's side if you don't mind a short walk. Overall, we love coming here. Baskin Robbins brings back wonderful childhood memories! They have the BEST Mint Chocolate Chip EVER. So far this location has been awesome. The welcome here and vibes are great and friendly. The old location when I would come in felt sad and the gentleman there would only stare without saying "hello" or "welcome" This location their new employees seems to be nicer with a smile as you walk in and ready to serve you. Poor service I went there a day before Thanksgiving day to buy a cake for the birthday. Worker told me to buy it first and pick it up next day. She told me to buy it first they may not have enough cakes for Thanksgiving. Also writing on cake is better on same day than a day before. I went back on Thanksgiving day to pick it up. But it was too busy with just 1 worker. Ask me to line up again to pickup a cake. When it was my turn, he can't write on a cake. If need a cake, get what you need right there. I ordered a custom icecream cake online 2 days in advance. It says they require 24 hrs notice so I figured this was plenty of time. When I went in-store to pickup the cake, they said they were unable to make it because an ingredient was missing. They never notified me ahead of time. If there was ANY notice, I could've saved a useless trip and ordered a cake from a different place! No apologies, no offer to replace my cake with another one, and DIDNT GIVE ME A REFUND EITHER. I left empty handed and had to do a chargeback with my bank. Actually insane. Never come here! read more
